הדירה הייתה נקייה , מומלץ לנקות את הוילונות. מיטה נפתחת בסלון לא נוחה לשינה. המקלחון לא אטום אז המים הציפו את האמבטיה בכל שימוש

Nice place to stay in center tel aviv (very centric location). New building, with bomb shelter in the unit + balcony. I have been very comfortable and felt very safe! Super recommended!!!

התארחנו לכמה ימי נופש בפנטהאוז באזור דיזנגוף והיה פשוט מושלם. המיקום מעולה – במרחק הליכה מהכל, ועדיין שקט ונעים. הדירה הייתה נקייה, נעימה ומאובזרת כמו שצריך לחופשה קצרה. היה בה כל מה שצריך כדי להרגיש בנוח בלי לרוץ לקנות כל דבר קטן. הכל היה מתוקתק, נוח, והרגיש ממש כמו חופשה אמיתית במרכז תל אביב. לגמרי מקום שנחזור אליו שוב ונמליץ עליו בכיף.

הפתיחה של הדלת לדירה הייתה קצת מסובכת והיו חסרות טלוויזיות בחדרי השינה

אי אפשר היה לשהות בדירה כל הריחות של הטיגונים מהמסעדות למטה בתוך הדירה, לאחר שהתלוננו על הנושא ועזבנו את הדירה שעתיים לאחר מכן לא הסכימו לזכות אותנו וחייבו אותנו באופן מלא

היו קצת בעיות, אבל הצוות הגיע ושיפר את התנאים

לא היה מים חמים למרות הדוד הדולק.

מרכז העיר, נגיש נקי מסודר ידידותי ונוח למשתמש

המרפסת על גינג ג'ורג', זה היה פחות לטעמי אבל באמת פרט שולי יחסית ליתרונות.

המקום היה נקי והמיקום מצוין. שירות טוב ואכפתי.

הייתה בעיה עם המזגן אבל לבסוף הבעיה נפתרה.

הכל היה נקי ונחמד, הצק אין ברור בלי בעיות, מיקום מעולה ליד דיזינגוף סנטר.

חוויה מאוד לא נעימה . ממליץ לבדוק טוב בטרם סוגרים. בקצרה - נתקענו מחוץ לחדר כי הקוד שקיבלנו לא היה תקין. לא קיבלנו שום מענה במשך למעלה משעה ונאלצנו לבטל את החופשה ולסוע חזרה הביתה בלילה. באופן מקומם - המארח לא לקח אחריות על האירוע והתחמק מלענות או ליצור קשר לאחר מכן. וקצת יותר בפירוט - הגענו למקום משפחה עם שש נפשות בשעות הערב המאוחרות. הקוד כניסה לא עבד, אף אחד לא היה זמין בטלפון או בווצאפ במשך שעה. נאלצנו לבטל ולחזור באמצע הלילה נסיעה ארוכה הביתה. מסתבר שנפלה טעות עם הקוד ומס' החדר. טעויות קורות, אך לצערנו הבעיה היא שהמארח סירב לקחת כל אחריות על האירוע. אחרי שיחה או שניים הבטיח שיחזור ופשוט התחמק ונעלם.

הדבר היחיד שהיה טוב זה נקיון הדירה

שירות לקוחות מזעזע, אין טלפון לדבר מול בן אדם יש אך ורק ווצאפ וגם שם הם עונים בצורה לא אנושית ולא רצינית. עשו טעויות בחיוב , חייבו אותי ב800 שקלים יותר ורק אחרי ויכוח החזירו חלק מהכסף. שימו לב שאתם מזמינים רשום מחיר כולל , אז זה ממש לא המחיר הכולל!! תוסיפו לזה מע״מ וניקיון ב800 שקלים, מה שאומר שזה לעבוד על הלקוח!!! לא ממליצה בכלל

The location is great, many nice places can be reached by walking and many busses cross the area. The apartment was great, getting around is very clear.

the sofa bed is good for small children, I don't recommend it for teenagers or older.

All the information about every single appliance, codes, textiles. All I could need to make my stay smooth

Very modern apartment with the amenities needed when traveling with a baby- esp a kitchen! Nice big TV with all the apps. Very good AC. Amazing location right in the heart of Tel Aviv. The host responded so fast to all my messages. We had forgotten some luggage when we left and the host was absolutely amazing - we were so shocked we didn't have some of our luggage when we realized and saw the host has messaged us about it already. We organized pickup and they were so helpful - made it so easy for us. Highly recommend this place for multiple reasons.

Beautiful clean in superb location

Before we arrived they asked for a picture of my credit card, which was really weird since I had already paid through booking.com, we sent a picture, then a video (only the 4 last digits were visible, and then they asked to send a video of me saying I agree that my daughter will use this card (again - I already paid), so this was a bit strange. it was resolved after I changed the name on the reservation (not only the name of the guest)

I loved that the property was close to the transit, and local restaurants, and grocery store.

I just didn’t like that we never had a change of towels the whole time we were there. I can’t imagine staying longer than 3 days.

i needed a one night stay in Tel Aviv. it was a great place for that. there is a parking near by (make sure you access the car when gates are open in disingof center otherwise its a long detour). place is really nice, well designed and functional. while not near the sea it is in a central location with access to many places and a 1k walk to the sea if you are up to it.

Location is perfect

We stayed for a week and no cleaning service was provided. We asked for dishwasher tablets at least as there were none and were advised to go to a shop to purchase some ourselves.

the location is ok .

They took a deposit of 2000 Shekeles from my card without letting me know it will happen during the booking. Then i took them a week to transfer back the money ! a night mare ! Before and during rent , you are treated like a robot. they send you all the time emails and whatsapps, telling you what to do and what not to do , and threat you about the deposit. So not nice experience !!!!!!!

Water from the shower floods the entire bathroom . No parking. Had to pay a lot every day to park in Dizengoff Center. The area and streets around the building are filthy

Evidently, the host took great care in maintaining a pristine environment for guests. One of the standout features was its prime location. Situated in the heart of Tel Aviv, Whether I was seeking a cozy café or a trendy bar, everything was within walking distance. The ease of entering the apartment was noteworthy. The host provided clear instructions, and the check-in process was seamless.
