Très belle vue, tres bien insonorisé!

Nous etions 4 et avions que 3 serviettes de toilettes, il a fallut 2j et demi avant que l'on nous fournisse la serviette manquante... Plein de plaquards en cuisine mais la plupart sont vides,pas pratique pour cuisiner

El unico inconveniente es que la cochera asignada era estrecha

Second bathroom was very cramped for older person- 1/2 bath difficult to access.

Las instalaciones en general son buenas, la vista es espectacular y los espacios amplios y agradables.

Había solo dos problemas pero son importantes: 1) hacía bastante calor, pero no se podía abrir la ventana porque el Depto está sobre una autopista y hay mucho ruido. Se solucionó en parte con un ventilador que trajeron muy amablemente. Pero es una solución parcial. 2) la cama principal ya debe tener muchos años o es de mala calidad, porque el colchón tiene una inclinación hacia el centro que genera mucha incomodidad

Ivonne was lovely and very helpful. Security staff were friendly and helpful.

Linens were in poor shape. Towels were old. We were told to be careful not to soil the sheets?? But the bed cover was ripped and frayed. Couch plows were old and matted. Area was not great but epitomized Valparaiso.

Floors could be cleaner, and gym was under construction, but very little weights. But these are very minor.

Everything was excellent regarding the apartment, its location, comfort, and building safety. If it hadn’t been for the misunderstanding about receiving visitors, the rating would have been much higher.

During the booking process on the booking.com website in English and most other languages except Spanish, there was no mention that receiving visitors is not permitted. However, after completing payment—which is processed through a bank transfer or their card payment link—we received a message outlining several rules that were not previously disclosed. One of these rules prohibits visitors. We had hoped our family could visit us to see our accommodation. We believe it would be beneficial if all house rules were clearly stated in all available languages prior to payment, ensuring guests have complete information before booking.

the views, decoration and interior layout all very pleasing. comfortable, clean beds. kitchen fairly well equipped.

very little to complain about. a few items in the kitchen we’re not clean. one plate was unwashed. The cheese /carrot grater had carrot shavings inside it. The pizza board was greasy. As the weather had been so appalling, rain water was seeping in through the balcony windows and making puddles inside by the big window .

Everything around was easy to travel around Valparaíso, Viña y sus alrededores.

The flat was clean and comfortable. From the flat balcony it was the amazing and beautiful view of Valparaíso hills at night and during the day. GREAT!!!!❤️💯
