Jyu Capsule Hotel

Great location, comfortable bed, very clean spaces, helpful staff - I left my belonging in my capsule and they kindly passed it to a delivery person from post office on my behalf.

The toilet seats are always wet due to the shower, the bathroom is very hot & steamy all the time which was uncomfortable. The capsule room is very cold due to AC (I immediately caught a cold and had fevers during my stay which made my travels very hard) so make sure to bring a blanket - doubt they'll give an extra duvet, I couldn't get new disposable slippers after wearing them out until very dirty for 5 days, guess they have to be unwearable till I get new ones. Also for some reason, some guests wouldn't sleep and hang at the common area until 3am with their laptops every single day I was staying for a week, some of them talk loudly, but you can't hear them a lot in the sleeping area. So there wouldn't be seats, or just too crowded sometimes.

Très bonne expérience, matelas double confortable, voisins très silencieux, à 15 minutes à pied de la marina.

Das Hostel war sehr sauber, hat einen tolle Lage und auch der self-check-in lief reibungslos. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Nur das Badezimmer war sehr warm, weil dort gelüftet wurde, das ist bei 30+°C Außentemperatur aber nicht zu vermeiden.

Location was perfect, Chinatown is great if you want to walk around and explore. The checking process is painless and very convenient.

If you looking to a noise-free room, this is not the place for you, capsule is totally private but there’s not much you can do to avoid others people getting up earlier or else.

The hostel is very clean and well organized, well equipped. Very nice staff.

Trudno było dostać się na górna kapsule i z niej zejsc - niewygodna drabinka. Sporo kapsuł w jednym pomieszczeniu co ogranicza prywatność i możliwość wyspania się w ciszy. Ponadto w nocy bardzo słychać jak T Ktoś wychodzi i wchodzi do pokoju.

2026年8月19日から21日の2泊3日、120号カプセルに滞在しました。2023から2024の年越し滞在以来の宿泊です。20日、セシル通りのフレイザーズタワー３９階１２５６段で開催された階段レース参加のためにまた帰ってきました。会場とホテルを歩いて往復出来ますので、決めました。が、セルフチェックインが嫌だったのと、うまくいかず深夜延々と入り口で過ごすことにならないか、と考えギリギリまで24時間受け付け、もっと近いところを探してました。しかし、前回で宿とスタッフの対応の良さを知っていたのと、ここは下段確保に応えてくれた事、他のホテルでは下段を確約出来なかったこと、などでここにしました。チャンギ到着が夜中で、チェックインは入り口の機器でのセルフチェックインでした。こういうのが嫌で不安しかありませんでしたが、事前にしっかりと質問して理解していったのと、画面に沿ってやるだけ、またしっかり画面も動いてくれたので助かりました。必要なのは旅券とホテルから受け取る12桁だったかな、予約番号です。予約サイトから出る予約番号ではありません。画面にそって予約有り・番号入力・連絡先として電話番号、＋81、0をとって、ではなく、日本国内同様の入力で出来ます。メールアドレスは任意で、スキップというか、未入力でも問題なし。そしてパスポートの身分欄スキャン、最後にカードが出てきます。それで入ります。ホテル内は消して広くはないですが、それでも快適でした。ドミトリーエリアに入っても照明がいい感じに、照らしています。前回もそうでしたが、変換プラグはスタッフに言えば貸してもらえます。またこれは余談ですが、壁一つの隣の中華レストランでは、ホテルのWi-Fiが繋がったままです。このレストランにもWi-Fiはありますが、面白い現象だし、便利だなと、感じました。

旅行者としては、やはりもっとスタッフが宿にいてほしいというのが、ありました。18時でいなくなるのは旅するものとしては、早すぎると感じます。あと、注意点です。下駄箱もカギはかかります。靴置き場に置く人が多いようですが、鍵付きの靴箱利用した人、カギをボックスに入れる前に開けて靴を出すのを忘れないように気を付けてください。私は入れてから気づきました。幸い何とか取り出せたので事無きを得ました。下駄箱ではなく靴置き場に置けばいいと思います。下足はこの下駄箱エリアまでで、そこから先は土足厳禁です。また表の看板とホテルの入り口は少しずれてます。看板の真下ではないです。些細なことですが、そこから不安になりすぐそこなのにうろうろした経験が有る私です。付け加えておきます。

I liked my capsule. Its clean and plenty of space. Showers are clean as well. Location was very convenient, in the heart of Chinatown.

Wifi was very slow in evenings I didn’t like that the light doesn’t get turned off at night, so there is little light coming in to the capsule. Bring eye night mask.

The capsules were very clean and cozy. The check in process was really smooth as well. Complimentary toiletries were also provided.

The bathrooms on the second floor were unfortunately not well ventilated and extremely hot/humid.

Sehr sauberes Hostel, eimfacher Check-in/out, sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, wir durften sogar nach dem chrck out noch duschen und haben Handtücher bekommen, da wir einen Nachtflug hatten, super service, die Lage ist super, mitten in Chimatown mit sehr guten Anbindungen überall hin.

Emplacement idéal. Confortable, matériel ingenieux, tout est bien pensé.

Odeur parfois nauséabonde dans la partie nuit. Il faudrait prévoir un désodorisant puissant ou une vmc.

The first night we stayed there it seemed quite clean, but then gradually we started noticing hairs everywhere. Like a lack of cleanliness. The staff werent particularly helpful and were quite strange but overall it was okay but wouldn’t rush to go back has kind of put me off the idea of a hostel. I suppose it may have been nicer depending on who else is staying in there. No shoes but hair all over the floor

Locatie en hygiëne waren top.

Er hing een zeer afstandelijke sfeer tussen zowel personeel als gasten. Niemand sprak tegen elkaar. Daarbovenop heb ik amper geslapen omdat iemand (of verschillende mensen?) Tussen 2u en 4u 's nachts voortdurend de slaapzaal in- en uitging. Telkens biepte het slot, deur open, deur toe .. zeer lastig.

Sie lag direkt neben China Town. Eine U-Bahn Station ist auch in der Nähe. Die Zweierkapsel war sehr toll.

Die Klimaanlage war die ganze Zeit voll aufgedreht, was es recht kalt machte im Gang und im Zimmer. In der Kapsel konnte man jedoch die Klima abdrehen. Das war gut. Im Zimmer gab es eine Kamera. Daher am besten immer die Kapselwand schliessen.

Solo 4 baños para 2 habitaciones de 20 personas aproximadamente. En los baños estaba la ducha, así que si alguien se estaba duchando no podías ir al baño. Muy incómodo. Deberían de modificar los baños, para separar ducha del baño.

The location was great, everything was very clean inside. The pods were very comfortable, had more than enough space in it.

In the bathrooms I wished there was a water stopper or something so the whole bathroom wouldn’t get wet. After showering when I was putting on a longer pair of pants they got all wet since the water got everywhere.

In ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi nella città. La struttura è molto pulita, i letti sono comodi e lo spazio comune con caffè e te gratis è un plus. Il personale è disponile e gentile. Il kit di benvenuto, con acqua, tappi per le orecchie e ciabatte un ulteriore valore aggiunto.

距离地铁站非常近，位置容易找到，公共区域卫生每天都有打扫，碰到的其他客人也都很有礼貌，能休息好

Great pods in the heart of Chinatown. They had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay and it was very clean. We stayed in a private pod for 4 people and had a great time. Free tea and coffee also available in the communal area was a nice touch. Will recommend.

Manger à l'intérieur est interdit. Il manque un espace pour manger quelques snacks sans vouloir faire de la cuisine.

Good location

Our final stop after 6 months of travelling, and unfortunately the weakest stay of the trip. The bathroom setup was not ideal — the toilet and shower are in the same cubicle, which often left the space very wet and, at times, unhygienic. On one occasion even the toilet paper was soaked. There is also no proper dry area to get changed outside of the sleeping capsules. We also had an issue with the electronic shoe lockers, which stopped working while we were out in the evening. As there is no staff on-site after around 6pm, we had to wait for assistance, which delayed our plans. Finally, due to an airline cancellation linked to ongoing conflict, we had to shorten our stay and contacted the property around a week in advance. While we understood the booking was non-refundable, we were disappointed that no flexibility or partial adjustment was offered given the circumstances. Overall, the stay felt quite basic for the price, and the lack of flexibility and on-site support made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Que los baños sean mixtos, pues limita el poder cambiarse afuera de las duchas, ya que en estas no hay ventilación.

It is a hostel that has hotel facilities and the location was very convenient. It is a small hotel but they use every space they have and the bathroom was really nice.

The lift was so slow and quite old. Further the bathroom was really warm. So after a shower I was already sweating. Express check-out is a little inconvenient because to express Check-out you need to take off your shoes. Better to have a postkist on the lowest level with a slot near the check-in post. Also the wallinlet for headphones did not work on the tv so give some explanation how the tv and headphone work or give in the amenities box a headset that will work.

Great location in the heart of chinatown and a short walk to the famous Maxwell food centre. Some great Matcha and coffee spots within a minutes walk. Check in was efficient and being given a bag with a towel, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers was a great highlight. Would reccommend and also stay here again but probably on the lower bunk!

Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Bardzo wygodne miejsce. Czysto, schludnie

Erittäin hyvä sijainti ja kovin siisti. Sopiva muutamaksi päiväksi jos ajatus enemmän kierrellä ja nähdä kaupunkia. Ihmisiä oli aika vähän ja ei ongelmia mm. wc/suihkujonojen kanssa. Jos majoitus olisi täynnä, olisi varmaan aika kova ruuhka ja äänekästä. Kahden hengen kapseli oli tilava ja mahduttiin hyvin sinne, vaikka puolisoni on 195cm pitkä!

Kaikki laatikot ja lukot piipittävät kovaa. Jos olet herkkäuninen, ei sovi sinulle. Tavarasäilytys oli epäkäytännöllinen, aivan huoneen perällä kaukana omasta kapselista.
