Sokcho Summitbay 1701 "Ocean View"

The location was excellent. The room was clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was fabulous. The owner was very approachable and friendly. Definitely stay again whenever we are back in Sokcho.

The only problem we had was the barrier wouldn't lift when leaving the car park.

La ubicación es perfecta si a lo que vienes a Sokcho es a visitar Seoraksan y tener al mismo tiempo sitios cercanos donde cenar. El apartamento está bastante bien, la lavadora y secadora funcionan genial y son perfectas para hacer la colada después de haber estado en el parque. Es cómodo y espacioso. Con terraza con vistas al mar y a la playa.

Quizás me falta algo de utensilios en la cocina. Alguna sarten, algún cubierto más...

The ocean view is wonderful. Otherwise the room was ok; no complaints but also nothing special.

L’appartement était propre et disposait d’une machine à laver et d’un sèche linge. La situation face à la mer est très agréable. L’arrivée et le départ sont faciles et se font en total autonomie car il n’y a pas de clés mais un code pour la porte de l’appartement, on peut laisser les valises avant le check-in.

The apartment was bright, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view. The location was excellent, and it had everything we needed. There was also a convenience store nearby. Communication with the host was outstanding—he was very friendly, responded quickly, and was always ready to help with anything we needed.

The only minor criticism is that the curtains were not fully blackout curtains, so the room got quite bright early in the morning. Other than that, everything was excellent.

We had such a wonderful stay. We were able to watch the sunrise from our balcony. It is a great location.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage, nahe am Strand und die Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weit. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. In der Nähe gibt es ein nettes Rahmen Restaurant- nur zu empfehlen

L’appartement était propre, lumineux, bien équipé, et la vue du balcon sur la plage était un vrai plus (notamment pour le lever de soleil).

Le futon pour la 3ème personne était beaucoup trop dur ce qui n’était pas agréable pour le dos.

Great location! Fantastic sea views from 17th floor! Room was very clean and tidy, great to have a washing machine and dryer. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Able to walk to avail village, lighthouse observatory and also sunrise rock.

We thought it was 2 beds but turned out to be a double and a fold out bed. No trash bags provided. Only one pan in the cupboard so difficult to cook very much.

Had wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It has everything you could possibly need, and the location is absolutely fantastic. The balcony with a sea view was a real highlight, especially with the most beautiful sunrises each morning. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was kind and helpful, and communication was easy and smooth via WhatsApp. If you prefer not to stay in a hotel, this is an excellent alternative. I would definitely book again!

Great view, comfy bed. Overall, a great stay. A washing machine and a dryer are available for those who travel light and need to wash their clothes throughout their journey.

The place was a bit cold at first, but the host was very communicative, and we had it sorted in no time.

바닷가 조용하고 깨끗하고 일출을 바로볼수있어요

그동안 나홀로 속초 여행 중 막힘이 없이 모래사장부터 먼바다까지 뷰가 가장 좋았던 곳 임. 춥고 매서운 찬바람이 불어오지 않는 한 베란다에 비치된 나무탁자에서 바다를 바라보며 한잔하기에는 최고인 것 같습니다. 물론 영하 7도가 넘는 강추위로 실내에서 혼술하면서 지냈지만 두사람이 지내기엔 아주 만족스러울 것 같습니다. 혹시 두 사람이 잘 지내다가 가끔 티격태격해도 별도로 준비된 라꾸라꾸 침대가 있어서 어떤(?) 경우에도 대비가 잘 되어 있다고 생각됩니다. 강추위에도 2박을 참 따뜻하게 지냈든 것 같습니다.

화장실에 비데가 없는 것이 좀 아쉬웠네요 . .

숙소에서 보이는 바다 전망 최고!!! 바닷가 바로 앞에 위치하고 산책로가 잘 정비되어 걸으면서 보는 경치와 파도소리가 지명에 걸맞게 좋았습니다. 주변 명소에도 걸어다닐만한 합니다. 숙소가 편해서 날씨 안 좋으면 방에서 그냥 쉬어도 좋을 듯이요~

Die Lage am Meer, der Balkon und auch die Gröẞe und die Einrichtung des Appartments sind super. Es ist fast alles vorhanden, ein kleiner Wäscheständer und ein Schneidebrett in der Küche wären noch hilfreich. Aber ansonsten super.

Die Reinigung des Appartments war mangelhaft. Vielleicht war es einmalig, wenn ich mir die anderen Bewertungen so ansehe, aber insbesondere das nicht saubere Bett war alles andere als in Ordnung!

There were an abundance of seafood restaurants near the apartment.

Taxis were not that easily available. Not many breakfast shops open in the early morning

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat schnell geantwortet. Die Lage ist einmalig, direkt am Meer und kleiner Badestrand mit vorwiegend Einheimischen. Der Convenience Store im EG hat uns alles geboten, was wir brauchten.

Super Kommunikation mit den Inhabern. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Mit dem Auto ist die Unterkunft auch gut zu erreichen. Tolle Aussicht über das Meer mit Sonnenaufgang. Mückenschutz an der Balkontür. Direkt gegenüber ist der Strand mit Bademöglichkeit. Ausreichend Restaurants in der Nähe. Unten im Haus kleiner eMart mit kleinen Notwendigkeiten zum Einkaufen. 30 min Fahrzeit mit dem Auto zum Nationalpark. Sauberes Zimmer. Ausreichend groß. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Zimmer.

Het appartement voldoet aan alles wat we nodig hadden. Uitzicht op het strand. Lokatie was heel goed, dichtbij strand, eettentjes, etc. Onder in het gebouw is een 7-Eleven te vinden. Direct links van het gebouw waren bouw werkzaamheden (een appartementencomplex in aanbouw). Appartement 1701 heeft geen last van de herrie. Appartementen die dichterbij gelegen zijn, hebben mogelijk wel last van de herrie. Het appartement 1701 van de Summitbay is zeer aan te bevelen. Mocht ik later weer naar Sokcho gaan, dan zal ik opnieuw ditzelfde appartement boeken.

Wat we vervelend vonden, was dat de andere gasten kletsnat vanuit het strand direct met de lift naar hun appartement gingen. De vloer werd nat en glad. Keuken faciliteiten is zeer beperkt, maar we maakten geen gebruik hiervan. Buiten de deur zijn zoveel eettentjes te vinden.

사진이랑 똑같아요! 빨래 건조기 가능해서 좋았어요 1층에 편의점도 있고 2층에 코노도 있어서 굿! 바다 뷰도 너무 예뻐요 새벽늦게 자서 일출 놓쳤는데 숙소에서 볼 수 있어서 개꿀입니다!

세탁기 고무부분 초큼 오염되어있어서 깔끔떠는 저는 시무룩했지만 땀내나는 옷보다 세탁하는게 그래도 낫져! 엘베가 두대뿐인데 투숙객이 많아서 시간이 많이 소요돼여

호스트분이 처음부터 끝까지 너무 친철하게 안내해주시고 답변해주셔서 마음이 편하고 좋았어요. 모든것이 정말 맘에 들었습니다. 기회가 되면 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶네요! 강추합니다!^^

Great view, clean apartment with everything I needed

This is a wonderful accommodation option for a few nights. The studio unit fronts overlooks the beach, and as such, receives direct morning sun. The unit is fully equipped for a long stay, with great toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and both a washing machine and dryer. The kitchenette is small, but functional, with limited utensils, and a full fridge/freezer. With the location being beach-front, you have direct access to a range of restaurants (best of all is Hollys Cafe, which serves breakfast/lunch/dinner starting at 8am). There is an electric bike station just metres from the front door, however, if you want normal bikes, the nearest option is one of the rental agencies 2km away at the inland lake (which is a great place to bike around as it is closed to traffic). We loved our time here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for anyone wanting a quality stay!

I would have loved for there to have been more than one pillow each on the bed!

The location was perfect!!! The view was extremely nice for this amount of money. Also, we did not see any staff because of the convenient self check-in, but the staff sent very kind messages and explained very well. The facilities in the room left nothing to wish for, everything you need is there. We had a perfect stay!

Great ocean view, easy checkin, comfortable and clean. Washing machine and tumble dryer worked perfectly and were both extremely quiet. Small kitchen is adequate.

Beddings could be cleaner and fresher.

The room was really clean/ new and had all the things we needed ( electrical appliances, cleaning supplies, etc). The views from the room were also so breathtaking, being on the 17th floor and facing the ocean. Other than that, it was also so convenient, as it was so close to so many food choices and convenience stores, and even the bus terminals.

The location is great, just a minute walk to the beach. The view, especially sunrise, was incredible. The studio is on the 17th of 20 floors. The studio has a full-size refrigerator and stove top. There was also a microwave. The big washer and dryer in the room was a big plus. I used Google translate to figure out the settings with no problem. There is a 7/11 attached to the building. There are many restaurants within a short walk. There is a bus stop about a 1 minute walk.

The parking situation is complicated. there is a parking Garage, where you have to pay. Better than no Garage. There should a coffemachine oder nespressomachine. There should be some more kitchen stuff.

The parkıng isnt free. Its 7000KRW They are no bath unlike what's written in the equipment description. After contacting booking.com customer service and the owner, i've got a compensation so I appreciate it.

Perfect location, right next to the beach with the most epic 17th floor view of the sunrise. Spotlessly clean with washer/dryer and equipped kitchen. Amazing value and such an enjoyable stay.
