The room was perfectly designed. I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were spacious and very clean and we really enjoyed taking our fur babies with us..the staff was very friendly, nice and helpful, great place to enjoy the beach and ocean view

The door lock sometimes didn't work it would take a few times to get the door unlocked

The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome.

The Condo is very run down. It needs a complete remodeling.

The place is like being in your home. Roomier wonderful, 2 balconies everything you need to play house on the beach

The space the everything!!!!!! Full kitchen, huge bedroom and family living area. Close to elevator. Easy access to the beach. Loved it!!!!!

The accommodations were fantastic...plenty of room. Loved the view. The pool & jacuzzi was relaxing too. It was good to see people with their fur babies & everyone was friendly. We really enjoyed the fact that it is pet friendly.

The lazy river wasn't working.

View of hotel next door seems like 10,away when on balcony, also neighbors peeping around balcony corner. TV didn't work, turned on but wouldn't change channels. Coffee maker in kitchen, pictures of unit show a drip coffee maker so thats what we brought, drip coffee, unit had a small kcup maker. A/C in bedroom blows onto bed, there is no changing that, gets too cold while trying to sleep even after turning up so it wouldn't be so cold. Not very pleasant, need to move the bed or put adjustable vents on machine.

The apartment complex was right on the oceanfront. Our apartment was near the front and there was a nice view from the living area and bedroom. There was a parking garage right across the street from the complex and you could unload your car right at your building before you park. The management company overseeing the property was very nice and helpful. There are 3 pools (2undercover), 3 hot tubs, a lazy river and a grassy area with lounge chairs. There is also a restaurant and a coffee bar although I never saw the coffee bar open.

The lobby and loading/unloading area was ver tight and crowded during check in and check out. It takes about a half hour to get an elevator during these times so if you have to be out by 10 am, start checking out by 9 am. Our unit was clean but not very comfortable for us. The unit was very small, the bed an and chairs were not comfortable for us. The unit smelled like wet dog the whole time we were there and when we sat on the balcony we could always smell cigarette and cigar smoke.

Loved the location of this property. The layout of the apartment was very nice with modern furniture and appliances. The bed was also very comfortable. We loved the ocean view balcony and city view patio and it was great that we could bring our 2 small pups as well.

The bathtub was pretty tall, so stepping in and out took some care and the floor of the tub was a little slippery. There’s a noise ordinance and it’s a smoke free building but everyone didn’t follow the rules, but that’s no fault of the owners of the unit.
