كانت الموظفة جداً محترمه واستقبالها اكثر من رائع بعكس فيتا تاور الفلبينيه التي هناك تستغل السعوديين هي والبنقالي بان تاخذ منهم 200 ريال بسبب اتهامهم بانه تم حرق الكنب واستغلال للذين يشربون الكحول

The staff member was very respectful, and her reception was outstanding—unlike the situation at Vita Tower, where the Filipina staff member and the Bengali employee exploit Saudis. They charge them 200 Riyals by falsely accusing them of burning the sofa and take advantage of those who consume alcohol.

The bed was a good size & pillows were comfy. Shower had a good water pressure and a good temperature range. Location was great for our visit as it was next door to the hotel we were doing brunch at and in close proximity to the bars and restaurants.

We had chosen a non-smoking room however the room we were put in had a bad stale smoke odor. There was also a lack of plug sockets in the room including by the bed and sofa.

موظفة الاستقبال ما يتساعدون مسوي تشيك ان الساعه 10 بالليل ما يتساعدون ويعطوني ساعه إضافيه ونظراتهم وعدم الابتسامه في وجه الزبون يعني بالعربي مافيه احترافيه في العمل أبدا من الموظفه اما الموظف اللي معها ممتاز جدا

، حبيت أوضح لكم استيائي الشديد من تجربتي في الفندق، وللأسف من أول يوم واجهت عدة مشاكل متتالية. في البداية كان المكيف في الغرفة لا يعمل بشكل جيد والهواء حار، واضطررت لتغيير الغرفة. وبعد تغيير الغرفة اكتشفت أن الثلاجة الكبيرة لا تعمل، وتم إعطائي ثلاجة صغيرة، ولكن للأسف كانت هي الأخرى لا تعمل. بعد تقديم الشكوى، تم إبلاغي بأنه سيتم تغيير الغرفة للمرة الثالثة، ولكن عند وصول العامل لتشغيل الكهرباء حدثت مشكلة وانفجرت المروحة في الحمام، بالإضافة إلى أن الغرفة كانت تحتوي على صراصير، وهذا أمر غير مقبول تمامًا. للأسف لم أتمكن من تغيير الفندق لأنني كنت قد دفعت المبلغ مسبقًا، وهذه كانت أول تجربة لي مع الفندق، ولكنها كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا ومليئة بالمشاكل. كما أنني تفاجأت أيضًا بطلب أخذ بطاقتي الشخصية، مع أنني أقيم في فنادق أخرى ولم يسبق أن تم الاحتفاظ ببطاقتي بهذه الطريقة. أتمنى التعامل مع الموضوع بجدية، وتقديم تعويض مناسب عن سوء الخدمة والإزعاج الذي تعرضت له طوال فترة إقامتي

لقد طلبوا مني تامين بعد ان حجزت عبر booking و بعد ان رفضت الدفع رفضوا ان يرجعوا لي مبلغي الذي دفعته

What I liked about the apartment was the excellent location. The location is very good, and the apartment is spacious with a very nice view as well.

The first thing I did not like was related to the deposit. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff member informed me that I needed to pay a deposit, which was not a problem. I was not aware that a deposit was required, and I paid it without any issue. However, what I did not find appropriate was the suggestion of keeping my passport if I did not want to pay the deposit. I believe this is not acceptable, because as a tourist visiting a country, I do not think my passport should be kept by a hotel as a form of security deposit. A passport is an official identification document and should remain with the traveler in case of any need or official control. In my opinion, when the hotel requires a deposit from guests, it should simply request the payment of the deposit, which is a normal and common procedure, instead of offering to keep a tourist’s passport. I consider this part of the service a negative point. Another negative point was the cleanliness of the apartment. The cleaning was not satisfactory. The refrigerator was very dirty, the bathroom was also very dirty, and the bed sheets had stains. It gave the impression that the sheets had been used and were not properly changed between guests. These were the main negative points I noticed during my stay at this hotel.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and Ms. April was very accommodating and friendly. Indoor parking is available, which was very convenient, especially during the summer when it's extremely hot outside. The room was very clean and spacious, with a living room, kitchen, and balcony, making our stay even more comfortable. The amenities were excellent, featuring an infinity pool and a gym located on the same floor. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to our friends and anyone planning to visit Manama.

easy to get to, close to everything

I didn't like our stay because someone was playing very loud music in the room next to ours and early in the morning we tried to call the reception but no one answered.

The place was clean the furniture was new in good condition and it has an amazing space 2 bedrooms with a l living room and a kitchen and 3 bathroom with a very affordable price. The staff were very nice and helpful, very professional and respectful it wouldn’t be the last time for sure

The parking lot The parking space is too small for a car it doesn’t fit so people have to park in 2 parking spaces. the floor is uneven and crooked.

مركز اللياقة البدنية كان جيد جداً ومنطقة حوض السباحة جيدة والصالة والغرف كذلك مرتبه ومواقف السيارات متوفره وكثيرة

لاتوجد قنوات عامة فقط ( اليوتيوب والنتفلكس ) لايوجد صابون لغسل اليدين في المطبخ
