For a first stay in France, I was very satisfied of my stay at odalys city Les docks it was very pleasant and very comfortable

Nous nous sommes trompés au niveau de la réservation en prenant 2 lits séparés la dame à l’accueil nous a changé gratuitement de chambres sans frais. La chambre était bien spacieuse seulement il y avait des traces de cafés sur le mur et sur le tapis

I stayed at the Odalys hotel apartment in Le Havre and was very disappointed with both the condition of the facilities and the service provided. The freezer in the apartment was absolutely filthy – it was disgusting, with what appeared to be dried blood inside. Clearly, it hadn’t been cleaned properly before my arrival, which raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the accommodation. I reported the issue to reception, but the staff were completely unhelpful. They had no solution for defrosting or cleaning the freezer and seemed unwilling or untrained to deal with even basic maintenance requests. The housekeeper was equally ineffective, citing that the fridge was integrated into the kitchen and could not be accessed, unplugged, or moved, as it was fixed behind a wooden panel to match the kitchen decor. This setup made it impossible to clean or defrost the appliance without professional intervention – yet there was no maintenance staff available to assist during my stay. Additionally, the building only has one elevator to serve nine floors, leading to long waiting times, especially during check-in/check-out periods. Overall, I expected far better standards from a property carrying the Odalys name. The lack of cleanliness, unresponsive staff, and poor infrastructure make it hard to recommend this place to future travelers.

On a aimé et surtout on était bien accueilli, je sais pas comment elle s'appelle la dame qui était à l'accueil à notre arrivée mais elle nous a bien accueilli, merci beaucoup, je recommande l'hôtel Odalys.

Cest la deuxieme fois que nous sejournons a cet hotel et nous en sommes tres satisfait. La literie est confortable, la cuisine est appréciable et cest propre. Petit axe damelioration : manque de clim dans le studio, il y fait vite chaud. Manque de torchon dans la cuisine, on a du laver la vaisselle a la main sans eponge. Le boitier pour ouvrir le parking est peu visible. Pour le reste, RAS et bon emplacement. Petit dejeuner tres bon. Merci.

We were refused access to the hotel's private car park because it was already reserved, although we never saw it more tha 3/4 full. The station car park is only 50 yards or so further away and as it turned out proved cheaper for us than the 10 Euros per night the hotel would have charged. The cage for locking cycles is convenient and secure.

Wonderful spacious apartments with a modern renovation. Two rooms and a kitchen fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and appliances. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and welcoming. And all this for an incredible price! The only downside was the lack of available parking spaces at the hotel. We parked on a nearby street in a public parking area

A double bed is preferred rather than two single beds placing together.

Vi fick ett superfint välplanerat och rymligt familjerum på översta våningen. Enkelt pentry underlättade för att inta egen frukost. Skjutdörr mellan föräldrasängen och uppbäddad bäddsoffa uppskattades. Vi var supernöjda med rummet!

Generell ein Hotel welches man für ein bis zwei Nächte buchen kann. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 8.Stock, welches einen schönen Ausblick ermöglichte. Die Bewertung der Sauberkeit ist immer sehr subjektiv, aber wenn im Bad nicht einmal Toilettenpapier für zwei Tage vorhanden ist, ist das eher schlecht. Die Gardinen hätten ebenfalls mal wieder eine Wäsche vertragen können und die Arbeitsplatte in der Küchenzeile wurde auch schon länger nicht richtig abgewischt. Wir haben das Frühstück im Hotel wahrgenommen, welches ok ist. Die Auswahl an Wurst und Käse ist sehr beschränkt. Das Rührei ist leider nicht essbar, da es aus einer Art Brei besteht (wahrscheinlich Pulverei) und nicht ansatzweise nach Ei schmeckt. Obst gibt es am Bufffet, aber es ist nicht aufgeschnitten und optisch auch schon ein paar Tage alt. Generell habe ich kein Problem mein Obst selber zu schneiden, aber für die Schnittabfälle gibt es keinen Mülleimer. Positiv ist, dass es Milchalternativen, eine Müslibar sowie verschiedene Säfte gibt. Parken wird im Hotel zwar angeboten, es kann aber auch auf den Parkplatz circa 50m hinter dem Hotel für 7€ den ganzen Tag geparkt werden. Vom Hotel aus kann man super mit dem Fahrrad entlang des Hafens an den Stadtrand fahren und in gemütlich Restaurants essen und entspannen.

Der var begrænset parkering, men personalet var støttende til at finde alternative løsninger. Der manglede redskaber på værelset til at kunne klare dag-til-dag rengøring. Personalet udviste rigtig god service.

Hôtel sympathique, assez bien situé, parking à l’arrière (payant de 9h/17h30), literie confortable, salle de bain spacieuse. Nous y avons passé un séjour agréable. Nous n’avions pas opté pour le petit déjeuner en raison du prix qui nous semblait excessif.

Friendly Staff and a fantastic room which was super clean. Facilities in the room were also great with the kitchenette and the hotel was so close to the train and bus stations. Highly recommend Hotel Odelys to anyone that is going to Le Havre.

There was no information in advance about where to unload. I (along with 4 other guests) had to park illegally and wait in line - in my case, about 15 minutes - only to be told the hotel car park was full. They could and should have communicated this in advance.

Hotel novo, em frente ao centro comercial das docas. Muito simples, sem muitas opções em volta a não ser os fast foods do shopping. Limpeza das áreas comuns a desejar. Apesar de ser apart hotel o quarto é pequeno. Padrão íbis !

Propreté pas exceptionnel, présence de poils sur le meuble de salle de bain. Plaque de cuisson salle. Ascenseur en panne le 2 ème jour, du coup 6 étages à pieds... Heureusement réparation rapide. Sinon personnels très agréables

Hôtel bien entretenu et calme. Parfait pour un petit séjour à la découverte du Havre. Bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est très cher. Nous n’avons pas trouvé qu’il valait son prix.

Friendly staff. Hotel is nice and clean. There is a nice restaurant nearby called Bistro. Their food is superb.

Un bon séjour, emplacement idéal le seul problème est le canapé lit qui grinçait énormément au moindre petit mouvement ... Le 3ème et 4ème couchage à revoir !

Afin d'assister à un concert, nous voulions réserver pas trop loin du Carré des Docks où avez lieu ce concert, sans pour autant nous ruiner. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la chambre qui ressemble en fait plus à un studio qu'à une chambre d'hôtel. Nous y avons passé une bonne soirée et une bonne nuit. L'emplacement de la chambre au 7ème étage permettait de voir et d'apprécier une grande partie de Le Havre. Si nous devions renouveler l'expérience, nous reprendrions la même réservation. Le seul bémol, c'est le fonctionnement simultané des télévisions. En effet, quand on utilisait une des télévisions, dans la chambre ou dans le salon-cuisine, l'autre se mettait en service également.

Super!!! On était hyper bien. Par contre, il faudrait changer le matelas de la chambre 601 car il y a un gros creux inconfortable.

I spent a few nights at this appart'hotel in September 2024. The location in Le Havre is convenient (close to the main railway station). The building is new and the rooms are well appointed. Service is kind. Breakfast is excellent. Overall, a good experience

L’hébergement est propre et bien équipé, offrant un confort appréciable. Cependant, je trouve que le prix du petit déjeuner, à 18€, est un peu trop élevé pour ce type d’établissement. Ce tarif, digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, pourrait décourager certains clients de franchir le cap!

Prélevé une semaine avant mon arrivée !! Sur un séjour de deux semaines j’ai dû écourter mon séjour de 4jours… Odalys n’a jamais voulu rembourser même avec une demande d’hôtel.com.Les personnes à l’accueil très aimable sauf la dernière le jour de mon départ. Sinon très bel Hôtel avec grandes pièces. Tt est neuf , manque juste torchon ds cuisine.

L'hôtel est bien placé. Il est très bien isolé car on n'entendait aucun bruit des autres chambres. L'appartement est très confortable et bien agencé. La literie est très confortable. Le personnel est très serviable et gentil.

If you exit the train station through to the bus terminal, go straight down where the buses are and turn left and go straight until you see McDonalds Logo on the street across

Nous avons choisi ce logement pour notre séjour en Normandie pour deux nuits. Bel hôtel, appartement spacieux, calme, literie très confortable, centre commercial et restaurants à proximité. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Très bon rapport/qualité prix.

Les avis positifs sur cet établissement sont étonnant. Hôtel horrible. Propreté absente. Les veilleuses ne s’éteignent pas on a dû les cacher avec de la toile. Pas de liquide vaisselle. Fenêtres sans stores donc la nuit à croire qu’il fait encore jour. Bruit très fort. Le coins cuisine en mdf sale et crade. En arrivant à l’hôtel, pas de parking (il fallait réserver alors qu’on nous a jamais informé avant)…bref à fuire

Ils ont pu nous changer de chambre malgré un hotel quasi complet (car nos voisins de chambre ne nous inspiraient pas confiance, remarques déplacées…) ça nous a rassuré tout a été top !

À fuir, vol dans l’hôtel. Très bel accueil pour cet appart’ Hotel. Les chambres semblent propre mais à y regarder plus en détail, beaucoup de poussière, de moisissures dans les douches, les placards des cuisines mal nettoyés… l’hôtel est placé sur un axe routier très fréquenté la nuit et donc très bruyant. Mais le pire fut, qu’au moment de notre départ, nous avons oublié une paire d’écouteur. Nous avons mis quelques jours à nous en rendre compte. Mais nous avons pu les suivre grâce à la géolocalisation. ils étaient toujours présents dans l’hôtel. Après avoir contacté plusieurs fois l’établissement, ils me confirment que ce n’est pas un membre du personnel, qui aurait les écouteurs. En même temps, qui va se dénoncer? Merci Apple et la géolocalisation (nous avons une adresse), une plainte pour vol a été déposé. Et merci au personnel de l’hôtel pour son manque d’honnête et de professionnalisme.

Very clean and comfy. In a new area in front ok the docks. Appartment very well, we were a family of four. All new.

Very clean and modern building. Room had excellent facilities including fridge, microwave, hob, sink and kettle. Spacious and comfortable room. Opposite a small shopping area with a few restaurants which were family-friendly. Bit noisy at night with cars and people coming home from nights out (we stayed on a Saturday night).

Easy to find and a very modern and well maintained aparthotel. Staff helpful & friendly. Small car park which needs booking as the property is close to the main train station. All amenities walkable inc the shopping mall opposite. It's on a main road so traffic noise is unavoidable. Would definitely stay again if travelling through Le Havre.

Check-in was excellent and the staff was supportive. The building is brand new. However, I was disappointed with the floor cleaning; I found crumbs and no cleaning service was offered when I reported it. Instead, I was asked to clean it myself with the hotel's vacuum, which is unacceptable.

Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour à l'Hôtel s'est déroulé de manière satisfaisante, avec quelques points qui méritent d'être soulignés. Chambre et salle de bain La chambre elle-même semblait répondre aux attentes d'un établissement 3 étoiles. Cependant, la salle de bain a révélé des lacunes préoccupantes en matière d'hygiène et d'entretien. Points positifs - La chambre semblait conforme aux standards d'un 3 étoiles Points négatifs - Les serviettes de bain présentaient des taches suspectes, ressemblant à de l'excréments. C'est un manquement grave aux normes d'hygiène les plus élémentaires, même pour un établissement de cette catégorie. - Les joints de la douche étaient oranges, signe d'un manque d'entretien régulier et approfondi. Services et expérience globale En dehors des problèmes mentionnés dans la salle de bain, le séjour s'est déroulé de manière plutôt satisfaisante. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner buffet très qualitatif et le personnel qui s'en est occupé qui était vraiment au niveau du standing revendiqué par l'établissement. Conclusion Malgré une expérience globalement correcte, les manquements graves en matière d'hygiène dans la salle de bain ne peuvent être ignorés. L'hôtel doit impérativement améliorer ces aspects pour offrir une expérience à la hauteur de sa classification 3 étoiles.

Very warm welcome and extra bedding was sent to our room. Bed very comfortable and a nice warm room as it was 9c and raining outside. Shower was amazing! Morning breakfast was fantastic!!!

We are a family of 4 and had a really nice stay. Our apartment was big for a hotel and the kitchenette was very handy. Generally this is a very nice 3 star hotel, well managed and clean. It is on a busy road so can get quite noisy, but everything else was perfect.

I travel a lot and was still surprised by this hotel. Comfortable beds, even the sofa was very comfortable. Bravo for the breakfast (on May 1st). I'm not talking about that you find everything you want for 16€/. But it's really well organized and very clean. Each bread is carefully protected by a napkin so that I'm sure that I don't eat something that the former customers touched. We can really see the cleaness! 1) tap water is really very hard. we see that clearly from the kettle and the showerhead. May find a solution for that? 2) parking is 10€ per day but it's not closed (secured). You can find places nearby (MacDo just across the street).

Everything is great. The only problem: There are 2 hotels with the same name, Odalys, and they are about 500 meters apart. I went to the wrong one. Parking is a little tricky if you arrive at night because it is difficult to know and see where the paid parking lots are. Once you are there, it is a GREAT place to stay.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They were very friendly and happy to make recommendations for local restaurants. The location is very good. It is convenient for buses, trams and trains, as well as restaurants, takeaways and the Docks Vauban shopping centre. The facilities in the room were good, with a microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), electric hob and mini dishwasher. Crockery, glassware and cutlery are all provided. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom and a good shower with both a conventional shower head and a rainfall head. The room was very hot and did not have air conditioning. This made it necessary to open the windows, rendering the soundproofing ineffective and resulting in quite a lot of noise from the road below. This was the only significant drawback for us. Overall, the price we paid was very reasonable for the quality of accommodation and service that we received. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Good and new structure and room (fantastico bed) but at the arrival time they ask a deposit of 150€ per person (not clear on booking), cleaning of the room Is not free buy need to pay...hotel parking os not free and parking outsider Is very difficult. Need to put off rubbish at the end.

Our stay at Odalys City Le Havre Hotel was amazing. The apartment was well equipped and had a modern style. We recommend it.
