O que gostei foi da vista para as pirâmides, o resto podia ter sido uma experiência melhor

Reservei 2 noites com meia pensão, sabendo que a ultima noite não ia usufruir porque a reserva da segunda noite tinha como objetivo apenas tomar banho após um dia longo e seguirmos frescos e limpos para o aeroporto, ou seja não iamos usufruir desse jantar, da noite e do pequeno almoço do dia a seguir Posto isto, chegamos ao hotel no primeiro dia por volta das 08:30 e decidimos fazer o early check-in por mais 20 euros, até aí tudo bem. Após isto questianamos na recepção se seria possível usufruir do pequeno almoço naquela manhã que fizemos o early check-in, e explicamos toda a situação na recepção, na qual nos foi dada a informação que sim seria possível. Então fomos para o local do pequeno almoço, começamo nos a servir e passado uns minutos chegou um senhor à nossa beira e diz nos que não é possível tomar mos o pequeno almoço. De realçar que o nosso quarto não tinha gel de banho

地理位置还不错，离金字塔和大埃及博物馆很近，打车很快很方便。早餐位于顶层，可直接远眺金字塔。酒店工作人员还是比较热情的，主动帮拿行李、寄存行李也没问题。

隔音效果有一点差，附近太吵了。整夜都有噪音。床的舒适度差一些，一个人翻身另一个人明显感知得到。还有就是大半夜1点多的，小哥敲门给我送了一个我已经退单的外卖，不过这可能也不是酒店的问题。

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Halbpension war möglich.

Ständiges Aufdrängen von Dienstleistungen zu absurden Preisen und nach dem Auschecken und Verlassen des Zimmers eine Nachkontrolle durch das Personal. Das Essen war nicht gut, am letzten Tag gab es ein Buffet – die Auswahl war ausreichend, aber auf einigen Tellern befanden sich dunkle Haare. Wasser bei Halbpension gegen Aufpreis. Auf der Terrasse lief die ganze Zeit der Fernseher, und der Kellner belästigte unsere Tochter ständig und fasste sie trotz unserer und ihrer Ermahnungen an. Für einen viertägigen Aufenthalt gab es nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, und beim Reinigen wurde diese nicht nachgefüll

Great location with an amazing view of the pyramids directly from our room. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the Pyramids and GEM. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. We had a very pleasant stay.

The only minor downside was the noise from the road outside. However, this seems to be quite common throughout Egypt and was not specific to the hotel.

Location, spacy suite with jacuzzi, restaurant

The double glazing was sub-otimal (sliding windows with poor seals) and the constant street horning & construction work (day and night). Staff was friendly but handover of things to fix did not happen several times. Cleaning staff's work puzzling...

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική και ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το εστιατόριο προσφέρει υπέροχα πιάτα υψηλής ποιότητας και η θέα προς τις πυραμίδες είναι μαγευτική. Οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι και πολύ προσεγμένοι, ενώ οι τιμές ήταν εξαιρετικές σε σχέση με τις παροχές που προσφέρονται. Όλα ήταν άψογα από την άφιξη μέχρι την αναχώρηση. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά και εννοείταιθα το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

部屋はバスタブはなくシャワーのみだが普通にきれいでUSBポートあり、ピラミッド・大エジプト博物館までUberで€2以下。 最上階のレストランは味は普通だが眺めが良く深夜まで開いており手頃な価格でスタッフの対応も良い。朝食もフルーツ・サラダ・ヨーグルト・ ファラフェルや揚げ野菜、オムレツスタンドや各種コーヒー、甘いパン類もあり十分。

フライトの関係で通常のチェックイン時間を大幅に過ぎた23時の到着だったにも関わらず部屋の準備でかなり待たされた。連泊したが水は初日に2本あっただけで、2日目以降は水を含めお茶やコーヒーの補充がなかったので、受付の女性へ水の追加をお願いすると有料でレストランと同じ額を払えと言われた。4人で宿泊していたので少なくとも人数分は水があるべきではと言ったら別のスタッフが2本持ってきてくれたが、周辺ホテルと比較すると高めの価格帯だと思うので、このような対応に驚いた。(他のホテルでは人数分の水があり、お茶類も毎日補充があるのが普通だと思う) シャワーの温水は10分でなくなる。 また1階だったので眺めが悪く、追加料金を払ってピラミッドビューの部屋を選んだ意味がない。大通りに面しているので車のクラクションや騒音も夜中とてもうるさかった。

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel très chaleureux. Je me suis senti comme à la maison ! Hotel bien situé pour aller voir les pyramides Je recommande le petit-déjeuner et le dinner à l'hôtel ! Cela nous a vraiment facilité la tâche.

Le bruit de la ville mais ce n'est pas du fait de l'hôtel, je pense que partout dans la ville c'est très bruyant à cause de la pollution sonore.

La atención del personal

No recomiendo para nadq utilizar el servicio de lavandería, no lo hagan!!! Perdieron piezas de ropa y varias prendas estaban manchadad ya que parece que las lavaron junto a ropa negra, adicionalmente el olor a cigarros en los pasillos es demasiado.

Бронировали номер буквально в день заезда, так как нам отменили другую бронь. В итоге все соответствовало ожиданиям и описанию. Мы приехали очень поздно, после полуночи, персонал был на месте и был готов нас принять, закрытая парковка ждала нас, кровати были подготовлены точно по числу гостей. Вид на пирамиды с террасы прекрасный, ровно как на фото. Найти отель самим по навигатору не составило труда. В общем все отлично. Очень близко от пирамид и музея.

Повар на завтраке не умел готовить яичницу, но мы его научили. )

The staff made this experience great! 10/10 welcoming, made me feel safe even as a solo traveler, beautiful views from room and balcony. Shuttle services to airport were quick and safe! Thank you to the wonderful staff of Nozol!

Struttura, camera nuova, spaziosa e pulitissima, della vista poi, ne vogliamo parlare? Spettacolare. Come tutti gli hotel a Giza fuori l’hotel comunque bisogna chiamare un taxi/ uber è impossibile andare a piedi ma era comunque vicino a tutti i punti di interesse. Ci hanno fatto fare il check- in anticipato e offerto un drink di benvenuto, la colazione standard per il luogo con dolce e salato. Tornassi indietro starei più notti…complimenti!

La colazione, anche se c’era sia dolce che salato non era vasta, i cornetti/waffle erano freddi, caffè e cappuccino non buono però la vista ha ripagato tutto!

屋上のレストランは眺めもいいし、食事も美味しかったです。朝食も種類がたくさんあり美味しかったです。

トイレットペーパーがセットしてなかった。 窓から外の見えない部屋でしたが、料金設定が高いと思う。２泊したが、２日目はベットメイキングがされていなかった。リクエストしなくてはいけないみたい。 タオルだけ交換してもらった。シャワールームから水が外にあふれバスマットがびしょ濡れになった。

It is very close to the pyramids and grand museum and the roof top terrace was stunning and our favorite place even for dinner after a long day exploring and sightseeing. The pyramid views are just breathtaking. Breakfast was good and dinner also totally fine especially the local dishes.

The only thing you need to get used to is the noise of the streets, but this comes with Kairo, there is no escape ;). You just need to see this as the livelihood of the city. We had a pyramid views room which directly facing the busy streets. But was totally worth waking up to. And the streets are never quiet not even at 2 or 3pm.

The great place in front of the pyramids is amazing

Ogólnie wszystko w porządku, europejski standard obsługi, personel bardzo się stara i rzeczywiście są mili, uprzejmi i pomocni. Niedrogo. Piękny widok na piramidy - z restauracji jak również z niektórych pokoi.

Śniadania codziennie takie same. Wymagający goście mogą się przyczepić szczegółów: zniszczona framuga drzwi, brudna gofrownica, brudne firanki w eleganckiej recepcji :) Ogólnie bardzo się starają prowadzić hotel w europejskim/zachodnim standardzie, ale mentalność lokalna powoduje wciąż niedociągnięcia.

Mohamed has been super friendly and welcoming. He helped me throughout my stay big thanks to him and other reception staff as well as housekeeping who was super attentive.

Super Ausblick, extrem nettes Personal, vor allem aber im Food-Bereich. Nähe zu GEM und den Pyramiden. Die Halbpension hat sich für uns schon gelohnt, man darf zwar nicht aus allem aus der Karte auswählen, aber ist völlig ausreichend und sehr lecker. Alles sauber.

Die Straße davor ist tatsächlich so laut, dass man nur mit Ohropax schlafen kann.

Me cobraron extra por un late check out , que ya había negociado anteriormente y además cancelado con gente de la recepción ; me cobraron extra por abrir una cerveza en la cena , cuando previamente me habían dicho que si se podía pero que tenía que comprarla afuera ya que en el hotel no se vendía alcohol .

a great location and an amazing staff

Very nice hotel. Indeed we had pyramids view, but in front was busy road and a Marriot hotel. Anyway room was really comfortable - I found very cute that they had lots of extras in the bathroom: like sponge, shaving kit en etc …. For breakfast they have very nice terrace. Breakfast is buffet type - I found enough choice for such a small hotel. So breakfast really good.

Really no minuses about hotel. Very satisfied.

La posizione interessante con vista piramide.

In realtà, la camera non era una suite, bensì una camera un po’ più grande. L’unica finestra della stanza si affacciava su una strada rumorosissima abbiamo quindi fatto molta fatica a dormire.

The location was pretty convenient but I had exceptional experience with Mahmoud Messi. He was so helpful! He truly made my trip in Giza. He helped me navigate the language barrier. Gave me amazing recommendations and assisted with all my needs at the hotel. If it was not for him my it would not have been as good

A little dated but overall great value for money. Great location. I had the jacuzzi suite and the view was pretty amazing.

Only negative was it was a little noisy but couldn’t be helped because of the tooting traffic

Our room and the restaurant had a beautiful direct view of the pyramids. We used the transfer to the hotel from the airport and to the Grand Egyptian Museum, everything went great. The restaurant is delicious, we ate every evening. We came across a cold hammam and a Jacuzzi in the SPA, but in general it did not spoil the impression of the hotel.

Hot water was not enough to have a shower for 4 people, so we need to wait a little

Colazione e ristorazione scadente. Livelli minimi, anche una semplice pizza (cosa enlla quale gfli egiziani dovrebbero essere forti) scadente . L'unica cosa wow era la vista indimenticabile sulle piramidi, solo quella vale tutta la vacanza. Gli operatori alla reception molto disponibili e carini, ma i dettagli erano molto scadenti

Migliorerei i servizi, pulizia (voto 5 e mezzo) lenzuala asciugamani, colazione con prodotti piu buoni. Ma comprendo che per loro, visto il contesto, gli standard sono gia alti. se vuoi che la camera ti venga rifatta devi chiederlo alla reception....

Χρέωσαν παραπάνω από την συμφωνημένη τιμή με πρόφαση την διαφορά ισοτιμίας. Νομίζω πως θα έπρεπε να το γνωρίζαμε εξαρχής προκειμένου να αποφασίσουμε. Τελικά ήταν ακριβό σε σχέση με τις παροχές. Μέτρια καθαριότητα. Μέτρια έως καθόλου ηχομόνωση σε σχέση με τον δρόμο. Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό αλλά το βραδινό ήταν πολύ μέτριο (είχαμε ημιδιατροφή)

The view was good, breakfast view on rooftop was good.

But we booked a jacuzzi room and there was not enough hot water for the jacuzzi and when we addressed it with reception they said it’s meant to be cold??? Then at checkout the man who seemed like the manager or owner said it was meant to be hot and it was too late by then to fix the problem. Also the sheets had lots of cotton balls which made it slightly u comfortable to sleep in. But all in all, location was good and view was good and that’s what we were there for so for a short stay it was fine.

Hotel is closer to Giza Peramid, and they have wonderful view from room also from breakfast restaurant. Their breakfast is very limited lets say budgeted. Room is worth the money, staff are polite and helpful. even though I had a little issue on the check in. seems my booking screwed up by Bookingl.com or the terms is not clear when the final booking completed.

Noise from a busy road

Erg goed ontbijt, prima verzorgd. Het hotel was verder ook prima in orde. Ik had alleen meer verwacht van de locatie. Ik denk als je hier met een grote groep verblijft het een uitstekend hotel is. Om hier alleen of met je partner te verblijven, ik zou het niet aanraden.

Het uitzicht op de piramides was prachtig. Alleen je lag toch wel erg ver weg van de ingang. Ook het GEM is niet makkelijk te voet bereikbaar omdat je een soort van snelweg dient over te steken. Ik had verwacht om s'avonds gezellig op het terras wat te kunnen drinken, maar je zat er bijna altijd alleen. Is jammer. Ook ligt de hotel aan twee hele drukke wegen. Dus zowel in de ochtend als in de avond is er zeer veel verkeer rondom het hotel (dus claxonnerende auto's). Dit geeft niet het "ultieme" uitzicht op de piramides gevoel. Ook in de direct omgeving van het hotel niet veel restaurants. (met het hotel is zelfs niets mis, de locatie is mij tegengevallen)

Konum olarak gerçekten çok güzel bir yerde kahvaltı yaparken piramitleri izleyebildiğiniz bir ortam söz konusuydu. Kahvaltı beklediğimizin aksine gayet kaliteliydi ürünler yeterliydi. Oda konforu ve temizliği memnuniyet vericiydi kesinlikle kaldığınıza pişman olmayacağınız bir otel.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The price shown on Booking.com during my reservation was $250.56, but when I arrived, the hotel charged EGP 16,150, which is much higher than the agreed amount and resulted in a final charge of €298.66 on my card. The hotel never informed me about any additional fees or higher taxes, and the amount charged does not match what Booking.com had confirmed. This lack of transparency and the unexpected overcharge made me feel misled, and it created a very stressful situation during my trip. I would not recommend this property, and I hope Booking.com reviews their pricing practices to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Terasse with a view to pyramides is extraordinary.

Bathroom should be cleaner, they are also not changing towels when on the floor, receptionist was too pushy selling different tours. Prices for the tours are way above what can be found around.

Lage nah zum GEM und den Pyramiden Man kann Halbpension buchen und bekommt einen Auszug der Speisekarte und kann sich ein 4 Gang menü zusammenstellen. Es gibt supergünstige Massagen 25€/std. Und tolles Frühstück

Es gibt keinen Alkohol, man sollte das wissen. Mir persönlich macht das nichts aus. Ich buche keinen Pyramidenblick, da es eine sehr laute Strasse ist. Oft kein Doppelbett aber super grosse Einzelbetten

Breakfast selection and bathrooms could smell more fresh

A szállás a lehető legjobb helyen van a nevezetességek megtekintéséhez. Nagyon felül múlta azt amit vártam, mert sokkal tisztább volt, mint gondoltam. Egy üde színfolt a környékhez képest.

Pihenni szinte kizárt, Nagyon hangos forgalmas utak vannak.
