Notodden Sentrum Apartment NO 11

Sentralt, godt utstyrt leilighet

Ganske lite.

Spacious and includes everything you need

All good

Midt i sentrum.

No complaints at all

Only the shower hard to set water temperature

Sofa, soverommet .

Dusje.

Parking in front of the house Good description ahead of arrival

Noisy Water and mold in the bathroom Really small bedrooms

Spacious, big bathroom, clean

We booked for 5 adults because it stated it had 3 beds and was described as suitable for 5 adults. Picture us surprised when we arrived and there were only 2 double beds, 4 towel sets, and 4 chairs. When questioned where was the third bed, the owner answered in Norwegian, even though we had clearly asked in English. It was obviously hidden away in a drawer and was actually a blow up bed, instead of the promised sofa bed. There was no indication of this anywhere. When questioned about where to find the fifth towel and chair , we never got an answer. Additionally, there was clearly a general lack of care in the apartment. About half of the light bulbs were not working, including all the lights in the stairs. There was a hole in one of the bedrooms that led directly to the outside that was missing a cover. The description stated there was a laundry machine that we are still searching for to this day. Overall, this could have been a 5 star stay but the lack of care and communication made it a mediocre stay.

Sentralt.

This place is in a great location. The apartment is large and very comfortable for four people. It is well-equipped.

The apartment is very worn and a bit neglected. The cleaners should have done a better job, as it was filthy. The kitchen had glued-on and greasy stains on the cabinet fronts. The floor was poorly vacuumed. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty, and practically everything had to be washed before use. The apartment was very hot and difficult to air out. The window in one of the bedrooms couldn't be left ajar; it had to be either closed or wide open. I'm just letting you know that the neighbors in the building opposite are very noisy, so if you care about silence in the evenings and at night, it's noisy until 1-2 a.m.

It was ok

It's a bit run down the photos are better than reality. The surroundings are not very nice. It was difficult to find the apartment. It was in a rundown alley...

heilt topp

Comfortable, roomy and clean. Very functional and well equipped kitchen, roomy bathroom and comfortable beds. The living room was a nice surprise.

The moldy spot on the bathroom ceiling. Not much of a bother, but didn't match with the rest of the place, which was very clean and well maintained.

Wonderful and comfortable apartments, everything you need was there, convenient location

Property was quiet and roomy. The kitchen made it easy to make a couple of meals. Lo station of the property was great- able to find local food and grocery store nearby.

Dirty rugs in bathroom and broken dishwasher.

Fin og romslig leilighet. Luktet veldig mugg på badet.

Easy to find, quiet and safe location for my vintage car. Easy access to the town. Good local tourist sights a short drive away.

A little better map to find the place. Was raining when I arrived so took a bit of looking but otherwise the place was fine

Nice furniture, I loved living room and darker bedroom. Clean bedrooms with nice, fresh sheets and comfortable bed.

Parking - there was no space for my car, everything was taken by another vehicles. Entrance - you have to enter via the "backyard" which doesn't really look good. I didn't really feel safe in this area, it was very loud. Cleanliness - bedrooms were nice and clean, same with the living room, but kitchen and bathroom were not really nice. There was old coffee in the pitcher in the kitchen. In the bathroom there was leakage from the shower and from one small pipe on the side of the toilette. Handles of the kitchen cabinets were used and sticky, same with the flushing button in the toilette. Towels were avaliable, but some of them were still dump. In general, well...

The apartment was modern and clean.

Better adress by the road , But clean apartment.

Spotlessly clean, superb location, top class furnishing. I can't recommend this apartment enough. There is a beautiful river flowing next to the building where one can go for a refreshing walk. Highly recommended.
