Sea Hills Resort Havelock

We stayed for 2 nights in Oct 2024. Pros:- - The room size is good. - The washroom size is great. - Bed was comfortable - check in was smooth Cons:- - booked the 2nd category room out of the 3 categories. Got a room with no view. It was so bad that we didn't even open our curtains for the time we were there. The lady manager(don't recall the name now) argued when requested for a room change. - NO LIFT. We were given a room on 3rd floor n there was no lift. - hardly any breakfast spread. Our 3 star hotel in port blair had a better spread. - NO PLACE TO SIT at the time of bfast. We literally had to share the table with another family. Have never ever done this on any vacation during our entire lives. - we had an early morn ferry to catch. Requested for a packed bfast. They gave 1/4th of a sandwich n packed juice per person. After a lot of request n argument, they prepared poha. It felt like begging even though we had paid for the bfast. Book only if u r on a budget n if above points don't bother u.

The hotel is close to Radhanagar and Elephant Beach, with convenient travel times. The cleanliness, service quality, and food are just amazing. The entire kitchen team and staff are simply outstanding—polite, warm, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The cost is slightly on the higher side, but it's surely worth the stay.

Just got back from a stay at this resort and honestly, it was awesome. The place is super chill, with gorgeous views and a really peaceful vibe. The staff were super friendly and made everything easy. My room was clean, comfy, and had a killer view of the Forest & Mountain. The food? So good—tons of options and everything tasted fresh. Definitely planning to come back sometime soon.

I absolutely loved my stay at Seahills Resort in Havelock Island. The vibe of the place is just perfect—calm, refreshing, and surrounded by lush greenery that instantly makes you feel connected to nature. The entire resort has a peaceful charm that’s hard to put into words. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. It really made the experience feel warm and personal. A special mention to the Kramuka Restaurant—the food there was phenomenal! Every meal we had was full of flavor and beautifully presented. If you're looking for a relaxing escape in the heart of nature with great hospitality and delicious food, Seahills is definitely worth checking out.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Seahills Hotels & Resorts in Havelock! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The resort is nestled in a serene location surrounded by lush greenery, offering a perfect blend of luxury and nature. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all modern amenities, and the views were simply breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the nature and the sight of the sunrise was truly unforgettable. The food at the resort was delicious—fresh seafood, local delicacies, and a great variety to choose from. We also enjoyed the activities arranged by the resort, including snorkeling and a guided beach trek. If you’re looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in Havelock, I highly recommend Seahills Hotels & Resorts. It’s a hidden gem that delivers a five-star experience in every way!

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! We booked Sea Hill Hotels in Havelock, Andaman through MakeMyTrip, only to arrive and be told there were no rooms available! Despite having a confirmed booking, the staff was completely unhelpful, rude, and showed no remorse for their incompetence. We were left stranded with no alternative arrangements, and they didn’t even bother to assist us in finding another place to stay. The management was disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t care about their guests. This hotel completely ruined our trip. Do not trust them with your booking, and avoid this place unless you want to be left homeless on your vacation!

Absolute worst experience till date. We’ve booked resort through mmt, by the time we reached resort, we were already marked as no-show and was denied room for 7 adults + 3 children. Hotel did double booking. Never thrust this resort specially if you’re traveling with family.

Visited in Jan'24. Location was good, room was just okay. Breakfast was fine but had very limited options considering the price. Lunch was good but portion was very less. Staff at restaurant was very good but staff at reception they were not helpful/support at all.

Check-In Experience: The stay began on a disappointing note. We were aware of a mandatory Rs. 3,500 per person charge for a "Gala Dinner," but upon arrival, the reception staff displayed unprofessional behavior, insisting on full payment upfront. Suspicious, I requested the gala menu—it turned out to be basic, excluding drinks. Attempts to discuss this with management led to a dismissive and patronizing response over a poor phone connection. Having paid 50% of the room charges in advance (about 18k), I felt trapped. I could only hope the event would justify the steep price. The staff also offered minimal assistance with transportation or tourist support, contrary to expectations from a so-called "resort." The "Gala Event": The event was laughably underwhelming. A poor singer performed Bollywood songs to a disengaged audience. We had the dinner and retired into our rooms. Adding insult to injury, three of us suffered food poisoning, spending the night ill. New Year’s Day: The lack of first aid or assistance in an emergency was alarming. Requests for help during the night were met with indifference, and medicines were only arranged after a delay and an argument with the front desk the next morning. The staff's apathy and lack of hospitality further exacerbated the experience. Overall Feedback: This property fails on all counts—comfort, convenience, safety, and value for money. The facilities are basic, the location inconvenient, and the staff unprofessional. To make matters worse, other reviews suggest recurring issues with food safety. In conclusion, calling this a "resort" is misleading. Draw your own conclusions, but I cannot recommend this place.

Pathetic Experience at Sea Hills Havelock Resort (Room 206, Stay: 31st Dec 2025 to 2nd Jan 2026) Our stay at Sea Hills Havelock in Room 206 from 31st December 2025 to 2nd January 2026 was nothing short of disappointing. Here’s why: 1. Non-functional Shower: The shower in our room was completely unusable. For a so-called star hotel, this is unacceptable. 2. Lizards in the Room: To our horror, there were lizards in the room. It was unsettling and raised serious questions about cleanliness and hygiene standards. 3. Gala Dinner Nightmare: The “gala dinner party” was nothing but a loud, chaotic mess with unbearable music that disrupted the entire evening, they have kept starter counter next to the party so everyone had to go there to have food, music was too loud , on repeated requests to keep the volume down , we got an answer that we can complain to police they have the permission to play music till midnight that too loud. 4. Shocking Breakfast Policy: We requested an early breakfast as we had to leave for scuba diving. What we got was a cold sandwich—barely two slices of bread with a smearing of mayonnaise. When we asked for more (as we were missing the buffet breakfast we paid for), we were flatly told that was all we would get. Is this the courtesy of a “star hotel”? Two pieces of bread for paying guests? We have asked them to not to give tetra pack juice instead they can give any fruit , the reply was shocking that they get fruit from market by 7 am and can’t give us early Mng 😒 ( pls note we haven’t asked for entire buffet to be pack ) 5. Tiny Pool: The pool was a small water pond at best, far from the luxurious amenity it was advertised to be. 6. Rude Management: Spoke to the so-called GM, Vinod Miranda, who lacked basic courtesy and professionalism, something you’d expect from someone in the hospitality industry. Our experience during the stay was a disaster. Sea Hills Havelock fails to deliver on every front—service, amenities, and management. I would never recommend this place to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free vacation.

It is a very Horrible stay at Sea Hills Resort, Havelock. The Cleanliness of common areas and rooms is very poor. Staff are not cooperative at all. The GM Vinod Miranda is very rude & arrogant and has no time to listen to in-house guests' complaints so what to expect from lower staff. He has no sense of how to speak with the guest. The AC of the rooms are not working and providing the toota-phoota items like Broken kettle & Hangers in the rooms even after the complaint nobody is listening and on asking for change of room they say the hotel is full and our main office in Port Blair, if you have a complaint just go there. Hotel service is extremely bad. I’m not the one to leave reviews usually, but the rooms had ac which had no cooling at all and not working. The Only Good Thing About Hotel is Newly Built Property and due to unavailability of the proper maintenance, which is controlled by rude & arrogant people like Vinod Miranda the booking at this hotel is not worthy. I do not recommend this hotel. No service, lift upto limit floors only, rooms too far from restaurant and no car park facilities, no food varieties facility, nothing available in this resort. Don't waste your Money to stay this type of resort.

This is an amazing place.The property is top notch. Amazingly clean, big rooms, Basket for kids. They are some of the highlights it has. Located at a hill top near Radhanagar beach. Check in super fast with welcome drink. The rooms are big in size with private balcony. Amenities are well stocked. Rooms clean and tidy. Food is amazing and service quick. The resort has ample of space every where and so soothing to eyes. The staff make you feel amazing. They upgraded us to a higher category room. The check out super fast. All in all this is a lovely place for a good vacation. Will definitely recommend. And surely come back.

One of the best stays in Havelock. Food was decent. Avinash and chef vinod did a commendable job. The only drawback is lift. Upper floor rooms are very good but you need to climb a lot of stairs. All over a memorable stay. Will recommend to friends and family. Thanks team Sea Hills.

The hotel is situated in the heart of havelock. Radha Nagar beach, kalapathar beach, everything is merely at a distance of 10 mins from here. The hotel staff is very good and helpful. The rooms are very premium and spacious. Honestly you can experience luxury here. We were a group of 21pax from Maharashtra, NPCIL Tarapur unit. Avinash and team were excellent 👏. Food was delicious from breakfast to dinner. All staff were very cooperative. Thank you team Sea Hills.

This was such an amazing property. From the arrival rooms food staff everything was superb. A must visit property. Staffs are so polite and cooperative. Amit and swarup were excellent. Overall worth every penny we spent. Would definately reccomend everyone visiting havelock to book their stay at Sea Hills havelock.
