We really liked that the room was perfect for a family of six. The beds were sufficient for all of us, making our stay very comfortable. The apartment was also well-equipped for a short stay. It had useful amenities such as a stove, washing machine, refrigerator, hair dryer and cooking pots, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The host also provided six towels, which was very thoughtful and convenient for our family.

The room was acceptable, but the bathroom had a strong sewage smell. We had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time to prevent the odor from entering the room. There was also mold on the bathroom walls, and water pooled in front of the toilet bowl, indicating that the drainage needs improvement.

I love everything there. There was Netflix also that i could watch.

Its just that dripping water from the air conditioner and drop on top the washing machine. Maybe owner should take care of that.

A calm and peaceful atmosphere. Close to the mall. Clean and comfortable room. Easy parking.

It's better if there is a Muslim food stall or restaurant at the ground level.

The studio was spotless clean and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the place felt welcoming the moment we walked in. Will surely come back.

It's convenient for lunch or dinner, and the parking lot is sufficient.

The breakfast table was somewhat small, and the dining area offered limited space for a comfortable meal.

The smell of the room..swimming pool so open,so hot especially in the morning until evening time..no chair to sit down an putting the bag..

The unit is very big, the room has an extra double decker bed. The kitchen knife is not sharp, too thin and small; one of the mugs has a crack, it's dangerous if you use it. The location is good, in the shopping mall building. The food court opens at 7 am, many choices. Easy to call grab, within 2 mins.

The sofa is not comfortable. The double decker (lower) mattress is not good. It will sink.

The facility is new, so it's still clean. Shower water pressure is strong, WiFi signal is strong and no interruptions during my stay. There are enough amenities provided. There are a lot of restaurants under the stairs and the food price is reasonable. There are still a lot of vacant spots, we can expect more shops will be open. The indoor golf facility is just open here. There is no pedestrian crossing and you need to cross the heavy traffic road, but there is also Aeon shopping mall nearby.

The relatively small room is occupied by the two queen size beds and a bunk bed. I think it would be better to have a desk instead of a bunk bed. There is no microwave and toaster.

I like that everything that you needed when you are travelling, are provided in the accommodation. I think that for its price, it is very very worth it and affordable especially if you divided among your friends. Overall, it's a pleasant experience for my friends and I. Definitely will recommend this to relatives and friends.

I think it would've been better if the owner could provide the guests with how to collect the keycard before the guests' check-in day. It will help ease the guest as they do not need to contact the owner. The owner can also go on with their day without the guest asking how to enter the apartment.

Everything is good. Well-equipped, very clean and instructions were clear.

Hopefully bidet/water hose can be provided in the toilet in the future.

I like how they provide everything essential for the kitchen part. Evrything was complete eventhough we rarely use them.

Just the size of room is quite fully occupied. Not enough space for prayer ( solat).
