Reviewed Sep 5, 2025We stayed in Villa 1 which was really private with an excellent plunge pool. The property is on one of the best beaches on the island. Exceptional service from Chabi in particular.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025Ein PLUS für den Platz und die gute Aufteilung des Hauses! Unten Wohnzimmer und Wohnküche, oben zwei (nicht gleichwertige) Schlafzimmer mit Bad en Suite Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden! Man wohnt wirklich direkt am Meer, das ist toll! Da der Strand in einer Art Bucht liegt, ist das Wasser ruhig und man kann recht gut Schwimmen. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Mehrere Supermärkte sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Wer die TYPISCH SEYCHELLISCHEN STRÄNDE sucht, der ist hier falsch. Da weicht die Realität leider weit von den Fotos auf bockig.com ab. Am Meisten hat uns der Lärm gestört. Man hört tagsüber die Jetski und Boote, Gruppen von jungen Leuten mit Musik und Gegröhle und Musik aus umliegenden Hotels. Nachts bellen oft Rudel von Hunden stundenlang. Die scheinen dort frei zu leben und halten sich auch sehr gern am Strand auf. Im Nachbarhotel ist immer Musik bis 23h. Teilweise auch recht laut.

Reviewed May 31, 2025Our stay at the villa was amazing. The villa offers two bedrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchen. We ordered breakfast at the main house, Chateau Elysium, and it was delicious—you can order anything you want. The villa has its own private pool, which was great, and there is also a large pool in front of the main house, Chateau Elysium. Overall, I can recommend this villa to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful place near Beau Vallon Beach.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025The location is excellent, with the sea being occasionally wavy. Access to the beach, restaurants, and cafes is very convenient. We couldn’t use the dining options at the facility, so I can’t comment on that. During our entire stay, we didn’t experience any issues.
