It’s clean, good services from the staff. The staffs in the restaurant are amazing especially the Moroccan guy. He was very friendly and polite.

The curtain has some issue of not being able to close fully. And the room has a cricket insect inside which made noises for the whole night. The staff came and fix the curtain so it was fine.

The staff were awesome plus the location and the view from the rooms, I would definitely come back if they improve the cleanliness

It’s not clean, there were spots everywhere, the walls, the couch, the bedsheets. Plus the hammock outside the room smelled really bad. Other than the cleanliness everything is perfect the view, the restaurant, the staff, absolutely amazing

We had really amazing stay at Ramlah , the hospitality was outstanding, beach is amazing and weather as well. Restaurant amazing as well. We would like to come back.

About food and food service is not good and not enough, it must be put in all villas and the restaurant is an insect killer

You can swim till late time in the night. Good breakfast. Spacious room and beds. They send 4x4 car to pick me from nearest street location. Quite and clean

Needs HUGE renovations: 1- Room's phone doesnt work. 2- Map location is wrong. 3- All beds, chairs, and sofa's by the sea are dirty. 4- Beach showers don't work. 5- Room's floor is scratched with black marks. 6- Room's shower water gets weak (only dripping) & the water is sizzling HOT. 7- Included breakfast was like 3-star hotels. 8- Restaurant floors arent cleaned after guests. 9- Restaurant cannot be reached by room's phone. 10- Checkout was slow. It took us 30+ mins to be able to leave.

They had literally no options at breakfast at all. We thought it would be a proper buffet but it really really disappointed me.

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

Il resort é immerso in un’oasi paradisiaca, con alle spalle le dune del deserto e stanze che affacciano direttamente sulla spiaggia; il mare è limpido e cristallino, si vive un’atmosfera di privacy e completo relax, ben diverso dal caos soffocante tipico di altre location turistiche. Ideale per disconnettersi dal mondo. La stanza ha una grande vetrata che offre una vista spettacolare, da sogno, sulla spiaggia antistante. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare e prevenire le tue esigenze, ancora prima che venisse gli chiesto. Tutta l’area esterna del resort é tenuta benissimo con tantissimo personale a disposizione. Siamo stati davvero bene, lo staff ci ha accolto calorosamente e fatto sentire a nostro agio e la location è meravigliosa.

Ci sarebbe piaciuto vivere maggiormente l’experience nel deserto: all’interno del resort, infatti, non si percepiva di essere in mezzo al deserto, che invece si trovava alle spalle delle camere. Sarebbe stato carino avere un dehor anche dal lato esterno, immerso pienamente tra le dune. In termini di attività, la struttura è un po’ carente, ci aspettavamo di poter fare escursioni e attività ogni ora, invece era possibile solo fare un’unica gita “safari” o un breve giro in quod (con prezzi abbastanza elevati); non erano disponibili, ad esempio, giri in cammello, per i quali era necessario andare in una station uscendo dal deserto, oppure passeggiate all’alba o tramonto. Anche nel resort sarebbe stato carino avere servizi quali massaggi, yoga, spettacoli serali o altre attività. Infine, la reception non è sempre stata proattiva. In questa stagione, c’erano, nel deserto in generale, tantissime mosche davvero fastidiose, ma lo staff ci ha aiutato fornendo spray e altri strumenti per scacciarle .

اقترح منع المرتادين للمطعم من المشي امام الغرف ، حيث لاوحظ هالشي بشكل مزعج للساكنين في المنتجع، وبأعداد كبيرة ، حيث يمكن فتح باب للمطعم من الجهة الاخرى وليس من امام الاسقبال

It's an extremely quiet place, lovely to really relax by the sea. The view from the rooms is gorgeous.

The sliding doors to enter the room are heavy and noisy.

Quelques petites améliorations pourraient être apportées : Mettre à disposition des prises adaptateur pour systèmes de branchement électrique EU/US/UK. Ajouter une deuxième tasse à café dans la chambre et une tasse à thé. Améliorer les finissions de quelques parties communes (sol, boiseries...)

L'emplacement est magique, unique. Le personnel est attentif, très souriant et serviable.

Impossible de fermer la porte de la chambre alors qu'elle donne sur la mer. Matériel vétuste, finitions moyennes. Les équipements sont abîmés. Petit déjeuner moyen, restauration moyenne, sauf la carte " middle east". Lieu "dry", sans alcool, non mentionné.

عدم وجود غلاية عدم وجود مكان للاستحمام بعد الخروج من البحر عند كل وحدة وعدم وجود مكان مخصص لتجفيف الملابس بعد الخروج من البحر

Абсолютно великолепное место, это настоящий оазис в пустыне, на берегу океана. Место где можно по настоящему отдохнуть, комфортные номера со всем необходимым, трасса с качелями. Когда спишь ночью слышно как волны бьются о берег.

Добраться на своём авто невозможно, если у вас не полноприволный внедородник. Но нудно сказать что из любого места вас забирает водитель и приводит в отель по первому звонку, так что это не большая проблема добраться до отеля, и скорее всего вам оттуда выходить не захочется, внутри есть все необходимое.

المكان نظيف ومرتب ويستاهل التجربه واشكر الاخ اسلام على التعامل الطيب 🛑ملاحظة للعوائل واللي معهم اطفال : ◀️ الموقع في وسط النفود والوصول له بسيارة دفع رباعي او عندهم توصيل الى الموقع وأيضا يمكنك الرجوع إلى منطقة التجمع فيها سوبر وكشكات مطاعم ◀️ لابد من اخذ الاحتياطات من الأكل والشرب ( سناكات ) بالنسبة للفطور شامله الحجر و يكفي لأربعة اشخاص اما الغداء والعشاء عندهم المطعم ولكن السعر غالي شوي ◀️ يكون معك فرش للنوم للاطفال الغرفة فيها سرير واحد وبعضها سريرين وفيها كلها أريكه

❌ عدم وجود حواجز ومنقذ على البحر بشكل دائم ❌ دورة المياة الحمام قزاز مكشوف على منطقة الغسيل

لايوجد طريق معبد ( مزفلت ) لابد من وجود سيارة دفع رباعي مخصصة للرمال

Grosszügige Zimmer, freundliches Personal das sich wirklich Mühe gegeben hat.

Wer hier die versprochenen 5 Sterne sucht wird enttäuscht werden. Vieles ist leider in die Jahre gekommen.
