Location was excellent. Quietly situated near the heart of the village. Close to the good shop/PO, 2 very good pubs, the church, and a lovely 15 minute walk to the Hive beach over fields. The old cottage has been lovingly restored and was well appointed. Beautiful area.
Stairs were rather steep with short treads as you would expect in an old cottage, but could be tricky for oldies even with rails on both sides. Some doors were challenging for tall people. I wore a cap indoors!
Beautiful cottage with high quality fittings, fabulous location in the centre of the village. Ideal for coastal or country walks, plus two great pubs to choose from in the village.
