La sporcizia e l’infestazione da cimici da letto che mi hanno anche punto. Inoltre sono state rimosse le lenzuola dai letti con i nostri oggetti personali dentro azione che ha sparso ulteriormente l’infestazione. Inoltre in 4 non avevamo l’armadio ma solo un appendiabiti. Inutile mettere il ferro da stiro e lo stendino se non si ha modo di appoggiare i vestiti. Il servizio clienti di booking dovrebbe avere 24 ore su 24 un operatore con cui parlare in caso di emergenza. Abbiamo dovuto dormire l’ultima notte insieme alle cimici.

Я уже заказываю отель третий раз ! Буду всем знакомым, друзьям рекомендовать только его . В обслуживающем персонале есть одна девушка ( к сожалению имени не знаем) Очень приятная и вежливая девушка !

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026I had a very disappointing experience at Limehome Valencia Carrer d'Antonio Ferrandis, despite the fact that the rest of our stay was actually quite good. We stayed from 30 June to 13 July 2026 for a family holiday. As soon as we entered the apartment, we noticed a slight sewage/gutter smell. We initially thought it was coming from outside, so we aired the apartment, but the smell remained. The next day, we discovered a serious plumbing problem. Every time we flushed the toilet, water came up through the shower drain. We left the apartment in the morning and returned in the evening to find sewage and faeces coming out through the shower drain. As it was already nighttime, I contacted Limehome immediately. The call centre tried to arrange something, but nothing was done that evening. The following morning, we waited for someone to come, but nobody arrived. We eventually had to leave the apartment simply to be able to use a bathroom, and we were fortunate that there was a shopping mall nearby. When I contacted Limehome again, I was told by the operator that this was a known issue that could happen from time to time and that they could not fix it. They offered us another apartment and told us that we could use the bathroom in the other apartment until we could move there the following day. Unfortunately, the replacement apartment had problems as well. The glass shower door was out of place and could not be opened, the kitchen sink pipe was not properly connected, and the clothes drying rack was not properly stored. We reported these issues and were told that someone would come to fix them. We moved to the new apartment the following morning and stayed there waiting for someone to come, rather than risk leaving and finding nobody there again. We ended up waiting until the afternoon before the problems were finally resolved.

Apartamento um pouco pequeno porque eramos 3 pessoas. Bom para estadia curta. Barulho dos apartamentos vizinhos quando chegavam tarde O apartamento tinha um cheiro um pouco estranho, não era de falta de limpeza, mas um pouco a mofo Não se podia abrir a janela e a cortina porque ficava ao nivel de uma espécie de varanda onde passavam pessoas o que tornava o apartamento um pouco escuro para o tamanho do apartamento, sendo que eramos 3 pessoas o preço acaba por ser um pouco desajustado Porta do armário do frigorifico desencaixada e o frigorifico fazia muito barulho o que de noite era muito chato

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Gute Lage. Exzellentes Bett mit guter Matratze und guten Kopfkissen. Badezimmer in vernünftiger Größe. Gute Lage zu den Sportstätten im Stadtteil Quatre Carreres und zum CAC.
Die Küchenzeile war voller Ameisen. Die Ameisen kommen vom Innenhof (erster Stock) durch die Eingangstür herein. Das bedeutet, das ganze Gebäude muss von diesen Ameisen betroffen sein. Mir hat das den Appetit verdorben und ich habe die Küche während meines Aufenthalts nahezu nicht benutzt. Ekelhaft. Die Fotos vom Zimmer auf der Website von Booking.com sind offenbar bereits einige Jahre alt. Wie bereits andere Gäste kommentiert haben, sind die Armaturen wackelig, Fliesen in der Dusche nicht mehr wasserdicht und es gibt Stellen in der Wohnung, die bereits seit Jahren nicht mehr geputzt worden sind (Badezimmerlampe, Steckdosen). Der Lärm von der Straße ist mit Ohrstöpseln ok, aber ohne Ohrstöpsel sehr störend. Der Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls so laut, dass Ohrstöpsel (die auf dem Nachttisch lagen) notwendig sind. In der Beschreibung des Zimmers wurde eine Klimaanlage erwähnt. Diese war nicht vorhanden. Es war im Zimmer genau so heiß wie draußen (30 Grad Celsius). Ich werde bei Limehomes nicht mehr buchen.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Czystość, wygoda, bardzo dobre wyposażenie. Lokalizacja - do plaży i do centrum można spacerkiem, pieszo ok. 40 minut lub komunikacja, która jest bardzo blisko.
Jedynym minusem był brak możliwości kontaktu z obsługą na miejscu, jednak cały system działa bardzo sprawnie. Dostanie się do obiektu jest proste, a otwieranie drzwi kodem zamiast tradycyjnym kluczem jest bardzo wygodne.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026L'appartamento è in bellissimo quartiere moderno ben collegato con autobus e metro per il centro. A pochi passi un grande centro commerciale il museo della scienza e l'Oceanografic con tutto il maestoso complesso delle piscine e del ponte. L'arredamento di Limehome è moderno e curato c'è anche la lavatrice che ci ha fatto davvero comodo. I letti e i cuscini sono molto confortevoli e abbiamo dormito bene. Lo spazio ampio , la cucina dotata di tutto e sotto al letto matrimoniale puoi trovare lo stendino per i panni.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Miejsce zlokalizowane blisko Muzeum Sztuki i Oceanarium (10 min piechotą), tuż przy przystankach tramwajowych i autobusowych. Dogodny dojazd do Starego Miasta, autobusem zajmuje ok. 20 min. 5 min od apartamentów duże centrum handlowe. Parkowanie możliwe w bocznych uliczkach, bezproblemowo udało się znaleźć miejsce do parkowania. Polecam dla osób, które podróżują do Walencji samochodem i nie chcą wjeżdżać do ścisłego centrum. Sam apartament ładnie wykończony i dobrze wyposażony. Na miejscu sól, pieprz, oliwa, przybory kuchenne. Bez problemu można samodzielnie przygotować posiłki. Łóżka wygodne. Apartament raczej dla rodziny z dziećmi, niż 4 osób dorosłych. Proces zameldowania bezproblemowy, była nawet opcja wcześniejszego przyjazdu, jak się zapisało do klubu Limehome, co oceniamy mocno na plus. Same apartamenty to wydzielone jedno piętro w wieżowcu, gdzie dostęp mają tylko turyści.
Lokalizacja tuż przy ruchliwej ulicy i niestety przy otwartych oknach ciężko odpocząć. Trzeba je zamknąć, jest klimatyzacja, jednak zapach z niej jest specyficzny. Prosiliśmy wcześniej o przydzielenie cichego pokoju, nasza prośba jednak nie została spełniona (mimo, że były apartamenty również z drugiej strony budynku dostaliśmy informację, że nie jest to możliwe, może były to apartamenty innej klasy). W drugą noc naszego pobytu załączył się alarm (ok. 5 rano). Alarm wył ok. godziny, do czasu, aż przyjechała policja. Niestety, nie było możliwości aby dopytać kogokolwiek (w apartamentach nie ma obsługi), czy coś się dzieje, czy jest jakiś pożar, ewakuacja itp. Była to dość niekomfortowa sytuacja, szczególnie, że policja przyjechała do części dla mieszkańców. W części apartamentów nikt nie poinformował, co mamy robić. Przydałoby się w takich sytuacjach wysłać chociażby sms-a do wynajmujących, informując o sytuacji. Rozumiem jednak, że była to sytuacja losowa. Mimo to, pobyt uważamy za udany i jak będzie okazja, z pewnością skorzystamy z Limehome.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026El aire acondicionado estaba roto, en julio con 38°C de temperatura, nos pusimos en contacto con el personal y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Fue muy desagradable e infernal el calor que pasamos, y tras esto la solución es ofrecer un 15% del reembolso de una noche, cuando el problema fue durante toda la estancia. Lamentable y para nada recomendable.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026La posizione molto comoda per visitare l' oceanografico e ben collegata al centro e alla spiaggia. L'appartamento era attrezzato con tutto il necessario, ci hanno fatto trovare un box letto per il bimbo.
La pulizia era accettabile, il lavandino del bagno perdeva acqua e abbiamo dovuto provvedere ad aggiustarlo in autonomia (tra l'altro era molto intasato di sporcizia) perché non è intervenuto nessuno. La casa è di dimensioni molto più piccole rispetto alle foto, non è dotata di zanzariere pertanto bisognava tenere le finestre sempre chiuse ed accendere l'aria condizionata. Il phon era al limite dell'usura. Appartamento ok ma qualità prezzo non ci siamo.

It was dark in the room. The only windows in the room looked at interior corridor so it was necessary to use the curtains all the time.

Tuvimos un problema de fuga de agua en el cuarto de baño, aunque lo arreglaron tras comunicar la incidencia. No había secador de pelo, de hecho parecía arrancado de su alojamiento. Los cristales estaban muy sucios.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Initially stressed about the process, it was actually very easy and efficient. Safe area. Grocery stores and mall, public transportation to the main train station walking distance. I truly enjoy my stay at Limehouse.
The walls are a bit thin when my neighbors were closing their bathroom door, the walls were shaking. The water system is a bit loud but again I would stay at Limehouse again.

Вікна виходять на шумну вулицю, навіть при закритих вікнах відчутно, але це залежить від номера. Є номера з вікнами у двір.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Die Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt waren super. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar und in der Nähe befindet sich gleich ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Die Unterkunft war eher klein, aber für 1-2 Personen absolut ausreichend! Küche habe ich nicht benützt, aber auch hier war soweit alles wichtige vorhanden.
Im Badezimmer war ein Loch in der Wand und auch die Abdeckung ab der Decke könnte erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles super!

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026L’emplacement, le fait de pouvoir piloter avec le téléphone, le studio en lui même et la possibilité d’avoir une vue sur la rue et une super luminosité. Coin cuisine équipé (frigo, bouilloire, machine à café, plaques, micro-ondes, lave linge et lave vaisselle. Armoire de rangement, table et chaises à manger. Une belle et grande télévision.
Le fait que les vitres du studio étaient très sales a l’extérieur et le fait que devant la porte d’entrée du studio tout n’était que chantier avec matériel de chantier.

A mi hijo le comieron los mosquitos por la noche, por la mañana vimos que habían muchos mosquitos en el apartamento, deberían poner mosquiteras. El sofá cama se hundía del medio si se acostaban 2 adultos.
