Appartement pas propre , arrivé sur place les locataires d'avant était encore là et on a attendu jusqu'à 14h30. La porte d'entrée ne fermé pas ( deux interventions , ils disent que c'est réparé alors que il s'ouvrait toujours sans clé, beaucoups de moustique .

La pincine pour les enfants excellent , l établissement est bien

Großes geräumiges Apartment mit einem PKW Parkplatz in ruhiger Lage mit einem tollen Blick von der beschatteten Dachterrasse und einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Minipool. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war jederzeit über WhatsApp möglich und kleine Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist super.

Einige Möbel sind doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Loved the view from the terrace. The rooms and facilities were very nice and it was easy to settle in with a baby.

I think some deep cleaning might be good. It was clean, no dust or anything but some deep cleaning (mop and backyard cleaning could do some good). And put up trash cans on the different floors.

Codziennie czyszczono basen, bardzo szybki kontakt z obsługą apartamentu w razie jakichkolwiek pytań. Zawsze udzielano pomocy i informacji.

Obiekt duży ,przestronny klimatyzowany. Wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy były przejściówki do kontaktów, deska do prasowania, suszarka, pralka, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona.

The property is spacious and has 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. So it very convenient to get ready in the mornings for tours. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were a life saver. We were able to contact the hosts easily through WhatsApp and were very responsive.

The flat is about 20 min walk to the beach and up the hill on the way back. The location on booking.com appears closer than what it is. The supermarket is close to the beach snd do needed to carry our daily groceries up the hill. To add to our problem, the water purifier did not work and do we carried several bottles of water each day from the supermarket. The hosts sent the purifier for repair but did not arrive before we left after our 12 night stay. The toilets design and cleanliness was questionable. There was mould in the shower areas and there were no space to keep your sosp or shampoo. You hit the toilet when you open the door and have to navigate through tight space to the basin and shower. We raised this with the hosts and they tried to change the sealant. The tiles were all brown stained and a bit of update to the bathrooms would have made the experience more comfortable for tourists. The oven was shabby and could not be used. We raised this with the host who ordered a new oven that arrived only the day before we left. We asked for some refund due to the above issues and the host was going to discuss this with the board and come back to us. So far we have not had a response after 2 weeks

Éloigner de la plage mais c'est cela qui fait son prix. On ne peut pas choisir son terrain.

Le personnel est très à l'écoute. Ils réagissent vite..ils cherchent des solutions pour les clients. C'est bien.

Superbe appartement encore meilleur que sur les photos..une équipe organisée et fonctionnel avec une réactivité remarquable...je recommande à 100% sans hésiter

J'ai adoré l'accueil, l'hôtesse qui nous a accueilli Bindiya était vraiment aux petit soin. Et le pisciniste vraiment adorable aussi. La vue exceptionnelle. Je recommande!

Fresh towels. Washing machine. Weekly cleaning. Drinking water dispenser. Smooth communication with agency and cleaner. Small swimming pool. TV and Internet. AirCon. Top floor balcony with artificial lawn and shade and long chair is just perfect for relaxing.

It would be just perfect if a dish washer was available, but it's not really a problem.

Observations impossible d avoir une licence 8,8 sur 10. Casserole pourri serpillière pourri éponge pourri et les ustensiles et pas de hotte les odeurs dans l appartement pas de climatisation ni de ventilateu partout des mouches en plus 2 transats pour 4 personnes. Pas de poubelle extérieur. Il y avait une télévision sans chaîne. Pour ma part je ne recommande pas du tout cette location j en suis mécontente

First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Bindya, who was absolutely wonderful—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was cosy and welcoming, and despite my son falling ill with AGE, we truly enjoyed our time there. However, I feel it’s important to share a concerning experience that affected our overall impression. At one point, while we were all in the pool, a man—who later identified himself as the watchman—entered the property unannounced and without any introduction. He proceeded directly toward us in a manner that was quite alarming, particularly for my elder son who became very frightened. When I asked what he needed, he vaguely mentioned he was looking for the cleaning lady. The interaction was abrupt and confusing. More disturbingly, he made an inappropriate and racially insensitive comment about my children, referring to them as “1 blanc, 1 noir.” I was so shocked and unsettled that I couldn’t respond in the moment. After he left, I immediately contacted Bindya to report the incident. While she was apologetic, I understand this situation was not within her control. As someone with a background in hospitality, I believe it's essential that all team members uphold a standard of professionalism and sensitivity—especially when it comes to interactions with families and children. Sadly, my son was so distressed by the encounter that he had a panic attack and, coupled with his illness, we had to cut our stay short and seek medical attention on Saturday night. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope both the compliments and concerns are passed on to the relevant individuals. To far from the beach

The owner was very helpful and very responsive, apartment is in a good location with nice views.

Accommodation meets a little make over, not enough, utensils, glasses, cups etc, shower was just a drizzle . Unfortunately the neighbours were very loud all day and into the early hours of the morning. Lots of loud banging music and shouting at around 4 am nearly every day.

Apartment was secluded, but not far from Flic en flac beach. You get complete privacy here. Location was good, if you want to use this as a base and explore the island. Not too far from Cascavelle mall, where you get everything you may require. View from top of the apartment was wonderful, it has three floors and each floor has a washroom. Apartment is equipped with all basic necessities. You can also self-cook, or carry out laundry. The splash pool is nice, especially if you have small kids. Pool guy cleaned it almost daily. You have a TV as well on groundfloor, and it has access to Amazon Prime as well. Ms Sha, the host, is accessible through whatsapp from the time of booking till checkout, and was nice to talk to.

You can't really go wrong with the apartment. Only thing I can think of is, you need to know nearby stores for any bread or emergency, as things in Mauritius usually gets closed around 4/5 pm, so at nighttime I had trouble finding bread for kids.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms, strong fan downstairs. Lovely location, quiet neighborhood. Good wifi with two people working from home. Clean private small pool. Shower pressure. Clean accommodation and lots of towels.

No shade to sit in the afternoon and the west direction did not allow any shade.

The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, two showers and 3 toilets. The view from the top floor terrace is magnificent. We were staying there over the new year and enjoyed a fantastic firework display without leaving home! There is a washing machine and every room has an AC and a standing fan for those who don't want to use the AC. The splash pool was great and cleaned regularly. We didn't have a car and managed well but there is a slight uphill coming back from the beach. All in all great value for the money spent. We hope to be back.

Loved the set up and aircon in all bedrooms. Had own private dip pool. Good spacing. Wifi. Smart tv. Washing machine, iron available. Hairdryer. Each room had own balcony. Owner very responsive to any requests made.

Good communication with hosts. They even bought me some water & basics. I had a very long flight and journeys

I will not return because the place needs updating to make the facilities inviting and usable

The silent at night the Neighborhood is very quiet

Can’t say there was anything in particular I didn’t like we had a very good stay.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and a good start to our move to Mauritius. The appliances and crockery etc were of good quality and worked well. I like having a work station, so ideal for those working remotely. Our host was always a whatsapp away and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this apartment for families wanting to explore the west of the island. We also rented a car from them at a very good rate. It is definitely needed if wanting to explore the area on your own. The wifi was excellent, no problems connecting.

The house is in a quite street 10-15 Min to the shops, restaurants and the beach. It is big, with 3 bathroom and it is fully equipped. The view from the terrace is nice. The swimming pool is small but perfect for the kids.

The furniture is a old and the house need some maintanance.

The property could have install some kind of shelter on the porch to avoid sunlight flashing to house and make the apartment feel very warm. A part from that everything else good for us and the apartment has alarm for security purpose.

Everything was perfect. Do not expect a big swimming pool. It is a very small one for children only.

The apartment is situated in one of the best areas of the island- in a perfect position to drive around the island or to go by foot to the Beach (Flic en Flac)- which is one of the most favored public beaches. The area is really very nice and calm. No criminality, no noise, but kind of villa area very close to all you need- supermarket, restaurants, beaches etc. The apartment itself consist of 3 floors, giving you the unique opportunity to decide how far from the parent's bedroom you would like the kids to be- little children- next door, grownups- next floor. In the leaving room you have all you need for a long comfortable stay- big fridge for the drinks and fully equipped kitchen to kook and serve your food. We have all enjoyed the pool in the garden during the warm afternoons. Internet was also running very good and our grown up son was able to follow on his laptop the F1 competitions and the Premiere League. Most important of all was our host- a very delicate and decent lady, who was always there for us, not only during our stay but also when we've left. We have forgotten in the safe a HUGE amount of cash and she returned it to us with an international money transfer.... THANK YOU Sha, thank you for being so honest, thank you for all your efforts and time spent to send us our money back! Since then I feel this place more like home and the owners like close relatives. Those are the people I want to deal with when in Mauritius... and I really count the days when I can go back, see my beloved Mauritius and hug those amazing people.
