Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Absolutely exceptional! The villas are new, spotlessly clean, and a perfect fit for 4-5 people. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the extra care they showed towards our dog - they provided towels, a bed, and even shampoo for our furry friend. We stayed in the seaside villa, and having our morning coffee with that view was priceless. The whole place is very well maintained and cleaned, and it’s just a 10-minute walk from the main street. It definitely exceeds expectations for the price. The hosts were always available and helpful. We would definitely come back - we were truly pleased with our stay and had a wonderful vacation!

Die vielen Straßenhunde - war selber mit Hund da. Wir wurden mehrfach von Rudeln mit 4-6 Hunden gestellt. Teilweise haben sie morgens auf der Wiese neben der Ferienanlage gelauert. Teilweise sind sie auch durch die Anlage gelaufen, oder sie sind einem am Strand entgegen gekommen. Die andere Seite ist, das es eher klein Bulgarien ist, als Griechenland. Habe die lockere und offene griechische Art im Ort vermisst

Водата в банята беше толкова слаба, че трудно успяхме да си вземем душ. Интернет почти нямаше, защото wi-fi беше ужасно слаб. За гости от България няма поне един канал на телевизора, който да е на български език. Липсваше простор/сушилник за дрехи.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026All in all everything was great! Very close to the beach (the entrance to the sea is pebbles but after that is sand) , good for small children! The house was very clean, one of the AC was leaking and when we report it they immediately sent a person to repair it.
The WiFi is not so good.

The was a water outside the house with that smell bad. I also have some comments about the cleaning it was good, but not perfect.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Overall, our stay was a pleasant one. The main advantage was the excellent location: right on the beachfront, literally a 30-second to 1-minute walk from the sea. The beach was quiet and practically empty, making our stay very comfortable. The house was clean and cozy. Our towels were changed halfway through our stay. I'd also like to highlight the excellent responsiveness of the staff: they responded quickly to all our inquiries and tried to help resolve any issues that arose.
Key collection is not at the complex itself, but at a different location, so before checking in, you first have to find the key collection location and then drive to the villa—which wasn't very convenient. Before booking, we specifically inquired about the availability of a dishwasher, and they confirmed it was there. However, after checking in, it turned out there wasn't one. We informed the staff, and they promptly offered to move us to another villa, but since we had already stored all our belongings, we decided to stay. Also, the booking indicated occupancy for seven people, but there were only enough cutlery (spoons and forks) for six. The third bedroom is on the top floor, but it has no door, allowing you to hear everything going on in the house, slightly reducing comfort and privacy. We were only offered cleaning just before departure, so we were unable to use it. There were large dogs in the area around the villas. They were quiet and didn't bother anyone, but we felt uncomfortable walking our small dog, as we have a Yorkshire terrier. Also, during the first few days of our stay, we had trouble with noisy neighbors from the adjacent area. One night was very disruptive: around 5 a.m., a noisy group arrived and started playing loud music. We reported this to the complex, and the staff contacted them and tried to resolve the situation. However, the noise returned the following night, and the issue was finally resolved only after other neighbors called the police. However, I would like to point out that the owners of our villa were helpful and tried to resolve the issue.

The staff responded immediately and very professionally. Near the villas there is a sandy beach and two restaurants with sunbeds. Perfect for children as it is away from the noise of the city

Локацията е чудесна и много удобна, което направи престоя ми още по-приятен. Персоналът беше изключително любезен, усмихнат и отзивчив – винаги готов да помогне. Наистина останах много доволен от всичко.
Нямам никакви забележки – всичко беше чудесно и отговаряше напълно на очакванията ми.

Reviewed May 18, 2026When we arrived at the reception, we were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman (Moroccan). He took us to the apartment, showed us where the bars, shops, beaches were... The apartment had everything from a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, towels,...everything for our stay. It was very tidy and clean. Greeks are very friendly people.

Може би само това,че имаше бездомни кучета, които се присъединяваха към вечерите ни на външната маса, а те не бяха малко. Една малка глутница,но поне към нас бяха добронамерени . Wi fi не беше с добро качество

Bathrooms were a bit small and wifi was not working from time to time; recommend leaving a vacuum cleaner if the house is being cleaned every 3 days. We were 5 adults with 2 kids and 2 dogs so we required more frequent cleaning and having a vacuum cleaner would have been helpful

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025New houses with enough light, comfortable beds and I really liked the terrace and green area. The beach is through the road - 2-3 min away walking distance.
They were not very cooperative when it comes to simple requests (not enough forks, plates and missing broom) - we asked couple of times and never got them. Also they never clean the house (we stayed for 7 days) and only once bring new towels after asking for multiple times.
