Cozy Haven 1018 Homestay

The staff at this property are very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the villa itself feels quite old and not well-maintained. There are frequent power issues—the electricity often cuts off, especially when using appliances like a heater or electric kettle. Considering the price, the property does not offer good value for money. Another major inconvenience is the parking area, which is very congested and difficult to manage. Guests are frequently asked to move their cars whenever someone needs to get in or out, which becomes quite frustrating. Overall, while the staff are a positive aspect, the facilities and infrastructure need significant improvement.

I am very happy in this beautiful environment. The location is stunning.The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was a bit small

The owners lacked basic courtesy of at least giving a welcome call, leave aside a welcome drink. Broken bathroom fittings , lack of basics ( Kitchen didn’t even have a Tea sieve) non functional stone-age TV where neither it was capable to play OTT nor did the set top box work. To top it all it was a “Go Figure out” kind of experience as the property doesn’t even have a care taker, Not even someone on call made it a pretty low class & budget traveller experience

It was clean and with basic facilities

Bed sizes were too small.. not enough for two persons.. Going in the basement kitchen is not convenient for aged people.. it should be mentioned clearly for people to know before booking

Rooms were comfortable,shared toilet was clean.The living space in the basement was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. WiFi was working. It was quiet so we had undisturbed sleep.Curtains were white but they didn't bother us. Toiletries were provided.There were room heaters . Marvin was an attentive host. He arranged for our transport to and from a night club. Appreciated that.

Inverter was working in the basement, not in the upstairs rooms. For senior citizens climbing down the wooden staircase could be a problem. The kichen floor could have been cleaner.

I like the duplex concept of the rooms. Rooms were cozy and the presence of all the important amenities like wifi, kitchen stove, cookware, freeze, kettle etc really served the purpose of our stay. It was indeed a perfect stay for a family like ours.

The drawing room in the basement smelled of something familiar... maybe , cockroach shit or dampness of the room. The staircase to the basement was a little unsafe for our 2 year old toddler.

It's a real cozy apartment with all facilities. Hospitality and support of the owner, Mr. Marvin was excellent. Stayed 3 nights (17th, 18th & 19th June 2024) with family (6 persons) and had a great time.

Would like to mentioned about the only single wash room which was bit hectic for us during our stay.

The stay was amazing, it had everything that you need for a weekend gateway with your friends. The host was grew as well.

Our experience with the stay at the property was pretty amazing. Cleanliness was maintained excellently. All essential amenities were provided to us. The property owners were very friendly. The property was at a peaceful location which was away from the bustling crowd.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom and the kitchen is clean too. The owner is polite and really very helpful and will provide you with anything that you need. It was a pleasant stay.

The rooms were spacious, very clean and the hospitality was the best part. Marvin (owner), a gentleman with his kind words welcomed us to his villa and made our stay very comfortable. I am sure if i visit next i shall definitely choose this place to stay. Best wishes! 😃
