Food was v limited and not great. Barely touched my dinners.

Hotel was within a 10 minute walk of bus station where there is a direct but to airport and also to the entrance to NC1. For a few nights stay whilst on business or meeting family this is perfect. Staff are all lovely, rooms are on the small side but are very comfy and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is just perfect, not overwhelming but more than enough. Gym was quiet and well stocked with machines and weights

Perfect for my needs.

The term sofa bed is false advertising. The correct terminology would be a sofa next to a bed.

Well located for Neom

The staff was very good. Reasonable restaurant food but need more variety. The breakfast buffet was good.

Guests should not pay for tea of coffee for self serve and given the location of the hotel there is no where else to get tea/coffee. The room rate is already high so the coffee/tea should be included. The games area can be maintained better. Pool stick is broken and the fools table the ball needs to be replaced.

Staff are very helpful

It is the only hotel in NC1.. which means in their view, customers should accept whatever they do.. Which gives a very bad indication.. no other hotels.. no competitions. Prices are very expensive compared to the room size and with no room service, almost 1500 for a bed for 1 night

Staff is nice and frienly. Arriving after hours but they welcome you with a smile. There are waffles on demand for breakfast. There's a nice outdoor pool and a gym. Everything is new and well maintained. It is very close to NC1, which is very convenient.

Hotel extremely expensive due to the fact that it is the only one close to NC1 in NEOM for work. Room is very nice but quite small, there's literally no space between bed and table for work. Breakfast is good but gets super crowded sometimes.

It was cozy and nicely situated in Neom Community. The surrounding was beautiful. It was clean.

Extremey high for the room I got. The room size was too small for that I had to work on my side when I put my laptop on what's supposed to be a desk. Very humble closet, everything is tiny to save space. for more rooms. The price I paid for one night is totally unjustified.

Good option in neon

Rooms are very small but unfortunately is the only hotel option in the area so they run a monopoly on the price which is very expensive for what it is

A super staff for all the situations

No QR access code ever received and with some trouble with the security

They took my payment in full twice. They advised then would return it to my payment card but then said they couldn’t do so until they’ve finished their bank reconciliation. It’s now been 4 days and I still haven’t received my money back. This has cost me additional forex fees which they say they can’t refund or compensate me for. They gave me a free meal but this doesn’t address the financial loss or the inconvenience They were very apologetic and this was appreciated but they still haven’t solved the issue.

Perfectly situated close to NEOM community 1, Clean rooms, good pool for relaxing

Small rooms, less flexibility for requests, not possible to speak to managers (they just hide behind the front line people)

For the value it provides, its price should be half of what it currently is.

Rooms were clean and newly built

The hotel is horrendously expensive for what it offers. It is of "Holiday Inn Express" quality/comfort, but charges 4 times the price. Very dissapointed.

The breakfast was abundant. The staff very caring and helpful. Aisha the girl at the reception and Taha the guy at the restaurant are very helpful and available at all your needs.

Clean - well-located - nice front desk staff.

Room service availability (not available at night) - room was way too small, desk chair was way too close to bed - lack of evening in-room food ordering - repetitive breakfast options.

This is my 4-5 visit, the entire team is amazing, specially thankful for the housekeeping guy Arsenal, so sweet and kind 🙏

Nothing around

One of the very few options in the area (as of May 2024) to stay as a couple or family. Food in the restaurant was quite good with reasonable prices. Clean room and bathroom, new furniture and interiors. Friendly staff.

Great to have a hotel in NC1 area within walking distance to the offices. The hotel has just opened. The beds are very comfortable and had a great sleep. You have all what you need in the room. Bathroom is well designed. The only problem is the price is high for a 3 star hotel. Will use it again in the next trip to Sharma/NEOM.

Good selection of breakfast however I would prefer the eggs to be freshly cooked! Otherwise all was well.

Such an hotel should be 3 times cheaper. Such price is not justified
