Trawangan Dive Centre

The location was great and easy to access, and the sunset from the beach just across the road was beautiful. The room had a very authentic feel, and I really liked the design and atmosphere.

The room had basic hygiene items such as a toothbrush kit, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all combined in one bottle, and it was almost empty when we arrived. There was also only one towel per person, and we were told that extra towels would come with an additional charge. The same applied to extra drinking water. It’s not really about the cost, but I think basic necessities like towels, water, and toiletries should be easier to replace or replenish during a hotel stay. The hotel itself has a very fun, lively atmosphere and is definitely well suited for younger travelers. However, there is a club right next door, so the music and bass can be quite loud until around midnight or 1 AM. If you like to sleep early and start your day early, this may not be the most convenient location.

The property is at a very good location. And everything is so accessible and its located at the best side for sunset. The room was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water in the room. When asked they mentioned government has stopped for some reason.

On ne peut pas profiter de la piscine mais pour ma part je n y était pas intéressé la plage juste en face est magnifique

Really idyllic and stunning pool area giving you a tropical paradise feel. The rooms and bed were comfortable with plenty of cooling with the air-conditioning and the ceiling fans, useful safety box, and the room was quite spacious. The outdoor shower and toilet was a unique experience. Rented bicycles were just outside the hotel entrance which was convenient. The two Chaise loungers outside each room were comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is in a quiet location, away from the traffic of the main road and I could not hear the daily call to prayer from this hotel. It is also situated on the part of the island with the best beach for swimming and snorkeling. It takes about a one minute bicycle ride from the hotel to the main road and beach. There are plenty of other great coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

I thought the breakfast was a little basic. Since it is such a popular hotel which is almost always fully booked, maybe a buffet breakfast with more premium foods could be considered.

La struttura era vicino alle spiagge dove fare snorkeling con le tartarughe ed anche al porto (zona più animata della città) ma abbastanza lontano per non sentire il caos. Colazione a scelta tra dolce e salato. Una piscina davanti le stanze dove rilassarsi ed un ristorante molto buono dove poter pranzare e cenare. Inoltre, offrono possibilità di affittare scooter elettrici e biciclette direttamente in loco. Ti danno in dotazione anche maschere per fare snorkeling.

Il servizio lavanderia ci ha riportato gli abiti ancora macchiati.

Location was great - West side of Gili T. (Party Music stops at 11:00 PM) and you can see the beautiful sunset right on the beach. We were upgraded to two pool Villa’s - this was a very good accommodation - lot of space and privacy - Tks. Very good breakfast.

La propreté pourrait être meilleure , les sols n'étaient pas vraiment nettoyés, les serviettes étaient tachées et nous avons eu un problème de clim 3 jours de suite. Le personnel a été réactif cependant.

Чистый и комфортный номер с удобной кроватью. Заказывали для ребенка дополнительную и она была действительно кроватью, а не раскладушкой или диваном. Ванная комната на улице добавляла пространство в номере. Маски и трубки очень пригодились, т.к. рядом есть пляж возле отеля Gili Beachfront suites, где можно снорклить и увидеть черепах в нескольких метров от берега. А когда прилив, там очень комфортно плавать. Ресторан тоже понравился. Очень рекомендую их десерты. Заказывали постоянно. Можно пробовать все. Персонал прекрасный и вежливый. Заказали нам повозку до порта и проследили, чтобы она за нами приехала.

До всех точек острова нужно идти через сам остров со всеми свалками, мусором и стройкой. И прогулкой это сложно назвать. Придется уступать дорогу мопедам, повозкам и отмахиваться от зазывал и продавцов.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 5 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo, camera molto carina come in foto il bagno era spettacolare all’esterno. Proprio davanti alla porta c’erano due lettini e la piscina veramente molto comoda. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia niente da dire tutto pulito, la camera veniva pulita ogni giorno con il cambio asciugamani anche quelli da spiaggia.

Good location on the main road of Gili but surprisingly not too noisy as the rooms are set to the back of the dive school. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant did really nice food and you can sit at the beach to eat.

I wish the pool had a bit more space to chill around it but not a negative at all, we really liked swimming in the pool.

Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement , propretés, service , et localisation sont au rendez-vous !! J’ai adoré ! Nous avons même prolonger notre séjour à Gili T dans leurs hôtel !

家族でのダイビング体験が目的で宿泊しましたが、宿泊施設としても最高です。部屋はとても広く清潔でベッドも大きく、部屋のドアを開けたらすぐにプールに入れます。朝食ビュッフェも最高で目の前で卵を調理してくれます。スタッフはみんなとてもフレンドリーで、１日体の調子が良くなかった時には、生姜ティーを作って部屋に持ってきてくれました。また家族みんなに手作りアクセサリーもいただきました。

L'emplacement est très bien. Situé à deux pas du débarcadère, on peut y aller très facilement à pied avec les bagages sans devoir prendre de caleche. C'est idéalement placé sur la côte pour profiter de l'animation, des restaurants et des boutiques. Malgré la proximité avec la rue animée, les chambres sont disposées au calme autour d'une superbe piscine, ce qui permet de très bien dormir et de se détendre sereinement. Le personnel est toujours souriant et le restaurant en bord de mer est très agréable, parfait pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ou un verre face à l'océan. Parfait si vous venez séjourné pour faire de la plongée !

Hotel en partenariat avec le restaurant/piscine juste à côté (accès compris). Accès direct à la plage côté coucher de soleil, les chambres étaient bien équipées, confortables, toilettes et salle de bain en extérieur/toit ouvert ça a son charme. Places réservées faciles d'acces pour velo/scooter juste à côté de 2 allées principales

La proximité du Rabbit Jump Beach Club peut en gêner certains, nous avions une des chambres les plus éloignées et nous ne l'entendions qu'un peu une fois dedans. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel au restaurant d'à côté.

Por la noche, había mucho ruido en las habitaciones. Los camareros del desayuno tardaron muchísimo en traernos la comida... Tanto que tuvimos que irnos sin desayunar por miedo a perder el ferry. No se estresan...

La ubicación , la amabilidad y el bar y su personal

Nada más llegar a la habitación nos encontramos con todo el salón encharcado a causa del aire acondicionado, y tuvimos que reclamarlo dos veces, cabe destacar que al momento vinieron a intentar solucionarlo. El baño estaba especialmente sucio, lleno de pelos tanto en el suelo como en la ducha, oxidado y sin jabón, también la pica. Habitaciones llenas de polvo y con sábanas sucias ( culpa de la empresa que no proporciona nuevas). Tuvimos que ir a recepción a pedir toallas y rollos de papel ya que tampoco disponíamos de ellos al llegar. El apartamento tiene una pequeña cocina sin ningún solo utensilio. Lo único bueno del hotel es su ubicación, excelente para las puestas de sol y pasar un rato divertido y animado por la noche en el bar de la playa, además de su excelente personal.

Dès que vous savez été un peu sale, il nous dit changer, il nous riait nos masques de plongée qui étaient également mis à disposition pour nous

J’ai rien à dire sur l’établissement lui-même, je ne trouve pas de points négatif à part que l’eau de la douche est salée ils peuvent rien y faire. Sinon tout était parfait.

Simpatia de todo o staff Instalações do hotel e comodidades

Falta de alternativas de transporte das malas dos clientes do Porto até ao hotel, forçando que seja usado os cavalos para este transporte. Pela dimensão e estrutura do resort penso que seria algo importante evitar o uso de animais, principalmente quando o próprio hotel tem meios de transporte elétricos que poderiam ser usados para o transporte das malas. Mesmo consumindo na piscina do hotel, não é permitido trazer nenhum tipo de comida ou bebida externa pelo staff do hotel, algo que não se compreende porque já estamos a consumir bebidas e cocktails do bar da piscina, portanto já existe consumo do bar, poderiam deixar os clientes consumirem algo externo que o próprio hotel não fornece

J'ai adoré cet hôtel, il est cosy, la piscine est grande, je trouve qu'il est bien situé pas trop près de l'agitation de la rue principale, mais pas trop loin non plus. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel si je repasse par Gili

J’ai trouvé que le service était assez limité pour un resort de ce standing. Nous avons fait appel au service de pressing et avons payé 75 € pour 4 chemises, 2 T-shirts et quelques caleçons, ce qui nous a semblé vraiment excessif. Je vous conseille donc de bien vérifier les tarifs avant de confier vos affaires au pressing, car la réponse qui nous a été donnée lorsque nous avons fait part de notre étonnement était simplement : « Il fallait regarder les prix avant de nous donner vos affaires. » Dommage, car nous nous attendions à un niveau de service davantage à la hauteur du standing du resort.

Hôtel au calme et à moins de 300m de la plage. Masque et tuba à disposition gratuitement et location de vélo vraiment pas chère. Se déplacer en vélo est vraiment l idéal sur Gili T afin de faire le tour de l île. Le restaurant est vraiment à conseiller et rempli tous les soirs

Nice property, but check-in experience could be improved Overall, the property is nice, spacious and well-maintained, and the staff were sweet and courteous. The property itself was largely as we expected and we had a pleasant stay. One thing I personally did not like about the location was the use of horse-drawn carts and what appeared to be animal abuse. In my opinion, electric cars or electric bikes would be a much better and more humane alternative. However, this is more about the surrounding area and has nothing to do with the property itself. The biggest issue we faced was the very rigid 3 PM check-in policy. Even though rooms were available, the owner/property management was unwilling to accommodate us even 15–30 minutes early. Having to wait at reception when the room was already available was quite frustrating, especially after a long journey. A little flexibility here would have made a big difference to the guest experience. The breakfast was also disappointing and could definitely be improved in terms of quality and variety. Overall, the property is good, spacious and the staff are pleasant, but the check-in flexibility and breakfast quality are two areas where I feel there is significant room for improvement.

Bellissima struttura. Camere accoglienti e spazi ampi. Tutto è arredato con cura e stile. Trovi teli mare e maschere per lo snorkeling. Ottima la colazione. Abbiamo anche cenato e si mangia molyo bene. Veloci nell'organizzare servizio taxi e gite.

Alles! Wir hatten das wunderschöne Familienzimmer mit Dachterrasse. Sehr gutes Frühstück, mega freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Lage etwas ausserhalb vom Trubel, aber trotzdem zentral. Direkter Strand Zugang, wo es immer freie Liegen gab. Turtle Point 2 Minuten zu fuss entfernt

Muezzin ist sehr laut, aber das war uns bekannt. In der Nacht hört man teilweise ein Lüftungsgerät.

Lo que más nos gustó de Cocana fue la habitación: muy cómoda, amplia y con una decoración cuidada y elegante. La playa también nos encantó, con un entorno muy agradable para relajarse y disfrutar.

Lo que menos nos gustó fueron los precios, que nos parecieron desproporcionadamente altos. Tanto la comida como las bebidas tienen un coste excesivo, muy por encima de lo que ofrecen otros establecimientos similares de la zona, lo que resta valor a la experiencia.

Conveniently located, with everything you need at hand, specially if you’re diving! It was great to wake up to breakfast and dives every morning. Highly commend some superstar staff working there, Rainy was always a friendly face in reception, Eoin and Martin super supportive dive masters. I hope to be back again sometime!

La struttura è molto bella, ben curata, in posizione ottima lontana dal delirio del centro ma comunque vicina a ristoranti e in posizione ottima per un tramonto da sogno

Purtroppo nonostante la struttura bella e curata le camere non sono pulite e( almeno la mia) nonostante sembrino nuove come arredi, casino a pezzi... mobili rotti te de sporche di vernici maniglie che rimangono in mano...insomma un vero peccato perché il potenziale è altissimo

Es war sauber, preiswert der Strand war gute 500 meter entfernt was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist es war dafür ruhig vorne am Strand gab's nette Bars und am Hotel super Restaurants auch in direkter Nähe, es ist auch kein Problem für 200k ein Roller pro Tag zu mieten auch ganz einfach und reibungslos ohne Probleme. Das Badezimmer ist auch unter freier Luft und auch ganz angenehm dort zu Duschen.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. It’s in a great location, very close to the harbour where you get dropped off. The rooms are really nice too.

Everything was incredible. From the facilities to the staff, and the food. Everything felt easy. Special thanks to Magic for making my stay even easier, and to Wan, Ozi and Ding who are incredible scuba diving instructors.
