ITパーク内の施設へ親子留学のため、27泊しました。部屋は快適で必要なものは全て揃っており、立地はとてもよく周囲は安全で、長期滞在でも一切の不安はありませんでした。また24時間常駐のスタッフも皆さん愛想が良く、親切な人ばかりでした。お勧めです！

立地が良く、新スグボメルカトができれば目の前だ、アヤラやBusターミナルが近い、洗濯機、伸縮性物干し、ドライヤー、テレビ、Wi-Fi、タオル、シャワーはお湯出るしトイレとガラスで仕切ってある、スタッフは笑顔で親切

絨毯に髪の毛　結構多かった、小さな虫が這ってる、シャワーの水圧は弱い、外の音は夜中まで聞こえる、街中だからしかたない。

Great location close to IT park, quick elevators and open space in the building. The view is pointed to the correct angle so you don't have that much light pollution from the dean and deluca led logo in the night.

The refrigerator is quite noisy, the toilet seat wiggles and pans are all scratched. Since we don't prefer to eat PFAS this was unusable for us.

Close to sugbo mercado and Ayala central bloc. The staff was very helpful. Would stay again.

Very comfy bed. Close to a lot of amenities around IT Park - food, laundry services, pharmacy, entertainment, Ayala Mall, etc. Host was very responsive to questions and requests.

Everything meets my expectations

The place is exactly same as in the picture. It was clean and nice smell. The host was responsive and allowed our request to extend our stay for another 8hours on a reasonable price!

Bed was not soft as what I expected and lack of sockets. Good thing we brought extension wire.

I liked how the condo is so close to everything including Ayala Central Bloc Mall.

I have no negative feedback.

The property is nicely decorated but is an odd layout with the bed pushed up against the window - it would’ve been more comfortable to swap with the sofa.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly when we checked in - the shower had hairs in it.

TV is big, bed is comfortable, bathroom is okay and some stuff are rusty.

The sofa cover smells like dog so bad. I have a very sensitive sense of smell, I am not sure if they change it after the previous occupant.

The accomodation exceeds filipino standards in this price level. Area of the Cebu IT park is clean and provides a lot of amenities (restaurants, supermarket, street market). In the building is a perfect gym and big swimming pool.

The kitchen drain smelled very bad when we arrived. Some equipment in the kitchen isn't in a good condition (dirty kettle, only one hotplate works).

No parking space available. Not allowed to park, even temporarily park just to check-in, in the condominium 's vicinity. Had to park across the road and walk back to the condominium.

The location. It’s a short walk to everything. Shops, restaurants, bus station.

Staff of the condo are not knowledgeable enough for simple informations.

Clean, comfortable, great facilities, the finishing on the building is really great (which can't be said of all condo in Cebu), making it a really pleasant place to stay, and great value for the price.

Love it! The hosts were very accommodating, warm, and friendly! The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It was definitely great value for the money. I would definitely book this place again soon when I’ll be visiting Cebu with my family.
