Reviewed Mar 25, 2024If I could give this property 0 stars, I absolutely would. After arriving into the country with our family, we emailed the host to confirm the check in details for the unit and she proceeded to cancel our reservation, just 2 mins before the official check in time. No compensation or options were provided. We had to quickly search and thankfully find somewhere to stay while in Kingston. All hotels were booked due to it being Boys & Girls Champs weekend.

Reviewed Feb 20, 2024Great communication from start to finish. No hassle with my stay nor micro management. Really professional . I’ll definetly be staying here on all of my visits in Kingston .
