Reviewed Sep 30, 2025Communication is poor. You are instructed to leave a message but it takes quite a while for someone to get back to you. First the refrigerator went out and then when we tried to use the dishwasher it also did not work.

Staff was amazing, very helpful attentive. I didn't like that I had to leave. lol. Will mos def be staying there again and again. Lovely spot

Reviewed Apr 26, 2025My family had a wonderful stay at the palm Aruba. Communication with staff was excellent and amenities were great! Great location close to Palm Beach but away from the commotion of the high rise strip. Delicious restaurants within walking distance too.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2024The property overall is beautiful. There were a few issues that arose but were handled promptly. I would definitely give them another chance. Our island host Samantha was awesome.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2024This was a nice apartment to stay at while vacationing it had all the amenities. We had a concern upon checking in and it was addressed immediately. They have 24 hour security and close to the beaches, restaurants and night life. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2024I had an incredible short stay at Palm Aruba Condos, and I must highlight the outstanding service provided by Hanny at the front desk. Her attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly elevated my experience. The condo itself was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend Palm Aruba Condos, and Hanny's exceptional service made it a memorable stay.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2024The property was in a great location, clean, and a lot of room for our stay! We only had one problem well on the property and that was no hot water during our stay. There are alot of condos on the property so i assumed the apartment was operating with one or two hot water tanks! Well, i did end up calling the property manager and she said it was working before we arrived. The maintenance guy came the same day but we were leaving the next day. I wish they would make sure the unit has hot water before the guest arrive, knowing their arrival. Taking hot showers is a must!
