La posizione, accessibile facilmente dal centro di Rovaniemi e molto vicina all'Arktik museo

Troppo piccola, manca uno spazio per appoggiare le valigie, o le metti sul tavolo, sul letto o sul divano e visto che sono trolley con ruote non mi sembra igienico. Il bagno terribile, senza finestra, con il wc in mezzo, lavabo posizionato molto in basso, scomodissimo x lavarsi il viso, non c'è un tappetino , uscendo dalla doccia allaghi tutto il pavimento. Due soli asciugamani x 2 persone per due giorni quindi devi asciugarti con lo stesso dal viso ai piedi L'unica finestra della casa non è apribile quindi per arieggiare devi aprire la porta d'ingresso. Il giardino è tenuto malissimo. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto. Pagato 144 euro per 2 notti.

Loved staying at the Blueberry Inn! Everything suited me here: just the right size of self-catering studio with everythingbone might need, the blueberry theme carries on in the bath with blueberry soap and shampoo 🫐... check in and communication with Manuel were smooth and unproblematic at all times, and the place is within some 20min of relaxed walk into town centre (in the summer). There is a K market nearby and a S market a short drive down the road. Everything was lovely, and I even returned to sray on the same trip! Would return & would recommend. Homely, cozy, functional place.

Viene fornito un solo asciugamano, non c'è il tappeto per la doccia, nel bagno non ci sono piani d'appoggio, né armadi nella zona giorno

Great location and cosy apartment! We were extremely happy with our stay here. It was nice to be away from the city centre and loved the walk too and from.

Being really pedantic but the bed was on the small side and the mattress kept moving but that is me being really nitpicky.

The place is near to the center and all the main activities, Arktikum included, and the host was very nice. Maybe a bit small, but the place has everything you need and you’ll always feel good

Velmi hezká lokalita v rezidenční čtvrti v pěší dostupnosti do centra města. Klid a výhled do zasněžené zahrady. Vybavená kuchyňka pro základní vaření.

Bij aankomst troffen wij een accommodatie aan die extreem koud was. Het was buiten ongeveer –30 graden, terwijl het binnen nauwelijks 10 graden werd. De verwarming kon niet worden ingesteld. De eigenaar gaf aan dat het om centrale verwarming ging en dat dit niet aangepast kon worden. Daarnaast waren er overal beperkingen. In de badkamer hing een bericht dat je niet langer dan 10 minuten mocht douchen, met de uitleg dat dit geen hammam is en dat men verantwoordelijk met het milieu moest omgaan. In de keuken was het bijna onmogelijk om te koken; volgens de eigenaar was deze ruimte eigenlijk niet bedoeld voor normaal gebruik. De accommodatie voelde meer aan als een aangepaste garage of schuur, terwijl de prijs veel te hoog was voor wat er werd aangeboden. Door de kou en de omstandigheden zijn wij ziek geworden. Wij waren daardoor genoodzaakt om na één nacht te vertrekken en vonden direct daarna een andere accommodatie die twee keer zo goedkoop was en perfecte omstandigheden bood. Mijn advies aan toekomstige gasten: denk goed na voordat je deze accommodatie boekt. De beschrijving en prijs komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid.

Very clean, toilet had a floor heater which really helped during the winter, the host Manuel was extremely helpful

Everything is fine, but expect that you'll need to get an Uber or taxi if you're carrying luggages as there aren't bus stops nearby.

La situation, la tranquillité, la propreté

Pas d'ouverture, pas d'accès à un jardin, rien pour sécher le linge

The family room was well-equipped, tidy, and cosy. We appreciated the host's flexibility and the ease of approaching him with our wishes and questions. Location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the city center.

During our stay in the autumn, the room air had some excess moisture and we felt a bit chilly in the evenings. I'm sure this would have been sorted out with the host if we'd have mentioned it. We basically only spent the night time in the room, so it was not a big problem. Most importantly, we slept like babies!

Práctico y económico

Tutto, l' appartamento era caldo, pulito e vicino al centro. È molto bello e lo consiglio.

Ho dovuto aspettare fino esattamente le 15 e purtroppo c'erano -30°C fuori. So che non c'era la possibilità di anticipare, però magari in futuro si potrebbe tenere conto.

we’ve had such a comfortable and pleasant time here! Even with the cold weather outside, the room has always been nice and warm, which made our stay so much cozier. All the amenities are complete and the room was spotlessly clean from day one, making us feel right at home. It has left a really great impression on us, and we’d absolutely love to stay here again if we’re back in the area. Thanks again for your kindness and hospitality!

everthing is perfect

L'appartamento era piccolo ma molto carino, rifornito di tutto il necessario e corrispondente alla descrizione. La posizione come indicato leggermente fuori dal centro ma vicina alla fermata del bus.

Il letto era scomodo, purtroppo.

Apartament a 15/20 minuts del centre, en una urbanització molt maca. Vam anar i tornar caminant cada dia i no es fa gens pesat. Molt acollidor i amb el terra del lavabo radiant, que va molt bé amb les temperatures de Rovaniemi.

Potser estaria bé algun armari petit, tot i que l’espai és força limitat i el llit no és del tot confortable si s’hi passen varis dies, però no està malament.

Quiet location about 20 min walk / 5 min drive from city centre. Friendly host. Nice facilities and good shower. Lots of space and loved the kitchen amenities. Free luggage storage was great.

You’re required to clean the space and take out rubbish when you leave even though it’s a hotel, otherwise you’ll be charged. The TV is only in Finnish with local channels, with no subtitles, and did not have streaming services. Smoke alarm was sensitive and went off when we sprayed deodorant

Det var litet och mysigt. Perfekt för ett par. Vi hade allt vad vi behövde. Rent och fint. Området ett lugnt villa område. Privat värd han var en mycket trevlig kontakt. Vi fick en mycket utförlig informations mail samt ett varmt välkomnande.

Need to walk a bit from city center

Stanza molto accogliente e pulita, con cucina all'interno dotata di tutti i comfort (microonde,bollitore, forno, ecc). Possibilità di deposito bagagli molto apprezzata.

Avrei preferito avere un asciugamano in bagno per asciugare le mani e un tappeto per la doccia.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur(ganz toll)zur Stadt etwa 15min zu Fuß, das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, das Franz.Bett 140 cm breit ist etwas sehr klein für 2 Personen(leider nicht Abänderung da es in einer Zimmernische steht) sehr netter Vermieter, ansonsten alles ok

The property was exactly as advertised and the perfect size for a couple. The location was walking distance to dining and shopping.

Quiet, clean and location

It was a wonderful stay. Manuel is so Nice! The place is walking distance to City center to take buses! Near a supermarket and a shopping mall. The kitchen hás many facilites and the owner leaves coffee and tea as courtesy. Bathroom very good with shampoo and so! I Will be Back for sure!

The Blueberry was in a quiet street a very short walk from the town centre. The room was immaculately clean. The owner seemed lovely and there was plenty of communication.

The bed needs to be replaced. The mattress would collapse unless you were completely centre. I even fell out of bed once when I rolled over, which was actually quite funny but wasn't ideal. The shower head was also not very secure and resulted in my wife and I having to "bird bath" for the two nights. All in all the owner has tried to make the room comfortable but needs some repairs.

The host is welcoming and very responsive to my messages. The accommodation is cozy, just right for us 2 and the little kitchen useful.The beds are comfortable, the place is always warm and it has a good shower. It's also walking distance into town.

The bed sheet is ageing.

The stay is very cozy and comfortable.. It is very near from city center abt 1.1km walk the house is well equipped with a kitchen and everything ur gona need the host is very friendly and helpful. In my experience this place is a 10/10

The location not too far from city with car only, easy parking.

We arrived quite late because we drove 8 hours and we went to see the aurora lights, around 0:30AM we couldn’t take a shower because the drain was full of hair and the water didn’t go down, so either the bathroom is under water or we doesn’t shower. Next day we had a text around 8:30 they are going to fix it which they did, but this could have been done before we pay 200+ euros for this. There was a lot of hair around the bedsheet as well. The bad is two single beds together, you won’t sleep together if you are couple. After we asked to have a 2nd night cancelled which the owner approved but we didn’t get anything back from the first night just an apology in text which could have been okay if it doesn’t cost us the mentioned 200+€.

Everything was perfect, only 20 minutes by walking from centre or only 10/12 euro on bolt/Uber to move

Good cooking facilities in the room, if that's your thing when away although we did not use. Sheets and room were warm.

The last stretch of the road to the cabin was a dangerous walk. It was so icy and trying to carry a bag and case it was treacherous. It is about a 12 min walk to the centre of the town. The room we stayed accommodated 3. Although only 2 came, it would have been a stretch to fit 3 adults in the room. We should have looked at the pictures more closely before booking as it was bunkbeds, 2 on the bottom and one on top. No room to sit up and read before bed. No bed side tables, no wardrobe to hang stuff up.

I like everything about the property. The area also feels very calm. I saw a rabbit pass by the house. Make me like everything. The host gave plenty of coffee and tea. Everything is clean. Location is around 1km away from city centre not far. Walking distance if you like to walk. I will coming back to Rovaniemi next year on March hopefully l can book this property again.

Everything was very clean and organized. Kitchen has everything in case you need to cook. In the room you will find adapter, hair dryer and also a washing machine. Easy check in. Bonus point it has a luggage room if you need to leave your stuff. Central location, 12 minutes walk to the city center and 20 min to the bus station.

The property was so cute, extremely clean and in a perfect location - beautiful setting near the woods, just off from the main city centre. We met the Landlord who lived on-site who was ever so welcoming, polite, and who’d set out some birthday treats for my boyfriend which was lovely.

Was quite pricey for the size, but think this was expected with how last minute we’d booked and also time of year.
