Only one of the two bathrooms has a toilet bowl, and the flush was broken. The water heater in the other bathroom also made very loud noises after use awhile, possibly due to a water pump issue. The host should check and maintain the facilities before guests check in.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Perfect for family and friends. There are restaurants and a 7-Eleven. and an old-school biscuit shop within walking distance. Aircond was cold. Netflix and Youtube available on the smart TV. Those staying here may think about bringing an extension wire, as the plug points are higher up. Great place.
Only drawback is one toilet, which might be a problem if there are six people. No issues with the two bathrooms, good and clean.

* Only 1 toilet for 5 pax. Have to wait for one another. * The heater for toilet 1 is not working well.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2024Convenient location between city and tourisms spot, short driving distance for food and daily activities. A quite place within garden area, small area with less congested traffic and a smooth traffic access to accommodation location. Property completes with remote AC and remote fan in all the bedrooms, living hall, dining area and guest area. Both toilets equipped with water heater.
No comment on the existing offered facilities, just few improvement points for consideration: 1 Would be great if could have cooking kitchenets tools like electrical/gas stove, microwave and cooking accessories. 2 To improve toilet waterproofing especially on the sliding door, as shower water pressure slightly overpressure the water out to the corridor area. 3 Ants are mostly over around toilet and kitchen area, not big amount but would be good if can avoid them.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2023The house is clean and can accommodate close to 10 people. Nearby to town and easy to find. All basic needs are already in the house.
I like the house. One con will be there was few red worms, I called it toilet worms in both toilet and bathroom. So my advise to the owner is to soak in water for those tiles with clorex maybe twice a week for now to get rid of those worms.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2023House was clean and well maintained. Each of the rooms was nicely decorated with a certain theme. Can also comfortably park two cars at porch with ample space to walk and unload luggage as well. Location wise, it’s located in a peaceful neighborhood area with a 10min drive to Taiping town. There’s also a coffee shop nearby (5mins walk) around the corner of the property for a quick morning bite.
Water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low though. Took much longer for the 6 of us to take turns to wash up.

Reviewed Feb 17, 2023For the price, it's a really good place. Huge place for a lot of people and comfortable areas to relax. Very clean as well. Check in was super easy and I didn't even have to meet the host. Big parking area inside the house's compound. The housing area is quiet too so it's nice.
There should be more than one toilet especially if the place is catering up to 6 people. Waiting to go to the toilet when there's 4 of you is not fun. Netflix was not available during our stay.
