Good facilities, comfy bed, helpful staff, washing room and short time luggage storage for free. You can reach inner Helsinki fairly quick by metro.

We booked with breakfast but it is not communicated well (especially on booking.com) that on Sunday morning you don't get the chance to have a breakfast in the cafe downstairs and choose what you like, instead they put 2 plain croissants, a smoothie and an oatmeal in your fridge for the next morning. Since I can't have neither sugar not dairy they reinbursed the price for this breakfast, which is fair enough, but still...And one nore thing, it would be great if windows could be opened a little at least.

Easy check-in and out. Clean. Water pressure is amazing. All the needed equipment.

The pillows are too thin for me. I booked three nights and i only got two coffee pods :D. I had an amazing stay nonetheless

I stayed at this hotel for almost a week. The room studio wass small but fully equipped with everything you needed if wanted to cook or have something in the room for snacks or drinks. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a bit small but had a good shower with warm water. I used the sauna on the common areas once and it was super nice, clean and organised. The area to do laundry also was an amazing option to have.

I decided to book the breakfast in the hotel and even though the personal from the cafeteria were always nice and diligent, the limited options for breakfast were not the best and everyday the same, so trying to find a variety is difficult or if you don't like something from the "menu" you will be very dissapointed, also since it is not cheap connsidering the quality-price ratio. Also I think that the sauna times should be continuous and extended in the weekend and during night.

Location: natural environment, forest, close to the tram station and bus stop. Within walking distance of Aalto University. Good social environment, with interesting common areas. Close to supermarkets.

The Reception is open only for a limited time. No problem with check-in and check-out, but when something is missing (e.g., towels, coffee, tea), there is an issue.

Sijainti on ok, palvelut sopivan lähellä. Auton latausmahdollisuudet ovat hieman rajoittuneet. Siisteys ok.

Huoneen koko. Aikaisemmin käydessämme saimme sentään kunnollisen kokoisen huoneen (ja kylpyhuoneen), mutta nyt oli huoneen koko mielestämme vain yhdelle henkilölle. Kylpyhuone oli todella ahdas ja usein osui kyynärpää seinään, kun yritti kääntyä. Aamiainen on valmis setti, joka vain lämmitetään. Ei oikein innostanut.

Sijainti oli erinomainen ja pientä luovuutta käyttäen keittövälineetkin sai käyttöön.

Mikron puute hämmästytti. Olin myös selvästi vanhempi kuin muut, mikä ehkä hidasti/esti kaikkien palveluiden käytön.

No information about booking details in room. Had booked breakfast but was not pointed to breakfast room. Terribly anonymous, no customer-facing staff at all. The experience was more that of staying in an anonymous flat with no services.

Se agradecería una mayor aireación en los pasillos, ya que a veces huele a comida. Estaría bien que la ventana se pudiera abrir un poco. Como sugerencia, una máquina de bebidas y café exprés, sería genial en la zona común.

Big windows, comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, nice cooking areas, free laundry facility downstairs, good location, close to public transport (tram 15 stop).

Could have placed a broom and dustpan for self cleaning during non-housekeeping days.

Close to Aalto University, also close to Helsinki by car.

Beds have the bare essentials. the pillows, duvet and mattress topper could use with an upgrade in the future in my personal opinion!

Well equipped studio, comfortable for two with many facilities and activities to do.

The only disappointing thing is about the manual booking system for the laundry. Other users seems to not respect bookings made by others in advance, and the management of Noli is urged to take further actions to manage this.

They say they clean every other day but it took them 5 days to come (one weekend in the middle so maybe it was that) and they only pickup trash and change towels, nothing else.

Super nice modern functioning apartment hotel. Everything is very well-thought. Small but so fresh, modern apartment which has everything you need for your stay. If you can't find it in your room; it can be probably borrowed from the facility. Nicely decorated and done, very very pleased!

Hyvä sijainti omaan tarpeeseen. Toimiva julkinen liikenne melkein etuovelle saakka, sekä kauppa vieressä. Iso plussa omasta keittiöstä.

Hotellissa oli ilmeisen täyttä, joka näkyi ja kuului yhteisissä tiloissa. Lisäksi sängystä patjan alta löytyi varmuusvälineen kuoria, onneksi ei itse varmuusvälineitä.

L'appartement était spacieux, très moderne et vraiment agréable à vivre. Il était parfaitement équipé, je n'ai manqué de rien pendant mon séjour. Le vrai plus reste la vue sur la baie et la mer, qui était magnifique. Le logement est également très bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre d'Helsinki en une vingtaine de minutes. Il est facile à trouver et l'accès est très pratique. Franchement, rien à redire, tout était parfait. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Honnêtement, je n'ai rien à reprocher à mon séjour. Tout s'est très bien passé. La seule petite amélioration que je pourrais suggérer concerne le ménage pour les séjours de plusieurs jours. Lors de mon séjour de huit jours, il est arrivé à plusieurs reprises que le personnel de nettoyage entre dans la chambre après avoir frappé très brièvement, alors que j'étais encore présente. Il pourrait être utile de prévoir un système "Ne pas déranger" à accrocher à la porte, ou un autre moyen de communication entre les clients et le personnel, afin d'éviter ce type de situation. Actuellement, il n'y avait qu'un écriteau indiquant la présence d'un animal de compagnie, mais rien permettant de signaler que la chambre était occupée. C'est un détail, mais cela rendrait l'expérience encore plus agréable.

Very good apartment for a weekend stay. Could've stayed there a lot longer!

Not very centrally located, although public trasport very good: tram stop almost at the entrance. Was a bit noisy because door slams and footsteps from the hallway were a bit loud. Maybe the soundproofing for the doors could be improved? Didn't affect my sleep very much.

It was a clean and comfortable place, conveniently located close to public transportation and grocery stores.

The fact that the windows could not be opened was a problem.

General common area is very nice, gym is a bit small but functional. There near by big and cheap parking area.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there is a mini-kitchen and everything you need.

I checked in to the hotel at 19:20 on Saturday. I needed a parking spot, but it turned out there is simply no way to book one separately when you arrive and check in. At 19:20 I also wrote to support through Booking about the parking spot. By the time I checked out, support still had not answered me :) In the evening there is not a single staff member left in the whole 16-floor hotel, which seems strange to me. In the evening some guys at the entrance were calmly smoking marijuana — yes, maybe this is not the hotel's problem, but it was unpleasant. IF there had been staff on duty in the hotel, I am sure this would not have happened. In my room 1503 the trash from the previous guests had not been thrown out, and the bin was full.

I appreciated the central location, which made it easy to access local attractions and amenities. I also valued the complimentary breakfast, which helped me start my day on a positive note. Having access to a gym was important for maintaining my fitness routine, and I enjoyed relaxing in the sauna to unwind after a long day.

Очень хорошее расположение. Рядом супермаркет, трамвайная остановка, до метро одна остановка трамваем. Современная обстановка, комфортная кровать. Быстрый интернет.

На десятом этаже в номере было жарко. Кондиционер был настроен на 25 градусов и изменить настройки не получалось. Персонал предложили фен. Он немного помогал, но не достаточно.

Really nice room, well-equiped, super easy check-in and check-out processes. Nice location too, very close to the university and just a 10-min walk to the metro. If in the zone, I'd be happy to stay here again!

Kuntosali oli aivan ensiluokkainen. Vaikka sali oli pieni niin se oli suunniteltu loistavasti. Vapaat painot, painonnostontanko. toiminnallinen teline, hiihto- ja soutuerometri ... tällaiseen kombinaatioon ei koskaan törmää hotellien saleilla. Paras hotellisali jossa olen ollut koskaan ja olen matkustanut paljon. (poislukien luonnollisesti hotellien yhteydessä olevat oikeat punttisalit)

Toimiva ja edullinen majoitus. Hyvä sijainti ja helppo saavutettavuus.

Kylpyhuoneen lattialla oli edellisen jäljiltä hammastahnan metallinen sinetti ja wc-paperirullan hylsy. Ei ole varmaan ehditty siivota kunnolla.

The location is perfect, with public transportation just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel offers excellent facilities and amenities. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully organized.

Il y avait des espaces de jeux, salle de sport, une cuisine commune en plus que la cuisine de la chambre, une salle de travail très calme, un espace pour laver le linge et plein d'autres fonctions très utiles. J'ai bcp apprécié.

La salle de bain était trop petite j'aurais bien aimé si le meuble dont le lavabo est mis en dessus était petit pour donner un peu d'espace pour les toilettes car j'avais bcp de mal, c'était trop serré. A part ça c'était une expérience agréable.
