Super tranquilo, el joven que nos atendió fue muy amable y atendió nuestros requerimientos. La comida tambien estuvo muy buena, espero volver para poder disfrutar mejor de las instalaciones y el servicio.

Property was nice, breakfast was awesome.

I reserved 2 rooms, one of the rooms had horrible water pressure and it was hard to shower and the TV did not work. We told the front desk but they didn’t do anything about it. The location was outside of MonteCristi which I didn not expect, definitely need a car to get around

The infrastructure was quite good

First, we had to change the room due to the stains on walls, second one neither was good because the water always gather in the bathroom

Muy buenas atenciones el personal muy amable pero la limpieza debe mejorar la habitación no estaba muy limpia a pasar de ser un hotel nuevo la sábanas estaban manchadas y el baño el espejo sucio la cafetera muy sucia por lo demás estaba bien

The hotel is really nice. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the shower has good pressure, and has rain shower head. The staff is nice and attentive. We had a good experience here.

El hotel está muy lindo y bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable y resolutivo, sin embargo nos cambiaron de habitación porque la primera el lkavin estaba dañado y en la segunda el baño era un mojadero ya que la ducha filtraba agua, no estaba muy limpia, además la piscina estaba muy sucia y tenía como algo baboso en todo el borde del piso de la piscina, si mejoran eso sería un 10/10 por ahora es un 6/10

Buen desayuno, buena cama, buena ventilación. Lo único que no me gustó es que estaba dañada la caja fuerte y la televisión no tenía internet, no le entraban los canales.

Restaurantes muy buenos cerca de la propiedad, las playas están cerca. Amplio parqueo y muy buen desayuno.

Son instalaciones nuevas, y esta en una área muy tranquila.

El día de salida no pudimos bañarnos porque no había agua en las instalaciones, desde la mañana hasta la hora del checkout

Great and convenient. The only downside is that the towers were not in the room, and the number of towers given to the customer when asking is very limited.

There is an opportunity to NOT allow glass in and around the pool area. There were many guess with bottles and glass cups in and around the pool. This is not safe.

Este hotel es una maravilla, la cama y las almohadas te invitan a no querer salir de la cama. La habitación impecable con buena TV y aire acondicionado.

Este es el mejor hotel de todo el noroeste de la República Dominicana.

Hotel ideal para pasar días en Montecristi, desayuno básico pero muy bueno. Tranquilo, seguro, cómodo, limpio, bastante familiar, buen WiFi. El aire acondicionado de la habitación podría estar mejor y enfriar más.

nothing absolutly nothing not to like about this place ... its not a tourist area but i felt like the only time i didnt feel like i was in a high ebd hotel in canada was when i left the grounds

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beds were made in heaven, the food was delicious. The best “chivo” in the North. The staff was friendly. The only downside was the showers that had some leak. But overall, I would recommend this hotel and return. I went with my mother and some friends and they were all pleased with the location.

Excellent customer service by all but 5 stars to Manuela and Antonio….both went out of their way to make sure our stay was exceptional! Manuela keeping us entertained and taken care during our dinner, even made us fresh coffee and provided us with amazing drinks at the bar and keeping us entertained. Antonio the main chef cooked us a masterpiece of delicious savory fried fresh fish, soup and mouth watering churrasco for dinner. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The property was well maintained, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The included breakfast was delicious. Only downside is there’s not much to do in the area a car is required to get around.

We stayed at the Wyndham Montecristi this past weekend, and it was a very pleasant experience. We arrived late in the evening, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. To our surprise, the chef himself offered to help with our bags, as he happened to be at the front desk during check-in. While this gesture was unexpected, it gave the impression the hotel might be understaffed. That said, their "all hands on deck" approach ensured no service was compromised. After settling in, my 6-year-old and I came down for a bite to eat. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially considering my daughter’s picky eating habits. The next day, my wife wasn’t feeling well due to a stomach bug going around in the Dominican Republic. The chef went above and beyond by offering to prepare her tea and soup. He brought her a "cream of squash" soup, which soothed her stomach. His empathy and attentiveness stood out, as he repeatedly checked in to ensure we were comfortable. The only downside was the pool water—it was freezing, which was a bit disappointing since the rest of the facilities were very nice. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was decent, though we would have loved more traditional options like mangu. Overall, the exceptional service made our stay memorable. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is a brand new hotel. I felt like I was in the United States. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Hot water in the showers. The hotel is right outside of Monte Cristi in a quiet area. I have zero complaints. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Location was good. It was outside of town. The female staff member that welcomed me was very friendly.

Big tray of scrambled egg had pork in it. They can make a smaller tray with out pork. Another female staff member, she’s look like she’s still in high school and has pale skin, all black hair, promised to email me a receipt but never did.
