Hidden deposit through treasure home. Thought it would fine due to pleasant communication from hosts - however after multiple emails I still have not heard beach about receiving my €79.99 deposit back.

Great location close to metro and bus. Easy access self check in. Good website for checking everything beforehand.

La posizione dell'appartamento è molto comoda, vicino alla metro (circa 3/4 minuti a piedi) e le fermate della metro per i principali punti di interesse sono poche. Stanza grande. Letti abbastanza comodi. L'host è sempre stato gentilissimo, anche se non è riuscito a risolvere i problemi che si sono presentati.

Pochissimi utensili per la cucina. La posizione della camera nel palazzo non è ottimale (da sulla corte e spostando le tende si è a vista degli altri inquilini). L'host non è presente sul posto e questo se si verifica un problema è una grande mancanza: non abbiamo trovato la culla (richiesta alla prenotazione e ricordato tranite messaggio 2 giorni prima di arrivare) ed una volta fatto presente abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo perché è stata portata dalla signora delle pulizie. Il problema è che è arrivata senza materasso, ed una volta segnalato anche questo avremmo dovuto aspettare un altro giorno sempre la signora delle pulizie, solo che il giorno dopo, il materasso non è arrivato, ed allora ci siamo rassegnati ed abbiamo fatto un materasso di fortuna con 2 piumini superflui. Comunque ci tengo a precisare che è sempre stato gentile ed ha sempre risposto, anche se a volte non immediatamente.

Camera a 3 minuti dalla metro, letto comodo

Nella descrizione della camera erano stati assicurati gli utensili da cucina ma non era presente niente di tutto ciò. Mancavano posate, piatti e anche i prodotti per la pulizia. Doveva esserci anche un ventilatore ma così non è stato. L’unica finestra della camera si apre solo di poco poiché il letto blocca la sua totale apertura e la tenda non isola la stanza dalla luce. L’assistenza è stata forse la cosa peggiore: ci hanno fatto pagare 0.99cent spacciando il pagamento come “check in” ma sono del tutto inutili e c’e il rischio che addebitino altri soldi. Dalla chat booking risponde solo un robot e quando viene fatta una richiesta non risponde nessuno se non per le informazioni strettamente necessarie per il check in e per l’inutile pagamento

The property charged €79 from our account without informing us, after asking €0.99 for online check-in. This was never mentioned on Booking.com and felt very dishonest. Internet never worked, and every time we used the stove the electricity went out. The entrance door has glass with no curtain, so outside light disturbed our sleep. We could also hear neighbors even during quiet hours. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the price.

Everything was fine with the apartment, and the location was quite good, we took the metro to the city center every day. I think it has good value for the money, but you need to be aware that there is a 60 euro deposit (I think). You also need to fill in some information on their own website because of austrian law, which some people may not like :) The room has everything we needed and it was quite comfortable.

I was actually surprised when I received a message about the website and the deposit because I could not find anything about it in their advertisement here on booking 🙃 so I felt a little bit lied to but everything went well in the end.

Everything inside the apartment worked and was in good shape.

Most communication about booking is reduced to automated messaging, timing of which is completely nonsensical, e.g. a message with phone number to contact if there are any difficulties arrived around midnight after we checked in. I sought advice about parking day ahead of arrival and did not receive a response till after we arrived.

The location was quite good. It was just a 5-minute walk away from public transportation, and there was a grocery store nearby.

There’s no kitchen, but they do have a coffee machine, a small refrigerator, and a microwave oven. There are two beds in the same room, no no privacy, but I already knew before booking.

Falto: 1 manta extra, cubo de la basura en la.cocina, algo pasa secar platos, 1 tabla. El apartamento está en un patio donde hay varios apartamentos de gente que vive permanentemente y no hay sensación de seguridad. En mi caso estaba con mi hija y no me pareció un lugar adecuado.

Convoluted check-in procedure necessitated having to complete forms and pay an extra fee. Check-in instructions only provided on morning of arrival. Automated messages from host not nice. The apartment itself is passable if you know you‘re only spending a few hours there. Grotty room in a neglected state with a student dorm feel.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko centrum. Parkingi ogólnodostępne są ogromną zaletą. Mały park w pobliżu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z miłym gospodarzem, który interesuje się losem wynajmujących.

Zdecydowanie na minus brak sztućców, talerzy, kubków. Za oknem hałas, bo apartament jest od strony podwórka. Brak rolet w oknach.

Big apartment

They changed the location last minute after making us wait. They provided another room at a very different location far from what we had selected. The room was bigger but unclean. The toilets were stinking, bathtub was slippery and unclean, the bathtub height was less. The washed towels and sheets were put in the hall for drying. Kitchen tiles were broken, unclean stove for cooking, water kettle was rusted. Never expected such a listing from booking.com. Really disappointed

Puiki lokacija, viskas šalia. Labai patogios lovos – puikiai išsimiegojome. Numeryje buvo virdulys, kavos aparatas, puodeliai ir stiklinės – tai labai patogu. Taip pat tame pačiame pastate veikia blyninė – patogu pusryčiauti vietoje.

Trūko pagrindinių indų – nebuvo lėkščių, šakučių, peilių ar šaukštų. Nors buvo mikrobangų krosnelė, nebuvo galimybės pasišildyti maisto ar normaliai pavalgyti.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience: * Hidden fees: - €59 deposit (external to booking.com website) - €0,99 to “activate” your credit card in the check-in (even if the reservation was paid beforehand) (external to booking.com) * Room: - No blackout in the door window and ceiling window. You wake up with the sun. - VERY BAD electricity capacity, meaning that you cannot have one burner on the stove on and have the kitchen lights on at the same time. The circuit breaker tripped so many times because of this. - The toilet design was poor — it does not flush away properly, requiring multiple attempts and often leaving the bowl unclean. - Wifi doesn’t work In depth: - To complete the check-in (that had to be through their website, not booking.com) we found out that there was a €0,99 fee to “activate our credit card” (reservation was already paid beforehand, so no point in doing this). - Only after paying the card fee we get to the contract section and it just says “deposit: €59”. No disclosure beforehand and it charges your card for this amount.

En Viena todo está lejos, luego la ubicación, estando más o menos cerca del metro, bien. El apartamento en sí, bien, amplio.

El acceso al apartamento es a través de una cochera que no da buena impresión.

Το μόνο καλό ήταν η κοντινή απόσταση από το σταθμό του Μετρό.

Δεν μου άρεσε το διαμέρισμα για τα λεφτά του.Αυτο θα έπρεπε να κοστίζει 30 €.Δεν έχει ανεμιστήρα, δεν έχει σιδερο για ρούχα όπως γράφει .Έχει καλύτερα στα ίδια λεφτά 3 λεπτά αποσταση με τα πόδια.

Small place but good enough for a short stay.

Posizione comoda, ma su una via molto trafficata e la notte si sentono tutti i rumori della strada. Per fortuna non era caldo così abbiamo potuto tenere chiuse le finestre, ma non isolano. Il tendaggio non oscura la stanza. Camera ampia e letti sufficientemente comodi e grandi (noi eravamo in 4 e i letti matrimoniali erano 2 nella stessa stanza come da foto e da prenotazione). Bagno dignitoso con cabina doccia. All'ingresso si trova un ripiano con bollitore, macchina del caffè, microonde e frigorifero e 3 tazze...dotazione molto essenziale ed esigua senza cialde. Istruzioni per individuare la posizione, l'appartamento e per accedervi chiare. Per una notte è andato bene.

Ho effettuato la prenotazione con booking perchè è sempre stato veloce, semplice ed affidabile anche per gli appartamenti, ma questa volta non posso dire che sia andata nello stesso modo. Infatti ho ricevuto un messaggio con un link che mi mandava su un altro sito attraverso il quale andava perfezionata la prenotazione con ulteriore compilazione di form e dati e con la firma di un contratto di locazione al costo di 0,99, con anche la prospettiva di trattenere a scopo cauzionale 79 euro (cauzione che poi però non ci è stata trattenuta). Il tutto scritto solo in inglese (lingua che non padroneggio). Questo ha reso la prenotazione complicata e impegnativa, oltre che non del tutto trasparente.

Cobra una fianza de 59 euros que no devuelve. Se entra por una puerta de cochera... La puerta de entrada al "piso" es una puerta de cristal, no una puerta de casa, y tiene una claraboya en el techo justo encima de la cama por la que entra la luz. Se denota poca seguridad en general.

Spacious room and bathroom. Long bed. Instant Very hot shower water - careful though as it can suddenly change to boiling or to cold without adjusting the faucet. Easy check in and out.

Mirror above the bed. Lack of ventilation. Skylight is necessary as otherwise it would be a very dark room during the day however it makes for a light room during the night so be sure to bring an eye mask. As the room is in a courtyard it amplifies the sounds from the other apartments ie: someone was suffering from a very bad cough, a poor mother and baby perhaps struggling with the heat or colic. People talking. All amplified and made for very interrupted sleeps. There is a microwave and kettle but no plate or knife and fork. No mini fridge either. Courtyard had cigarette butts and litter.

About 10 minutes away from Vienna downtown by car. Place was clean and neat and the host responds to querries in a timely manner.

Posizione comoda. Metro vicina per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città.

Brak klimatyzacji powodował przymus otworzenie okna …a otwarte okno to straszny hałas od ulicy. Na 1-2 noce można wytrzymać ale na dłużej ,,nie ma szans aby to wytrzymać.

It's a good place and location, from outside it looks like an old building but when you get inside it looks great

There's no hospitality (tea bags or coffee), sometimes when you forget to bring your own it's great if you find some. Also there's no slippers while it's necessary

То, что перед тем как получить код от номера мне на почту от отеля пришло сообщение с просьбой пройти он-лайн регистрацию, в которой я обязана была предоставить скан паспорта и привязать банковскую карту платежом 0,99€. Только после этого я получила код и номер комнаты. Увы, после этого было несколько попыток списать с меня 59€ без моего разрешения! Менеджер отеля объяснил это якобы страховкой на случай нанесения ущерба в номере! Но, стоит отметить, что унитаз был неисправен ещё до моего приезда и в этом можно было обвинить меня. Увы, мне эта ситуация не понравилась, такое не допустимо и то, что условием было перейти на сторонний сайт и там предоставить свои личные данные-тоже!!! Увы, похоже на мошенническую схему

Sicuramente la pulizzia della stanza, la vicinanza con la fermata della metropolitana.

l'arredamento del bagno e della stanza andrebbero "rinfrescati", metterei un climatizzatore, dormire con le finestre aperte non è male, ma la finestra dava sulla strada e i rumori delle auto non permettevano di lasciarla aperta. Se nella stanza c'è un macchina del caffè con le cialde, quantomeno dovo sapere che cialda comprare e poi servirebbero delle posate, nella lista presente nella conferma della stanza erano riportate ma non sono state trovate.

Nos alojamos una noche porque hacíamos escala en Viena. Del centro está algo retirado pero hay una parada de metro cerca y en nada estás en el centro. El alojamiento es cómodo, buenas camas. Hay supermercado cerca.

No tiene aire acondicionado y al abrir las ventanas se oía mucho ruido de los coches.

Dobry apartament, dobra lokalizacja - bezproblemowe parkowanie na ulicy przed budynkiem, 5 min piechotą do stacji metra (kilka minut do centrum), market Billa 100m od budynku, 2 niewielkie parki w pobliżu - ważne dla tych z psami (te bez dod.opłat!)

Słabe wyposażenie kuchenki (naczynia, szkło itd), w obu pokojach tylko po jednym plafonie sufitowym - żadnego dodatkowego oświetlenia. Szafka z oświetleniem nad umywalką w łazience - rupieć do wymiany. Brak klimatyzacji, a otwarcie okien w nocy wpuszcza nadspodziewanie duży hałas od pojazdów z ulicy, pomimo 5 pietra.

Der Ort ist in der Nähe von der U-Bahn. Der Eigentümer antwortet rund um die Uhr und war behilflich.

In der Wohnung gab es keine Handseife, nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier, keinen Besteck sondern nur 1 Löffel u 1 Teller, obwohl die "Wohnung für 2 Personen bestimmt ist". Auf das Bett kann man auf einer einzigen Seite zugreifen und keiner älterer Mensch kann sich leicht legen und normal dann aufstehen, also die Personen müssen krabeln, um aufzustehen. Ebenso ist der Zugang zum Fenster sehr schwierig, weil das Bett die ganze sehr enge Zimmerbreite umfasst und beonders im Sommer kann man den Raum nicht lüften. Das Badezimmer ist voll mit Schimmel und Rost. Auf der Bettwäsche gab es Flecken und die Bettdecken waren anscheinend wegen des starken unangenehmen Geruchs vorher nicht gewaschen. Es gibt keine große Badetücher, sondern nur 4 kleine.Es gibt dazu nur 2 Steckdosen zur Verfügung.

Convenient accommodation for an excellent price, with microwave, kettle and work desk - a good base for exploring Vienna and handy for Mariahilfestraße.

The lack of bedside table was a little inconvenient (I reckon you could fit a tiny one in the gap!), and I think my predecessor was a smoker, as there was a faint smell at first.
