Reviewed Jan 24, 2026الفندق حديث وغرف مرتبه جدا ومريحه وكل ملحقات الغرفة حديثة ومتربة وعدد الاصنصير مناسب جدا لعدد النزلاء وبالاضافة من اجمل واشرح الفنادق في مواقف السيارات وبالاضافة الى موقع الفندق جميل ومحاط بالكوفيهات والمطاعم
كثرت الرسائل والتنبيهات في الخاص وكثرت التحذير مزعجة بشكل كبير عن التدخين والمواقف مثلا ولهجة التحذير غير مناسبة للعملاء اتمنى البحث عن طرق احترافية اكثر

قبل الحجز تم ابلاغي يمكنك الحصول عل افطار مجاني من قبل الاداره وتم تواصل معهم لكن بعد الحجز اعتذر عن العرض السابق وهذا خلل في الاداره والتواصل يعيب احترافيه المسؤال حين يتراجع عن وعده

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026mixed experience - good service but serious room issues I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel The room was clean and well organized, and the food was good. I appreciated the cleanliness and overall comfort
unfortunately, there were serious issues with the room. There was water leaking from the window, and I was forced to change rooms. The new room was different from my room original booking - I had booked a king-bed room, but they moved me to a twin room. then I asked for an upgrade, I was told that no rooms were available. I felt very uncomfortable in the second room the room was haunted so I went down to the front desk feeling scared and asked to change the room. One of the staff members was not helpful at first and kept insisting that I had already changed rooms. After I became upset and explained the situation clearly about the leaking and the haunting rooms, they finally moved me back to a room similar to my original one, on the same floor.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025أعلى مستويات النظافة والاهتمام بالغرف والاثاث، وهذا غير مستغرب من الماريوت، الموقع ممتاز جداً والخدمات حوالين الفندق ممتازه جداً، المواقف متوفرة بالقبو، السعر عالي.
حصل موقف غريب للامانة، وصلني اتصال من العمليات المشتركة للامن العام (المرور) في الصباح بدري، وانا باقي نزيل بالفندق، بسبب شكوى من ادراة الفندق على موقف سيارتي بالقبو، والاشكالية الموقف لا يعيق الحركة ولا يقفل الطريق، وليس في مواقف اصحاب الهمم، وكان سبب الشكوى "وقفت في مكان مخصص للمدير العام للفندق" حسب قول الشخص المسؤول ، بالرغم من عدم وجود لوحة تدل على خصوصية الموقف، او لوحة تمنع الوقوف. بكل بساطة هذا موقف المدير!!! التصرف اعتقد يفتقد للمهنية تماماً وتصرف متسرع، وكان بالامكان الانتظار الى حين انصرافي للدوام في الصباح وابلاغي بعدم الوقوف، بشكل احترافي، او الاتصال على جوالي من الفندق او التحويلة على الغرفه. الحلول الاحترافية موجودة ولكن الي صار غريب، انا وضحت استيائي من التصرف للموظف الي كلمني بهدا الخصوص، ولكن لم يتم تصعيد الموضوع الى ادارة فنادق الماريوت. انتهى.
