Reviewed Dec 27, 2025مافيها شئ حلو وسخخه بدرجة مو طبيعيه والصراصير في كل مكان حتى في الثلاجه النظافه سيئه جداً جداً جذاً وكان فيه خطا في الحجز طالبه سريرين عطوني سرير + وسالتهم عن التدفئه قبل قالو موجوده ولنصدمت ان مافيها شئ كانت بارد وعوضوني بشقه في النرجس كانت نمل ما انصح احد فيها

Check in process just awful: the property is not called Al Yasmeen 526 when you get there so is not easy to confirm you are in the right place. We had paid in full, but were not given the entry codes because they were waiting for ID (which I had sent) but they did not tell me that's what they were waiting for. So I had to call them. They sent the codes, but not the building number requiring yet another call. Bathrooms flood when the showers are used.
