I really liked the hotel. It was attractive, the rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. I especially liked the shower. I also appreciated the fact that they offered room service, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I didn’t like because I was told that the food was halal, but I couldn’t eat it without seeing the halal certificate. Also, the toilets in the lobby once were really stinky.

Nothing much I liked about the hotel. It was annoying experience.

Facility was worst experience i ever had. Lost trust with booking.com that you rate so high these hotels. Water in the washroom was leaking and making noise. Wrote on Google, complained on front desk did what I could. NO Response from staff. They acted dumb. Manager was shouting on staff in reception area. Bad environment for hotel stay. If this was not enough, at checkout a lady staff comes and asks, there was chocolate jar which is missing????? Ahhh that was blame of stealing.

Excellent hospitality, clean rooms and friendly staff. Amisha, Arjun, Bhumi and Shivam were great and friendly along with dining staff Deepali and chef Varsha who prepared delicious meals. Highly recommend a stay here at Ramada Encore if you plan on visiting Indore.

Location is you going to Ujjain or out of Indore it’s ideal location. Lovely chefs and staff for amazing dinning experience

I booked a room for 3 adult and 1 child but they provided us a very small room.. we can't even do our important work properly I demand for room upgradation but they didn't even listen my request

Breakfast buffet was rather disappointing. I understand they can't match 5 star spread but they should atleast provide what's written. There cheese board without any cheese. And how can they screw up poha is beyond me. The one famous dish we were looking forward to in indore

I already mentioned to the hotel staff that the piped music in the dining room could have been set to a lower volume. It was sometimes hard to hear what a person at our table was saying.

I really liked the breakfast and the buffet dinner..also the courteous staff at the property.

I would actually like the gym area to be much cleaner. It smelt of mold and i personally felt that the machines needed a good service as they were very squeaky. I request that the toilets are cleaned better too.

My time at Ramada Indore was exceptional, thanks to their top-notch service and incredible kitchen. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, offering an extensive selection for breakfast and dinner that catered perfectly to our tastes. The staff from the front desk to the dining hall were very polite, professional, and welcoming especially Amisha, Radha and Sandeep very helpful.

The staff was not trained according to 5 stars. Poor service.. even they regret for some items during breakfast. Rooms are cleaned but overall the stay was not good. After calling 5 tyms room service boy reached us and cleaned the washroom and serving eatables at same time without washing hands even. At dinner tym also many things are messed up... Not upto mark.

The centralized air conditioning system of the room was very poor, we were actually sweating at night, there was no air flow, and after complaining twice at mid night 2:00 am and 3:45 am there was no satisfactory solution.

I had to call reception for everything that should be available in the room to begin with. Knowing very well the number of guest in the room Hotels should have made sure that basics like slipper, hair dryer, extra towel..also shower was broken and I called the reception which shld have been fixed before letting a guest in
