The behavior of the staff

The facilities are great especially the spacious kid playground. The safari tour was amazing. And of course the staff is the best. I would like to thank them all, especially Mr. Bander AlDahmashy at the reception

Nothing. Even thought the weather was hot, but Safari tour was great with the ACed shuttle!

أمانةَ من أجمل أيام الاستجمام اللي مرت علي مكان ولا بالخيال وكذلك موظفين خدومين وقمة في الرقي واذكر منهم الاستاذ/ بدر الدهمشي في الاستقبال

ودي انتقد بس حرام الاقامة كانت 10\10

اعجبني تنظيم وترتيب المكان

اولا. هناك شجرة الكرفس في موقع الفله سيئه جدا. ولو تم استبدالها بالنخل الطويل افضل واحسن من ناحية تساقط الورق والبذور. مزعج وتساخ المكان. ثانيا ماء المسبح. مليئ بالكلور المقرف بسبب الرئحه. من حق العميل يتم تعبة ماء جديد بدل عملية المعالجه هاذي ثانيا. الإفطار عادي جدا.

جميل المكان لكن يحتاج توفير مطاعم اكثر ومحل شاهي

I like the private swimming pool, I like that you can see birds while you are walking inside the property, green spaces.

I didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable while talking to the reception staff, they need to be more resilience to questions and they need to enhance their tone while talking to customers.

المسبح الخاص نادي الاطفال

السعر عالي جداً السفاري حلو ولكن ما يستاهل المبلغ العالي الفطور بسيط وخياراته قليلة

الخدمة كانت جدا جيدة و الاستقبال كلهم كانو خدومين وسريعين بالإجراءات و يعطيه العافية بدر الدهمشي على حرصة على سوالة عن راحت اقامتنا كانت جدا ممتازة

نقطه وحده ما جبتني الي هي النظافة ما كانت افضل شي في ريحة غبار اضن من القماش الي فوق الاسرة و الغلاية كان فيها نمل ياليت تشيكون على الاجهزة قبل تسليم الغرف للعميل لان طبيعة المكان فيه حشرات

ارضيات الفيلا الخارجية تحتاج عناية أكثر ونظافة ارتفاع السعر

I like everything the breakfast was really good , but the restaurant price is way high

Heaven on earth

The staff were good and very friendly Only they were giving us different timing for the activities . One of the staff in the entertainment center violet she was extremely depressed didn’t smile we were trying to talk to her and she totally ignored us we asked for tennis racket she told us to wait and no response after that we came the next day to try the water activities and she was very rude to my wife ..

لا يوجد وجبات أطفال ولا يوجد سوبر ماركت او صيدليه في حال رغبتنا في بعض الأشياء البسيطه

Accommodation was fantastic

I would prefer to pay less per night! The main swimming pool water could have been clearer.

تجربة رائعة بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة. أكثر شيء أعجبني الهدوء والراحة في المنتجع، بالإضافة إلى مستوى النظافة العالي والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل. الخدمة كانت ممتازة من لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة، والطاقم متعاون واحترافي. مكان يستحق الزيارة بكل تأكيد وسأكرر التجربة مستقبلاً.

كان رائع جدًا والتشجير والأجواء الطبيعية خيال وتعطي راحة وهدوء فعلاً.

لكن من ناحية النظافة كانت أقل من المتوقع مقارنة بالأسعار، الغرفة تحتاج اهتمام وتلميع أكثر، والأكواب كان فيها حشرات وكذلك الغرفة نفسها، والمسبح كان ممتلئ بأوراق الأشجار المتساقطة ولم تتم تنظيفه بشكل مستمر ومن الأشياء اللي أزعجتني أيضًا أن الحجز عن طريق الموقع كان موضح ضمن المميزات وجود سيكل خاص أو سيارة قولف صغيرة للتنقل داخل المنتجع، لكن عند الوصول ما حصلنا لا سيكل ولا سيارة خاصه بالڤيلا، ولما تواصلنا معهم كان الرد إنها “مخلصة”، وهذا شيء المفترض يكون واضح قبل الحجز أو يتم توفير بديل مناسب بما أنه من ضمن المميزات المذكورة بالموقع أما تجربة الخروج فلم تكن مريحة، حيث تم الاتصال عليّ بأسلوب فيه نوع من التهديد بضرورة الخروج بالوقت المحدد أو دفع غرامة 1000 ريال، علماً انها المكالمه الاولى وكان بالإمكان توصيل المعلومة بطريقة أرقى وأكثر احترافية خصوصًا في مكان بهذه الأسعار وبالنسبة للمطاعم، الأكل بالنسبة لي كان عادي جدًا وتقييمي له 3/10 مع أسعار مبالغ فيها بشكل واضح، مثال بسيط: مشروب الريدبول سعره خارج المنتجع تقريبًا 12 ريال بينما لديهم بـ40 ريال، وينطبق ذلك على أغلب الأصناف

Having your own personal pool and privacy

The pool was very hot and took over 1 day to get maintenance to get the pool cooled down as the pool was 36 degrees showing on my watch. Staying there for multiple days, the price of lunch and dinner is very high and cost almost the same as the hotel price to stay. Have full board options to include meals.

Amazing experience in all areas

The resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views, spacious facilities, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was excellent, the restaurants offered great food and service, and there were plenty of entertainment options for both families and couples.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Maybe the service at the pool was not great enough because the public pool is not crowded at all. And the price is high for the room.

عدم السماح بتشغيل الشيشة في الفيلا عند الpool وهو سبب رئيسي بعدم قدومي مرة اخرى

Overall the environment and the experience was exceptional

I know it’s out of control due to the nature of the place but I saw a lot of flys in the room and the bathroom smelling cleaning chemical

Very beautiful authentic African safari village feel. Main pool was amazing to swim in and gardens and grounds were stunning. Hard to believe this is in the desert!

Amazing facilities and accommodation

Pricing is very bad. They charge you a premium price yet it doesn’t include anything and all activities and additional services which are being the reason why someone would want to go there are excluded and super expensive.

المرافق و الترفيه و مساحتة الڤلل

لم يعجبني اننا دافعين إقامة 6 اشخاص و كنا فقط 5 اشخاص و كان لنا سرير إضافي مجاني لكن للأسف تم إلزامنا بدفعه!!

الموقع خيالي تعيش بعالم السفاري والغابات هذي ثالث اقامة لي وهم متجاوبين وسريعين

لا يوجد نشاطات للاطفال او عروض حية للمساء مثل باقي المنتجعات لا يوجد انشطة او فعاليات عند المسابح اقترح فتح المرافق والمطاعم والمسابح للزوار من الهارج عشان يكون المكان يضج بالحياة اكثر

الفله جميله والمسبح نظيف وخيارات الفعاليات في المنتجع كثيره .. الطاقم جداً مرحب وخدوم

السرير لم يكن مريح والتلفاز يفتقر للتجديد وآلة القهوه كانت متعطله

The resort is quite impressive. Amazing landscaping, beautiful cottages. Many activities to keep the family busy. Really nice breakfast. Private villas will pool is great for families that cover up. Staff are great.

Pest/insect control needs to be improved. Lots of mosquitoes in the room that were eventually dealt with once we called housekeeping. The room has a distinct smell that I think comes with the thatched roof, so didnt mind too much. The smelly bathroom wasnt pleasant...needs to be addressed.
