Loved all the facilities that is offered so close by. Very convenient and the family loved it.

Security is very strict and controlled via access codes. Due to Poor signal this can get a bit frustrating and takes long.

Easy access to shopping centres.

Access to security gates are sometimes a long wait. Don’t leave doors and windows open as monkeys enter and create damage to food.

I think each host needs to clarify the unit no: by telling the guests the block no: then the unit no: because we got so lost my word.

No breakfast, self catering. Good location

Waited forever for guards to access and egress property.. Long queue. Should have been provided with an access facility. Wasted a lot of time at the gates to enter / exit.

It would be great if the apartment had an aircon, more especially in the main bedroom

Ohhhhh Karen!!!!! What an amazing stay we had, my family and I did not want to leave!! My girls and I, with all those mirrors? OBSESSED!!!!!! Loved, loved, loved our stay. Certainly exceeded our expectations!! Thank you, thank you!!!

Everything about the place was perfect 100% actually we are thing of going back and get the apartment in ballito in terms of the car security was the best.

We really had a great time, venue pool side. The room are freshly clean and spacious. Thank you Karen for constant check up, your a great host.

The room had everything that we needed. We enjoyed ourselves even though the weather was against us. Karen was the best she kept on checking up on me.

I really enjoyed the lively atmosphere and welcoming environment. It was truly so amazing, and everyone was so welcoming and so warm and kind, and it made my family and I feel like we lived there with how casual everyone was. The kids had a lovely time at the pool and the gaming center, whilst us as parents got to have a break. The food tasted wonderful, and we loved the service. The apartment was very peaceful with little to no noise at all, and the wifi connection was top-tier! We loved this holiday and wish you guys continue to serve people like this in the future!❤️

I liked everything about the property but the pool is far you need to drive from the house to the pool.

The room was exceptional and Karen and Her staff were fantastic. Will definitely book again with them.

Clients must take note that Ballito Hills is not a holiday resort in the traditional sense. It is a long term residential estate which allows for short stay occupation of properties. It is not within walking distance of any shopping malls, restaurants or entertainment establishments, other than those situated on the property.
