Entiendo el hotel debe remodelar sus intalaciones y la pagina deberia publicar en si como esta el hotel porque las fotos por booking son muy diferentes a la realidad, lo que genera jnsatisfacion cuando uno llega al lugar

El agua es totalmente salada del mismo mar, tienes que tener agua para hacerte los dientes y el cuerpo. Hice mi entrada a las 8 pm, pues llegué a las 2 y aún la habitación no está lista y nunca me avisaron que ya podía entrar A la salida estaba almorzando en el restaurante que es de ellos y me cerraron la habitación con mis cosas dentro , porque ya eran las 12 hora de salida es a las 1 🫠🫠🫠🫠

Hard to check in after employees go home. Had to send all types of identification prior to arriving. Leaving a credit card is for guarantees and late arrivals. If no one is on site, one can’t a room at the last minute while there may be room available

Apparently we picked a holiday to stay there and I've never heard so much loud music in my life. I can argue it was a lucky experience but it was shockingly loud and crowded a real local party scene And unforgettable! One of us got food poisoning which was a bit of a downer from The breakfast. The water was salty in the shower.

Route passe par un torrent, hôtel perdu dans une déchetterie, plage sale non aménagée, hôtel insalubre sale, ne correspond pas aux photos. Cuisine dégoûtante, cocktails affreux, à part le réceptionniste, personnel regarde la télévision, non investi, peu agréable. Si nous avions pu nous faire rembourser nous serions répartis de suite. Les enfants n'ont pas dormi tellement les matelas sont sales, draps troués....

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025Malgrado avessi avvertito dell' arrivo in tarda serata a causa del ritardo del volo nessuno ci ha fatto il check in all' arrivo e abbiamo dovuto prendere la chiave della camera da soli sopra al banco della reception. La struttura è decadente e per nulla curata. La camera terribile sporca e piena di polvere insetti morti capelli e peli sul materasso e sulle lenzuola tanto da dormire senza disfare il letto. Bagno terrificante sporchissimo. Alattino nonostante avessimo la colazione inclusa siamo scappati via.

The hotelis located on a beach where the people meet in the middle of the night to listen to loud music on cars, it's a recurring situation on the weekends. We went there to rest on the way to another town and we were awaken to the incredibly loud sound of the loud music from the car that meet on the beach. We would have appreciated a heads up because otherwise we would have looked for another place. At 4:oo am there was no one from the staff to be found to deal with the situation. Tried the hotel phone but no one answered. Even the local police didnt pick up the phone. Checked ourselves out from the hotel at 4:15 am

Reviewed Aug 22, 2023We loved the facility - everything about it (except where it was located, see below). It was casual and classy at the same time. The pool was crystal clear and clean. The people there were extremely helpful and friendly, though there was not a word of English among them ... all the other guests also seemed to be having a wonderful time, as were we.
It was ridiculously difficult to find in an area of the world that did not have street signs or property numbers ... at the end of a long dirt road with no signage that we happened to discover after about the 5th person tried to give us hand signals where to go. It really seemed like the menu was trying to be especially fancy (mussels in the spaghetti with red sauce) when all we really wanted was simple, good food without seafood surprises. It was absolutely NOT in any way handicapped accessible. The beach was dirty - and it lacked sand. But you have to know that the entire area there at the end of the long country road was still under development. It is one of those wonderful places that IS, but not yet ... go there while it is new and plan to go again in a few years when it has grown up a little.
