The place is breathtaking especially the room that had tea plantation view

The furniture was outdated and there was a lingering smell that was everywhere in the building and with time gave me a headache.

Welcome and reception staff was polite and respectful. Breakfast, Restaurant food was food. Gym, pool, garden and reception area.

The bathroom was stinking and bad odor doesn't goes even after cleaning. The bed was too soft for my comfort, didn't enjoy sleep even one night. Restaurant is quite small and on many occasions you have to wait.

أعجبني اطلالة المكان بشكل كبير جدا خصوصا إذا توافرت معاه الأجواء الرائعة .

السعر مبالغ فيه نوعا ما . البوفيه لم يكن على قد الطموح ، حيث يفتقر كثيرا إلى التنوع والجودة وتلبية رغبات النزلاء العرب قدر الإمكان .

Property was at good location and stunning views

I was not satisfied; for two consecutive days, I requested a large bed, but they provided two separate beds pushed together, leaving a very uncomfortable gap in the middle. I will attach photos.

Lacks transparency..... I booked a room which had a jungle view and in the same facility it had the mountain view as well. I am a little dissatisfied we haven't been offered the mountain view. Is this because we booked through booking.com. However you could have let us know that this is what we will get. Timing Very strict on check out time. It's good we appreciate that but at the same time you should be strict on check in time as well. We were there at 13.45 for 14:00 check-in and we were allowed very late.

Location is amazing

The location of the property is amazing, but the service did not match the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. We had to make multiple follow-up calls even for basic requests such as room cleaning and arranging a cab for sightseeing. For example, I requested room cleaning around 10 AM, but it was attended to only at 5 PM after three follow-up calls. Similarly, we called three times to arrange a cab for sightseeing, only to finally be informed that no cab was available. Almost every request required repeated follow-ups, which made the overall experience disappointing.

Excellent facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. The food was of a high standard, with a wide range of choices. The Chef was very accommodating to our taste needs, and was even able to make things not on the menu which was very helpful for us. The ambience of the resort was very peaceful allowing us to take int he excellent views.

I cannot really think of anything and because of this we are planning on returning for a longer stay

Room was a bit dirty on arrival and needed to be re-cleaned. Hotel is dry - no bar or option to buy alcohol There was no hand soap / wash provided - had to ask for this Booking transport to the hotel was a joke - the hotel provided incorrect information multiple times and then blamed an intern for providing info that was wrong They only give one key card per room - which is very inconvenient. My husband and I had to coordinate different activities in the resort - not acceptable for a supposed 5* resort

Die Lage, die traumhafte Aussicht. Das unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das proaktiv immer wieder auf uns zugekommen ist um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es werden auch Ausflüge angeboten und organisiert. Wir haben auch den Weihnachtsabend im Hotel verbracht. Hier wurde sehr darauf geachtet, dass es ein ganz besonderer Abend wird. Tausend Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Nicely maintained property in the lap of beautiful nature. Staff is well trained and professional. Food is excellent.

The ongoing construction process can be covered and done under wraps away from the eyes of guests to give them a feel of being in the lap of nature.

Can do a better job at cleaning the rooms - also would do much better if they have a license so that liquor is available at the Resort. They should disclose that upfront for people to know before booking.

All staff were so pleasant, attentive and helpful and did everything to make sure guests are comfortable and enjoy their time at Grand Cliff Resort Munnar. The location made my time there so peaceful and relaxing. Many activities available were very good.

Not really a dislike but if the pool was temperature controlled it would be nicer. A simple notice informing guests of cancellation of any events/ activities would have been helpful.

The facility is very clean, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the resort is very beautiful with a pool, sauna, recreation area, gym, artificial waterfall. The view was breathtaking. 10/10, very recommended.

بعيد جدا عن المرافق والاماكن السياحية ولكن جمال الغابة والشلالات تغني المسبح لو كان بعيد لانه منظر غير لائق

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nice and they had a variety of Indian food and other foods as well. i will definitely come again.
