Spacious, newly renovated loft - 107m2

The Loft was extremely spacious and cozy. We traveled with our large family and everyone felt very comfortable. It had everything needed for a relaxing stay.

One thing that could have helped was having a lock on the washroom door and also a lock on the door from inside (towards the top). My son kept opening the door and there wasn't a way to prevent him from doing so.

Das Loft ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet, was uns grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen hat.

Was uns jedoch nicht gefallen hat, waren die zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher. Diese waren mittlerweile nicht mehr weiß, sondern hatten einen deutlichen Grauton und waren zudem sehr staubig. Außerdem lag im Schrank ein Kinderbettdecken, das Blutflecken aufwies. Auch der Eingangsbereich war sehr unangenehm, da der gesamte Flur stark nach Abfluss roch. Die Treppen zum Loft sind zudem sehr eng und schmal und waren leider sehr schmutzig. Daher ist das Loft unserer Meinung nach eher für jüngere Menschen geeignet und weniger für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, ältere Personen oder Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen. Auch die Parkplatzsituation war schwierig, da die vorhandenen Parkplätze nicht leicht zu finden waren. Insgesamt hat uns die moderne Einrichtung des Lofts sehr gut gefallen, allerdings gibt es aus unserer Sicht einige Punkte, die hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Zugänglichkeit verbessert werden sollten.

De trappen om naar de loft te komen zijn niet voor iedereen geschikt. Het trappenhuis zelf was niet schoon. Voor heel lange mensen zijn de lage balken in de loft misschien een probleem.

Deze accomodatie werd gekozen omwille van de ligging, die was dus top voor ons. Zeer ruime woonkamer met alle nodige comfort.

Deuren en deurklinken waren niet echt proper.

Het interieur vonden wij zeer mooi, voorzien van topcomfort De opgemaakte bedden waren goed. Ook zijn er voldoende handdoeken voorzien Een ligging aan het station maar toch heel stil binnen

De wenteltrap zorgt ervoor dat het niet eenvoudig was om met de koffers boven te geraken.

Very nice interior, good kitchen with all comfort, Nespresso automat, caps included. Very good bath.

No reason for criticism, but due it is an old building, the stairs to 3rd floor are small and a little bit tricky. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties.

Our stay was wonderful! Really impressive modern and spacious apartment. I picked the key with an employee at a shop. The only problem was the electronic fob key that could not open the apartment door. Back to the manager at the shop. She managed to open the electronic door via NFC. After that, all went well, but someone had to stay in the property when I went out for groceries.

Problem with the electronic door lock. Everything else was PERFECT.

Piękny wystrój. Przestronne, komfortowe mieszkanie. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, w tym tabletki do zmywarki i kilka kapsułek do ekspresu. WiFi bez zarzutów. Bardzo sprawna klimatyzacja - mimo strasznych upałów w trakcie naszego pobytu całe mieszkanie miało bardzo komfortową temperaturę. Sprawna pralkosuszarka. Duży telewizor z możliwości zalogowania do wszystkich dużych platform streamingowych.

Mieszkanie przy deptaku bez możliwości podjazdu samochodem, nawet w celu rozpakowania. Parking przy stacji z ograniczeniami wysokości pojazdów - z boxem dachowym nie mogliśmy wjechać. Możliwość płatnego parkingu na pobliskich ulicach - zawsze udało nam się coś znaleźć choć czasem trzeba było trochę poszukać. Bardzo strome i wąskie schody - dla sprawnej osoby bez bagażu nie stanowią problemu, ale z bagażem lub nawet minimalną niedyspozycją wejście może być trudne. Dodajemy zdjęcie dla oceny. Geweldige, smaakvol ingerichte, zeer ruime loft op een goede lokatie. Heerlijke bedden en een fijne ruime, goed voorziene keuken. Superschoon appartement. Leuke ijszaak onder het appartement.

Makkelijk voor te ontbijten, in de zaak op het gelijkvloers van het appartement, zeer goed en goedkoop

De trap naar de verdieping van de loft is moeilijk, zowel voor naar boven als naar beneden te gaan, mss extra leuning op de muur plaatsen.

Das Loft war außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war modern und komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich hat das gesamte Loft angenehm gekühlt – ideal bei sommerlichen Temperaturen. Besonders begeistert waren wir auch vom riesigen Fernseher, der für gemütliche Abende perfekt war. Die Lage ist optimal, um Gent, Antwerpen und Brüssel zu entdecken. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

In der Toilette gibt es ein kleines Waschbecken mit einem eher unpraktischen Wasserhahn, und es scheint keine Abluftanlage zu geben. Zudem fehlten Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher sowohl im Badezimmer als auch in der Toilette. Außerdem sind die Wände sehr dünn, sodass man jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarräumen hören kann.

The staircase is very steepy, so it not easy to go through it with the luggage, but except this great place!

The place definitely has its charm. Spacious is the key word. Ideal for family with kids who have a plenty of space to get rid of excess energy. The loft kitchen is fully equipped, the shower was perfect. The communication with the owners was pleasant, too. The train station is very close, perfect for one-day trips to Ghent and Antwerp.

It didn’t bother us but people with lower mobility might be surprised by the steep stairs leading to the loft. Also, the bathroom and toilet use motion-activated lighting, which is not ideal during nighttime visits. They also stay on for some time before turning off.

The space is absolutely gorgeous and spotless! The kitchen is fully equipped and the whole place smells amazing. There was also hot chocolate and it was delicious.

The loft was a little noisy, you could hear every move anyone made in the space. The price

Everything! And really nice staff We had to wait 5 min for the appartement to Come in, so we recieved icecream and pannekoeken gratis! 😀
