Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die wunderschöne Aussicht über die Bucht😍 Aber was Casa Gem wirklich besonders macht, ist die Gastfreundschaft. Stella und das gesamte Team waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. An Ausstattung war ebenfalls alles vorhanden! Für uns war Casa Gem eine der schönsten Unterkünfte unserer Seychellen-Reise. Vielen Dank an Stella und das gesamte Casa-Gem-Team für die wunderbare Zeit!

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Die Unterkunft war ausserordentlich sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren durchgehend hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Man benötigt zwar einen Mietwagen, um nach oben zur Unterkunft zu kommen, aber auf den Seychellen ist ein Mietauto ohnehin sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen!

Maureen und ihr Team waren stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig auf einem Berg mit einem sensationellen Blick auf das Meer. Die Zimmer waren blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.

Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis à notre arrivée, avec un petit-déjeuner et des serviettes fraîches qui nous attendaient. Une attention vraiment adorable surtout après les 9h de retard de notre vol pour les Seychelles ! L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque absolument rien, et surtout… quelle vue ! Nous avons eu le plaisir de profiter d’une vue imprenable tous les matins. Un vrai bonheur pour commencer la journée. Merci encore pour ce bel accueil et ce séjour, tout était parfait!

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet! Alles qualitativ hochwertig! Super nette Gastgeber, Stella hat uns jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Für uns stand bei der Ankunft ein Fruchtsalat bereit und es war fürs erste Frühstück eingekauft. Und Flughunde kann man jederzeit beobachten, sie leben wohl in den Bäumen unterhalb am Berg.

Der Weg den „Berg“ hinauf ist etwas besonders. Aber eigentlich wie das Auto fahren auf der gesamten Insel: schmale Straßen in relativ schlechtem Zustand

Шикарные двухуровневые апартаменты! Очень чисто и комфортно, есть все необходимое для проживания, на кухне много посуды и есть барбекю-зона. При заселении предлагается мини набор для завтрака - тосты, джем, яйца, сок. Очень красивый вид с террасы и балкона в спальне на закат! Очень дружелюбный персонал, готовый помочь в любом вопросе. Очень удобное расположение - совсем рядом несколько магазинов, овощной рынок и отличный небольшой пляж для купания Anse Louis.

Все понравилось! Есть сложность с въездом в гору) но это особенность острова. Такой въезд окупается с лихвой шикарный видом на океан!

The hosts and staff were very friendly and did everything possible to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The shower is excellent, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is on a hill, so it is best reached by car. However, it is only about a 15-minute drive from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Petite Anse, which is definitely worth visiting. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily return.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Stella in Empfang genommen. Sie hat uns mit Erfrischungstüchern und einem Getränk begrüßt. Und obwohl wir eigentlich zu früh für den Check-in waren, hat sie und ihre Putzperle alles möglich gemacht, dass wir schon früher die Wohnung beziehen konnten. Es war alles tip-top sauber, die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und nicht abgewohnt, der Ausblick ist spektakulär. Sehr schön war auch der Obstkorb und die Lebensmittel, die für uns im Kühlschrank deponiert waren. Besonders positiv war die Betreuung durch die Hausdame Stella, die immer für uns da war und uns bei allem perfekt unterstützt hat!

Es war alles perfekt. Die Gastgeberin war total lieb und freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden immer wieder kommen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und die Wohnung ist unglaublich sauber. Wir haben regelmäßig Aufmerksamkeiten wie Wasser oder Obst bekommen, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben.

Pretty much everything, from the exceptional location with an outstanding view over the Indian Ocean to the quality & comfort of the appartment (brand new, fully equiped, and super clean). Casa Guest is very convenient to visit the southern part of Mahé an its exceptional beaches. But on top of it, the Casa Guest team (owner and manager) gave us a very warm welcome, was very accommodant for the check in & check out, genuinely happy to help us, discuss with us, and share useful information. Seychelles are not only paradise islands to visit, but also super nice & welcoming people to get to know. A real "coup de coeur"!

Das Apartment ist einfach ein Traum. Die Lage ist phantastisch, auf 2 Etagen mit jeweils Terrasse und Balkon mit einem wunderschönen Meerblick. Stella ist eine fabelhafte Gastgeberin, sie empfang uns mit einem kühlen Getränk und im Kühlschrank gab es Weißbrot und leckere Marmelade fürs Frühstück. Ebenso stand ein Korb mit Früchten für uns in der Küche. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt..Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Это было незабываемое путешествие ♥️♥️♥️ Спасибо большое Стелле и апартаментам Casa Gem, это лучшие апартаменты на Сейшелах!!! Вилла двухуровневая около 70 квадратным метров, очень просторная и уютная. При заселение нам предоставили большую корзину фруктов, необходимый набор для первого дня, несколько кусочков хлеба, джем, масло, яйца. Вилла новая, чистая, за ней очень хорошо ухаживают, есть автомобильная парковка с навесом, ваш автомобиль всегда в тени! Рядом с парковой можно помыть ноги от песка, тоже очень удобно, в самой вилле 2 балкона и панорамная дверь на балкон, получаеться очень большое пространство, 2 сан узла, барбекю зона. Кто то писал отзыв что жарко на первом этаже где нет кондиционера, поверьте моему опыту, не жарко! Тк есть отличный вентилятор, так же хочу отметить в аппартаментах очень большой и удобный холодильник Panasonic. Большой телевизор Lg. Капсульная кофейная машина Nespresso - это очень удобно! Есть все необходимые предметы для жизни. У моей жены был день рождение, нам подарили в виде комплимента тортик, шампанское в ведерке со льдом. Стелла выше всех похвал, самая доброжелательная….😌 в один из вечеров нас угостили жареной рыбой, это было восхитительно. Въезд на виллу с электро ворот, вам выдадут электро брелок, это очень удобно, в целом можно проживать и без машины, если вы привыкшие к гористой местности, но лучше с машиной. Интернет работал очень хорошо, в день отьезда мы выселились из виллы и поехали на пляж, в 16.00 приехали, Стелла нам предоставила душевую комнату и полотенца, мы переоделись и полетели домой. Обязательно вернемся еще раз! Наш отдых был прекрасным!

Maureen (owner) is a fantastic host, very caring and kind. Stella ( manager at the front desk) did a tremendous job, both great personalities we enjoyed to meet. House is like new, super clean, the view from the balcony and also from the bathroom is just amazing. The cleaning staff does such a good job that I ran into a glass door twice, because the glass was so clean I thought it was open xD Kitchen is very well equipped. We loved our stay

Casa Gem was just amazing! The location on top of the slope makes it very calm and secluded but I would only recommend it with a rental car ;) Communication beforehand was great and we were greeted so welcomingly! The owner is extremely friendly and gave us some tips for the area. The apartment is spacious, very clean, comfortable bed and has two amazing balconies. The whole place and also the kitchen are very well equipped. I would always come here again!

The only mimimi we had were a bit more comfortable lounge chairs on the balcony but if that's not a luxury problem, I don't know what it!

We would recommend renting a car has the location is up the mountain hence the gorgeous views on the sea.

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet. You can watch the cutest little fruit bats right from your patio. On top of that the host was incredibly kind and always quick to respond, which made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! We hope to return soon.

Die Unterkunft war mit Abstand die beste die wir auf den Seychellen hatten! Es war makellos sauber, die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Es ist sehr geräumig man hat sehr viel Platz. Dinge wie Salz, Pfeffer und Öl sind vorhanden. Handtücher waren mehr als genug vorhanden. Sogar Strandtücher. Es war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt !

I loved everything about this place! The view is absolutely amazing, and the host was very friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind that a car is necessary, as the hotel is located very high up in the mountains. Totally worth it for the views!

From the moment we booked, she ensured we had everything we needed — including thoughtful recommendations on where to go and the best places to eat around the island. When we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful New Year’s Eve hamper filled with sparkling wine and delicious snacks, a gesture that made us feel instantly welcomed and cared for. The reception was wonderful, and the accommodation itself is stunning — spotless, beautifully maintained, and offering breathtaking views over the bay. Every detail reflected genuine care and pride. An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Muy buen alojamiento. La atención y el trato del personal fué perfecto. El apartamento super bien, muy grande, con todas las facilidades, siempre limpio y vistas geniales al mar.

Новые красивые апартаменты! Самое главное в них, это прекрасный вид с балкона, очень приятно наблюдать закат и посидеть утром с чашечкой кофе!!! Отлично укомплектованная кухня на первом этаже, есть абсолютно все необходимое! И даже ножи острые :))) Очень чистый санузел, отличный напор воды в душе и всегда свежие полотенца! Уборка и чистота идеальные! Дорога в верх крутая и извилистая, но главное правило движения на Сейшелах - МЕДЛЕННО - тогда ты всегда сможешь разъехаться со встречным авто. Хозяйка угостила банановым десертом, что вместе с ромом и видом на закат было прекрасно! Нам понравилось!

Из минусов: Отсутствие кондиционера на первом этаже, днем находиться там для нас было очень жарко, да и вечером не сразу наступала прохлада В спальне отсутствие розеток у прикроватных тумбочек ...и их расположение в глубине под столом, не очень удобно заряжать гаджеты В остальном все отлично!

Casa Gem to absolutnie wyjątkowe miejsce na Mahé. Apartament jest nowy, bardzo czysty i świetnie wyposażony, a od pierwszej chwili wita cudownym zapachem. Okolica jest spokojna, otoczona bujną zielenią i z pięknym widokiem na ocean. Gospodarze są niezwykle pomocni – pani gospodarz powitała nas przepysznym ciastem bananowym, a w lodówce czekały zimne napoje i produkty na śniadanie. Dostaliśmy też świetne polecajki dotyczące okolicy. Wieczorami mogliśmy z balkonu oglądać magiczny zachód słońca i cudowne latające nietoperze, które są prawdziwą atrakcją tej okolicy. Idealne miejsce na relaks, blisko natury i w fantastycznej atmosferze. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Un accueil chaleureux, un logement spacieux situé en haut d'une colline avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons commencé notre lune de miel à Casa Gem et n'avons pas été déçus.

The service in advance, during and till the end of the stay was very friendly, professionell and even better than most of the 5 star hotels around the world. The view is even better than what the pictures are showing... Tip: You can enjoy the sunset over the bay from both floors. Everything what can be needed, is there from the kitchen to the bathroom and even the beach towels. You will also get good tips and locations for Mahé, some nice local suprises and help during the whole time.

You will defently need a car (preffed automatic gear box) for getting here, but Casa Gem has a good partner, which we used and were also perfectly happy with the car and price. Ask the Casa Gem team about more details

Unterkunft befindet sich etwas Abseits auf einer Anhöhe. Mit Mietwagen aber kein Problem und die atemberaubende Aussicht entschädigt die etwas beschwerliche Anfahrt.

The first scam is them calling themselves a hotel when it’s an Airbnb. If I wanted to stay in an Airbnb I would’ve looked on the website. You’ll say it’s not a problem hotel Airbnb same thing. no. When they listed that the breakfast is not included I said fine I’ll just order breakfast at an extra cost not a problem. But when it’s an Airbnb and the closest mini market is 26min walking distance it’s a problem. That’s not bad 26 min you will say. Sure. But this place is literally over the hill so good luck going down and walking again up. And of course means no option for room service as well. They should tell customers that they’re supposed to have a car because if you’re not renting a car good luck commuting. Taxis are already a struggle to get on the island and charging massive amounts and the location of this Airbnb is not helping at all. 2nd scam is listing it as a place on Victoria when it’s 30-40min DRIVE from actual Victoria. 3rd one is the non refundable condition. So they’re making sure you’re getting screwed either ways . If you don’t have a car and see where this place is you can’t even cancel and get your money back. And let’s be honest the price of this property is not a catch to start with. I was better off paying a little extra and stay in a proper hotel where I can order room service at least. I decided to cancel one day earlier because I’m here on holiday and it felt like I’m just struggling for basic things that I don’t struggle with back home (Breakfast, getting a taxi…). I told the host and she told me that she’s gonna take 30euros cancellation fee and she said “she’s actually doing us a favor”. 😂I’ve worked in a hotel before and even when it’s non refundable there’s a condition called “customer shortening the stay” and there’s no cancellation fee asked for and even if the hotel charges money the customer can open a dispute with Mastercard for example and win the case and get his money back.

Sehr moderne Duplex Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen. Superschöne Aussicht über die Bucht. Vollwertige Küche, alles sehr sauber. Der Kühlschrank war bereits befüllt als Willkommensgeschenk. Nahe bei schönen Stränden. Stella war sehr nett und freundlich!

Highly recommended! Staying at this guesthouse was the best decision we made during our trip to Seychelles. The experience was flawless – the view is absolutely breathtaking, and the facilities are complete, clean, and comfortable. What touched us the most was their incredible support when our luggage was lost by the airline upon arrival. Without hesitation, Ms Maureen and Stella offered us daily necessities and helped us communicate with the airline. The owner even personally followed up multiple times, and thanks to their relentless efforts, we finally received our luggage on our last day in Seychelles! It was their kindness and dedication that turned potential frustration into an unforgettable memory. L'appartement est très propre (lavé tous les jours) les draps et les serviettes de plage et de toilette sont changés sur demande, l'appartement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, ainsi que de tout l'électroménager nécessaire. la vue est imprenable, l'emplacement du logement est très calme et agréable, Mon hôte et les personnes qui l'accompagnent étaient formidable et toujours à l' écoute. Il est nécessaire de louer une voiture une fois sur l'île,mon hôte m'a recommandé un loueur de voiture du nom de Benjamin qui m'a bien aidé pour mon arrivée et pour mon départ. Wir haben fünf Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Wir hatten eine sehr, sehr nette Vermieterin, die sich um alle unsere Belange gekümmert hat. Das Apartment war sehr sehr sauber und es gab sogar einen kleinen Frühstückswillkomm Paket. Wir können in Unterkunft nur empfehlen !! allerdings sollte man wissen, dass man unbedingt ein Leihwagen braucht. Den man aber über einen Partnerfirma dort direkt mieten kann als Service wird der Leihwagen sogar geliefert vor der Haustür und man kann ihn dort abholen lassen oder am Flughafen zurückgeben. Hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas steil , aber wirklich machbar . Sind wir Volker Hartmann, aber einen wunderschönen Blick vom Berg in die Bucht aufs Wasser.

She was always there for us and even said we could call her at any time, even at night, if we had any problems. She was friendly and organized our first dinner for us. Thank you very much! We had a great apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a pleasant kitchen; everything was very well maintained and comfortable.

The AC doesn’t reach the bed in view of the wall and it can get swelteringly hot on a summer day. Apart from that, everything was absolutely perfect

Casa Gem offers beautiful views, is spotlessly clean, modern and has beautiful furnishings. A lot of effort went into creating the perfect holiday home, and it shows! There is a welcome breakfast basket, fresh fruits, and a list with local recommendations. We slept so well, the AC is great and quiet as are the surroundings. But above all: the staff. Stella is wonderful, was easy to reach, so friendly and welcoming. Same goes for the housekeepers and gardener. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

The staff is super nice and the view from the hotel is stunning! The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Very recommended! You do need a car to reach this place, since it is a bit far from the closest bus stop.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and professional, the service was excellent, and the manager and owner were both very kind and helpful. The place was extremely clean, with daily cleaning, and the view was absolutely stunning. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

This is truly a gem! The place is highly finished and spotless clean. We have travelled around the world quite a bit but have never found such a high class apartment. Things left in the fridge enough for a first breakfast. The views are fantastic. Locked safe parking space for car is included. The owners are the sweetest of people and together with Stella make your holiday one to remember. You feel at home and they go out of their way to help you in any way. They kept our luggage safely while we explored the island for a final time before our late flight and even had a bathroom available for us with fresh clean towels so we could have a shower before leaving. Their goodbye drink made us friends. Their thoughtfulness is very hard to beat. We highly recommend this paradise on earth. We only wished we had stayed for longer.

Beacuse we arrived early in the morning Maureen provided us with a breakfast starter kit which was very helpful.

The landlady Ms. Maureen stayed up late, waiting for our arrival on a Sunday. The place is immaculate, with two beautiful balconies looking out at turquoise waters. Kitchen was spacious and we found MANY fresh eggs, delicious fruits, bread, butter and jam inside the fridge, as gifts for our breakfast next day!! Amazing!! Really appreciate the hospitality of everyone, Stella the manager, housekeeper and gardener!! We definitely want to come and stay much longer.

This was a very comfortable, clean, and well organised self-catering property. The views are great. WiFi connection was good. The hosts were awesome.

It is rather isolated and up a hill. There is not much to do around the place. The roads to get there are steep.

Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of Stella and Mauraan was incredible. They took such great care of us and made everything so easy and stress-free — something we especially appreciated since we were traveling with our 1.5-year-old twins. Their warmth, attention, and genuine kindness made our trip not only manageable, but truly enjoyable. The apartment was perfect — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, which made us feel instantly at home. It had such a cozy, welcoming vibe that we looked forward to coming back to it every day. And the view… absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the sea on one side and the mountains on the other was magical. Whether we were relaxing on the balcony or just looking out the window, the scenery made every moment feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone — especially families — looking for a mix of comfort, beauty, and the most amazing hosts.
