Multiple things… 1) F&B was TERRIBLE!! Most items on the menu were not available. The quality of a-la-carte was absolutely terrible!! 2) Value for money was lousy - I stayed in the Serenity cottage/room and it was poorly maintained. Bathroom was clean - but the room was poorly maintained - dirt on the floors - no cleaning around corners. Shower was not functional. 3) For the price I paid for the room (Expensive by Sakleshpur standards) I expected much better quality of rooms and F&B 4) Every evening there was loud music because they had some musical fountain. There were no guests watching or even outside. I had to call the front desk to either turn off or turn down the music. Not what I wanted in the midst of nature and such a lovely location. 5) Housekeeping is practically non-existent. Room was not cleaned and a friend of mine in the adjoining room had Red Ants in his bed and couldn’t sleep all night. Pathetic!! 5) I am DEFINITELY not going back there again.

Don’t keep dry fruits bottles in room if it’s at all chargeable. More transparency is required.

Food was great so was the staff. Main chef Rajesh prepared something special for my birthday which was very delicious and he was very kind.

The location is good and peaceful with lot of greenery around.

The resort is not upto the standards. Starting from room comfort to food to cleanliness it is too bad and not worth for the money. The rooms have Bed Bugs and one needs to be careful!!!!!. There is no kannada staff. All are northies. They can't speak aor understand any language. Even the crowd is not that great. Food is bad and the taste only God knows who cooks. Overall not worth for money at all

With the monsoon rains pouring all day, and cozy weather, we spent most of the time in the resort. There were lot of activities and in general, the property is well maintained. So, we could stroll and spend time around. Food was also good particularly the breakfast.

The House keeping is not up to the mark. The room upkeep, toilet upkeep and re-stocking of essentials was erratic. House keeping needs more supervision and better handling

The property is located in a nice and quiet environment. We stayed at Coffee Cascades, and the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate four people. The water park, swimming pool, and musical fountain were all very good. There is a nature walk around 7:30 AM, and it would be even better if they also included a walk through the coffee plantation area.

Buffet food during breakfast, lunch, and dinner was below average. The options were just okay and not worth the price of ₹1200 + taxes. À la carte options were also available, but they were very expensive and had limited choices. Facilities like the gym, swimming pool, and TT were available, but the swimming pool was only 4 feet deep, making it inconvenient for people who know how to swim properly. There were also turkeys roaming around the property, and sometimes their droppings could be seen near the room area where guests walk. In addition, our rooms were not cleaned properly, and we had to request cleaning again. Overall, the experience was just average in terms of food quality and hygiene.

Junior level staff were very polite , attentive and helpful.

Check in took a long time, senior executive who was called was not helpful. Food is too expensive for it's quality and quantity. Though the hotel was not full, we were told that rooms are full and was made to wait.

Breakfast and location of the resort was good

For super old generation climbing up and down was a torture. The accommodation provided for 5 senior citizens ONE SINGLE BATH ROOM. ( Not right , considering they have visit rest rooms frequently. )

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay, luckily the other room was not booked so it was peaceful for us , rooms are yeah bit smaller infact it was with some different concept in the containers but it was well maintained bouns point we got a balcony as well, the whole ambience was scenic, for parking the space is not very vast, water dance was also done, bit far from the main city, roads were good, food was also good, overall a decent stay.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom coming from sewage or drainage. We complain to the management who offered another room. However as we already stayed in room we did not want to again pack and unpack

The access road to the property is very bad and needs a new tar topping or white topping. The road via hanbal is also very bad state, especially if you are reaching the property at night. The property can put up visible sign enroute

Room size was small for the price but as we had booked on top floor we had good view. Too many restrictions on guests after such high prices and bar menu preparations were not upto the mark for the price they have charged. Food quantity was less for the price charged.

Amazing place to spend time with your family & loved ones. Food was amazing - lot of varieties in buffet, hospitality is top notch & support staff are very approachable, always at your door step for any kind of help needed. Family enjoyed a lot with the kind of ambience the place had. Kids had lot of fun in the Water park & pool. Overall very much satisfied with place.

Room: I stayed in Rustic Lux room on top foor. it has good view of tree and the whole resort from top. has great balcony to enjoy. room size is adequate. fridge is there and ample space for luggage Resturant/Food: We opted for Breakfast and Dinner to be included in our package. They have good spread of veg and non veg. Desserts are great. Buffet Food is generally on less spicy side. In lunch, we order ala carte and it's taste is better than buffet. service: It is a bit slow as compared to other good hotels in Bangalore but considering the hotel is situated in sakleshpur, it is not bad Amenities: Resort has lot of amenities and specifily for kids. it has a water part, duck and fish feeding twice in a day, indoor games like foosball, TT. it has bycycle. swimming pool etc.

The water theme park, swimming pool, musical fountain, indoor games, and duck/fish feeding are big hits, especially with family and kids!!Comfortable, well‑maintained rooms with premium interiors, mini‑fridges, and coffee makers.

I liked the location of the resort and the way the staff treated the guests especially Roshan always smiling and polite.

There is a lot of scope for activities to do at resort like nature walk/coffee plantation tour/small trek.

Good location, peaceful. Had some activities on the premises like games, gym, pool, swimming option, duck and fish feeding etc. The villa was great . Very spacious. The food spread was great, but something needs to be done about keeping the food hot. We opted for full board so had all our meals as the buffet. Large king size beds - 2 in 2 rooms and 1 in the 3rd room. The tranquil suite can accommodate more than 10 people. Very cooperative staff at the resort including the buggy drivers. Any issue reported was immediately looked into.

We stayed in the Tranquil suite no 311. Bathrooms on the ground floor of the villa had issues with water leaking on the floor in one and water not flowing to the drain in another. There was 1 used slipper in the hall. Bath towels, hand towels and floor towels were not enough for 5 of us so we had to request for these. Some lights were not working or flickering so please check this too.

The location is very good and it's a very scenic, family friendly resort.

1. Lunch was horrible to eat. Chicken soup, fish curry could not be eaten. Fish pieces in the Fish curry was like small rock cubes! Entire lunch was tasteless still very expensive . Score 3/10 2. Dinner was just ok with variety & taste. Score: 4/10 3. Break fast was good, Score 5/10. 4. Check in counter was very slow at reception. Offered coloured ice candies as welcome drink!, Many guest seen discarding these ice candies. No taste. 5. Found caged birds (2 nos) and caged rabbits (3 nos) - I didn't like it as these poor living beings eager to go out but caged!

They have arranged a Christmas eve buffet which was pathetic and not edible....it was very expensive and not worth..
