One of the most comfortable beds I have ever had outside my own. Rooms were well appointed. Beautiful gardens and pool.

No Bar, Check in a little laboured and reception desk not easy to find.

Clean and spacious room - we had a two bedroom apartment. Good facilities - nice swimming pool and very well maintained garden areas within the complex. It was very quiet and safe which felt like a nice retreat from the busy city. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The manager was very helpful. Getting around from the location was very easy using the ‘Grab’ app for tuktuks/taxis.

We initially found it very hard to find as they’re doing some lobby renovations. The reception area wasn’t clearly marked. Our room also said ‘sofa bed’ on the booking for the lounge which turned out just to be a sofa (not a bed) which meant one of our family needed to get a another room. The manager took this feedback on board :)

The location was great and the room size was just right. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay.

One Park Hotel is the best hotel in Phnom Penh! The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

I really enjoyed my stay at One Park Hotel & Residence. The place is clean and comfortable, and it’s so quiet perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. It’s a great spot if you want somewhere peaceful but still close to everything. I’d definitely come back again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was well-equipped with complete cooking and laundry facilities, which made it perfect for a long-term stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team ensured it was tidied up every day. The environment was peaceful with no traffic noise, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The front desk staff were polite, spoke both English and Chinese, and were very easy to communicate with. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

The breakfast beehoon soup and sweet potato buns were delicious. Lunch and dinner menu is good too, but can have even more vegetarian options. Location is very convenient and there is a safe and clean area to jog and exercise within the property itself. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, making our stay a very pleasant one.

Would have preferred a concrete wall for the toilet, instead of glass panels and door.

Screaming kids in the pool Until late. Generally a lot of music / loud every night. We had some jumping insect in the room. manager dismissed it as “get these everywhere - it’s a hot country” but wouldn’t say what it was and we didn’t have them anywhere else. Bedding on My side had marks on it. Dirty.

The location is good. There are three shopping malls basically around the corner and the old town area can be reached easily by tuktuk.

Sizeable rooms, comfortable. Laundry in room with easy drying on balcony. Air conditioning was great, easy to adjust. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast and restaurant meals.

During our stay weather was windy and pool was shaded, we never used the pool. Located some distance from Riverside, many Tuktuk drivers didn't know it's location, fairly new. While there was a full kitchen it lacked any pots,pans, crockery and utensils.

The room was big and with some simple kitchen facilities. Although no tools were available. A room you can stay in for many weeks.

Breakfast was without possibility of getting soya milk, no cheese or rolls, baguettes etc. The restaurant is some minutes walking outdoors. Works fine until it starts raining. The location is not in walking distance of "anything"
