כשנכנסנו לדירה מראה גדולה סדוקה ידית דלת הממ״ד הפנימית חסרה לא ניתן לסגור ממ״ד , הדירה מפורסמת עם ממ״ד שזאת הסיבה שהזמנתי את הדירה הזאת חו״ל במועד סוכות היו כמה קטבמים . מגבות רחצה מלוכלכות תנור מטונף , מחבת מלוכלך במגירה במטבח חלון המקלחת לא נסגר שקע חשוף וחשמל גלוי בשידת הטלויזיה במקלחת ילדים המקלחון על הרצפה שבור ספת ישיבה במרפסת מטונפת היה מאכזב מאוד הגענו כל המשפחה היינו שישה מבוגרים נאלצנו לקנות כלים חד פעמיים אבקת כביסה כיבסנו את המגבות לפני שימוש . יש לי את הכל מצולם פניתי לסוכן שהעביר את הפניה לשירות לקוחות שהסכימו לפצות אותנו בלילה . אך עדיין לא קיבלנו כלום המחיר היה מאוד מאוד מאוד יקר לתמורה !!!!!! מרגישה שממש עבדו עלינו מה שנקרה אכלתי אותה בעסה .

No Hot Water: On the day of our arrival, there was no hot water at all. We contacted both the property’s customer service and the manager directly. The manager initially told us to deal with customer service — essentially saying “it’s your problem.” Only after insisting did the manager step in, and someone came the next day to fix it. After that, the hot water worked fine with no further issues. However, the initial response from both the manager and customer service made it seem like they weren’t interested in resolving the issue. So we had one day of stay with no shower option and no refund or partial refund! In addition, we were asked to pay an extra 18% VAT, even though our Booking.com confirmation clearly stated that all taxes were already included. Eventually, customer service admitted this was a mistake and confirmed we shouldn’t have been charged. Overall, the apartment was in fair condition. Some furniture showed noticeable wear and tear, and the shower had a few rusty areas.

חסר במטבח דברים בסיסיים לשהות נייר סופג נייר אפייה לתנור שקיות זבל אפשר להשאיר עוד כמה מגבות לשהייה בבריכה
