Centrally located, super close to airport. Nice pool, amazing bar/restaurant on site. Comfortable bed!! Nice sized unit, beautiful kitchen.. even had a washer dryer. Virtual staff was helpful, and even the manager came out to restock our toilet paper.. very nice guy. Priced right

It has a great view of Mullet Bay. You can walk to Mullet bay beach which is beautiful. They have free filtered water The AC works perfectly and the Hairdryer is a good one And they have beach chairs and they have an umbrella too. They have some free drinks in the refrigerator

This is a property in a higher price range, so my expectations were understandably higher, but unfortunately the experience did not reflect that. Check-in was disorganized. Upon arrival, we were left outside in the heat without clear instructions on where to go, and no one greeted us. Only after calling the property did someone come to let us into the building. We waited outside for quite some time in the scorching heat We were then placed in a room where the shower ceiling and floor had extensive black mold. I contacted the hotel, and while they apologized, no immediate solution or refund was offered. It was only after I contacted Booking.com that compensation was proposed. The fact that the room was assigned in this condition raises concerns not only for guests but also for staff regularly exposed to the same environment full of black mold Additional issues included: - Very slow WiFi - In-room safe not functioning, even after attempted repair - A $500 deposit, which felt excessive for this type of stay - Extra fees such as a $5 charge for a lost keycard, which feels unnecessary at this price point - The beach towels are very thin, they don’t dry you off. They need to give you real big towels that can dry you too. Overall, the experience did not match the standards expected for a property in this price range, particularly regarding cleanliness, organization, guest care and their own staff care.

Le petit déjeuner était très correct - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel - Très belle vue d'ensemble (Montagne, Lagon et mer) - Le Personnel est vraiment parfait surtout bilingue (Anglais et Français).

Le matelas de la suite 802 était un peu trop mou surtout pour les gens souffrant du dos ou des lombaires - Il n'y avait pas de serviettes de bain pour la piscine contrairement aux autres résidents.

Estadia maravilhosa! Quarto extremamente confortável, com toda a estrutura necessária para o seu momento em St. Maarten seja inesquecível! As instalações são muito bem decoradas, a piscina é linda e a localização é preciosa! Se tivesse que voltar a St. Maarten, ficaria novamente hospedada no mesmo lugar! Todas as necessidades são prontamente atendidas!

Tivemos um problema, no primeiro dia, devido a um encanamento que vazou água e os elevadores pararam. Isso tornou o acesso até o quarto difícil, pois foi necessário subir muitos andares. Mas acredito que tenha sido um evento extraordinário. Nada que comprometa a qualidade da hospedagem.

The balcony view and the driver they had us was the only nice thing.

Property was very dusty and had mold all over the bathroom. Room was not properly cleaned and we was not accommodated.

Wat een geweldige start van de dag bij Mullet Bay Suites op Sint Maarten! Het ontbijt is heerlijk en met zorg bereid, maar wat het echt bijzonder maakt is de gastvrijheid van de gastheer. Ontzettend vriendelijk, attent en altijd bereid om mee te denken of extra wensen te regelen. De sfeer is ontspannen en gezellig, waardoor je je meteen welkom voelt. Een perfecte plek om de dag rustig en smakelijk te beginnen. Absoluut een aanrader!

Eerlijk gezegd heb ik bij Mullet Bay Suites eigenlijk weinig tot geen minpunten kunnen ontdekken. Als ik al iets zou moeten noemen, dan is het dat ik hier eigenlijk niets negatiefs aan kan toevoegen – wat natuurlijk ook wel weer een compliment op zich is.

Beetje onhandig dat er geen receptie is: afhankelijk die apart voor inchecken moet komen. Directe omgeving van het hotel niet heel aantrekkelijk. Ver weg van Philipsburg.

Breakfast was great, all facilities associated with the property were great.

Our only negative comment is that there was no information in English as to how to operate the TV stations, we found it hard to find news stations in English that would actually connect.

Location and property are amazing. The suite was absolutely gorgeous with everything you need (beach chairs , umbrella, coffee and beautiful view). The pool was beautiful and had space in both shade and sun. The breakfast at the pool restaurant was something special. Cyril will treat you like a celebrity. He would customize your meal and greet you like a friend.

Great location 5 minutes walking from Mullet Bay Beach; also, the property has their own pool between Tower A and Tower B. Breakfast is available at the pool, at $19 (or included, depending on reservation at accommodation) but is maintained by 3rd party Fairway Restaurant (2 options, nothing fancy, but enough: continental breakfast or french breakfast) Mullet Bay is really a nice beach: someone can find on the beach: just sunbeds to rent ($30 per day, 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella) or can go to Kalatua Beach Club (really nice; book in advance). There is Carrefour Market nearby to buy everything you need; also, 2 min walking there are lots of restaurants to have breakfast / lunch / dinner with reasonable prices for SXM. If you need transportation /transfers etc. - at the ground floor / Concierge at Tower A there is Sakura Management (ask for Mirela / Thomas / Dre) - who can drive you anywhere with nice & clean vans, at the same prices like the regular taxis on the island; they are really gentle and helpful !! In the end, I would to mention Mr. Emanuel - property manager, who is doing a great job in managing this property!

All'arrivo abbiamo avuto difficolta' a trovarlo, al cancello pur mostrando la prenotazione ci hanno mandato via due volte dandoci indicazioni sbagliate.

Flott leilighet med nydelig utsikt og høy standard. God beliggenhet til både Mullet bay beah og butikker og restauranter.

Det meste var perfekt, men hadde noen utfordringer med wifi på tv som ble løst av utleier.

Csendes, biztonságos környék, séta távolságban bevásárlási lehetőség és néhány étterem is található. Autó bérlését javaslom, parkolási lehetőség van. Az erkélyről a kilátás pazar, az apartmanban van strand szék és napernyő is, nekünk teljesen megfelelt a felszereltség is. Emmanuel nagyon kedves és segítőkész, azonnal válaszolt ha kérdésünk volt. Legközelebb is szívesen visszamennénk.

Nekem kicsit hangos volt a légkondicionáló, de másnapra már megszoktam.

Quarto novo, muito bem decorado e bem mobiliado. Localização nota 10, em frente à praia de Mullet Bay. A vista do quarto era estonteante, muito lindo.

Wonderful place

We absolutely loved our stay at Mullet Bay Suites. The apartments are spacious, spotless, and very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having an oceanfront unit made the experience even more special — waking up to that view never gets old. The location is unbeatable, right in front of what we believe is the best beach on the island: Mullet Bay. The beach is stunning, calm, and perfect for swimming or just relaxing, and being able to walk straight onto it was a huge plus. A special thank you to Thomas at the front desk, who truly made our stay exceptional. He gave us incredibly valuable local tips and went above and beyond to help us get around — almost like having a private taxi at our disposal. It was extremely convenient, and on top of that, he was just a great person to meet and a fantastic resource throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Mullet Bay Suites to anyone visiting St. Martin.

The arrival and pickup at the airport was very costly but easy . Hospitality on Day 1 was top notch from airport to taking us to our suite. The suite was well decorated, clean and comfortable. Love the pool, Cyril at the restaurant was amazing and the hospitality and service from one of the concierge Tomas.

I purchased a hotel transfer online, paid what was later found out as a "transaction fee": and the actual amount was to be paid in cash to another company independent of the hotel. I was not aware I had to pay "cash" as on the day of arrival, I was told a link will be provided to pay the transfer which apparently goes to someone else. I never received the link. On my day of checkout, I was told a cash payment was required. Who has cash at the end of their vacation? Card transaction failed on both of my cards (including the one that paid for all my transactions plus a security deposit) and eventually went through on my girlfriend's card. ( on a side note my card worked several times at the airport) My issue here was the suite was 5 minutes away from the airport, I was not aware the transfer was a different company as all options were available on the same site. The concierge Tomas was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation and was very professional up to our dropped. The other male concierge was extremely rude and at times, argumentative. They also eluded to the fact we were trying not to pay them. Although I enjoyed my stay, this last day and experience left a bad taste. Second thing was I chose a package that included breakfast. This was not available on the Sunday (not sure if all Sundays or just that one). We were told this when we checked in, however was still charged and had to find breakfast elsewhere. The location is isolated from entertainment though lovely but to get to anywhere with activities required using the concierge service or getting a taxi which was very costly. This was only provided on Day 1. I was not aware of this when booking.

Excellent location at walking distance from the best beaches in the island. Pool and poolside bar were very nice and served quality drinks. Staff were super helpful and responsive. The included breakfast was delicious too. We loved that beach chairs, umbrella and towels were included!

I was warmly welcomed by a great staff who helped me get settled in. The room was fantastic. I very much felt at home. I hope to come back again.

Room or building needed an ice machine. There was nowhere to get ice nor anywhere to store it.

Petit déjeuner frugal avec au choix une seule formule "salée" OU "sucrée". Insuffisant et qualité minimum en dépit d'un accueil sympathique.

Aucun accueil à l'arrivée, le gardien de nuit somnolait et j'ai dû attendre 15 mn devant les tours impersonnelles. Celui-ci, au demeurant très aimable, m'a accompagné à l'appartement mais n'a pas su brancher sur la TV des chaines françaises. Il devait repasser mais n'est jamais revenu ! Décoration néo kitch clinquante au goût douteux et sans intérêt ni rapport avec le lieu. Clim à l'aplomb de la tête de lit : le froid vous tombe sur le visage. Vasques de la salle de bains ébréchées, porte qui frotte... Matelas de qualité basique de seulement 140 cm et sans alèse (bonjour l'hygiène)... Obligation de libérer la chambre à... 11 heures !! La femme de ménage m'a accordé 5 mn de plus. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

A notre arrivé nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, le restaurateur très conviviale, souriant, il donne envie d'y resté toute la journée. L'emplacement était parfait. Les employés sont super, nous étions français et ceux qui ne parlent pas français trouvaient toujours un collègue qui puissent nous donnez les informations voulues . Je recommande votre établissement, et j'y reviendrai.

Il manque que la possibilité de se restaurer le soir, la possibilité de manger un bon repas complet.

Went to st.maarten to celebrate my birthday a few other hotels were sold out came across mullet bay suites and took a chance and it ended up being great . The room was a nice size for 2 ppl great location was literally 10/20 minutes away from almost all activities and restaurants i had on my itinerary.The staff were amazing ,pool was great, beach right across from the hotel slight complain would be the door didnt have a peephole or latch . Outside of that definitely would recommend .

The decor. Its close to the beach. My sister paid extra for the birthday package ( champagne, cake, balloons) and it was so cute. The property is clean and updated. It has all the amenities needed. I really loved our stay there.

I wish they had a full length mirror in our suite but that's just me being EXTRA 😩

My recent stay at Mullet Bay Suites was overall enjoyable because of the island itself, but my experience at this establishment left a lot to be desired. It's important to note that this is not a traditional hotel setup. Mullet Bay Suites is only the 7th and 8th floors in the Fourteen property. The front desk is managed by third-party individuals and there's no official hotel staff or concierge on-site. Communication is done through WhatsApp, which can be convenient at times, but also feels impersonal when issues arise. Upon arrival, our room was not thoroughly cleaned and showed a lot of wear and tear, which was disappointing. Limited dining options on the premises and you'll need a rental car or taxi to get around. Which adds up quickly. I'd recommend doing some research and considering a rental car if you choose to stay here.

Great area. The are multiple condos in the area that are similar but rent from other people. If you get locked out the main receptionist has no way to get you in after hours and front desk staff was rude

Do not stay with this particular owner. I got a massage from his “vendor” the massage was highly inappropriate and uncomfortable. I did not tip him. Left it alone. Later, there was an issue with a charge on my card. I made the mistake. This owner gave him my phone number and private information the massager continued to call and threaten me despite me fixing the error with the bank. He is psycho. He called people I knew back at home. For your safety do not stay here.

The views are amazing from the 7th floor and up! Highly recommend renting a car at the airport or surrounding the airport. The resort is 5 minutes from Maho beach and Simpson Bay. The American breakfast is fantastic, it was included in our stay, would not pay the 19 for it though. The staff is awesome! All of them! Would definitely stay here again! It was our first time staying in St. Maarten. Highly recommend Jax Steakhouse! Top 5 steaks I've ever had! Side note, when people asked where we were staying and we said the Fourteen(that's what it's actually called) people were really excited to hear about it like it was the Taj Mahal, Lol so it made us feel good about the resort!

Beware of the moped kids they don't care! They weave in and out of traffic on both sides. Nothing negative about the resort
