Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Very quiet place and within walking distance to SM mall. The host was responsive to a water heater issue we had. Very clean and well kept place. We will highly consider this place again!
The breaker was tripped for the water heater. I reset it, but it tripped again when I was taking a shower.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2025This is a very well maintained unit, an easy walk to the SM City Mall which has unlimited meal choices, shops and a supermarket. Bed was very comfortable and the entire unit is very clean.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2024Clean and tidy apartment equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Good location near the SM City Mall. They offered a canister of free drinking water per unit.
Noisy neighbourhood, very little daylight in the apartment, the lamp in the bedroom glows even when switched off during night time.
