Reviewed May 18, 2026The house has a comfortable atmosphere, not crowded, clean, all facilities are maintained.
There are a few things I want to comment on, 1) the parking is a bit confusing 2) as long as it has 2 blocks, vertex and I'm not sure about the other one, so the first time I came it was a bit confused where we were 3) the owner told the guard he could help, but the guard didn't help much, some said he was new and didn't know, 4) marked as block D, but we looked for where the stated block D was, there was NO where 5) the elevator had a yellow circle key, but they said it was blue, so we got stuck in the elevator and the panic elevator didn't move anywhere.

The staff at reception are so incredibly rude - no greetings, ignoring me, wouldn’t even let me use the restroom. When I arrived at the condo - I was so shocked, old and dilapidated! No toilet paper, completely broken water faucet? Basic human needs! Overall I wouldn’t recommend primarily because of the rude staff of the apex tower!

Should've stated about the deposit in the booking process, no deposit was necessary when i check in before, but there is now apparently, would be great if they stated that in the booking.com, but other than that, it was great

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Cleanliness is there, unit facilities are quite complete for long term stay though I didn't use it. Aircond is cooling and bed is okay. Location is centric in Cyberjaya and convenient. The park with barbecue area and swimming pools at level 7 are beautiful.
I got an older unit. The sofa seat cushion support is gone, some furniture and appliances are having age of usage. As I only need a comfy place for sleep for few days, so that doesn't really matter to me. My parking lot is at level5, the parking design is quite messy, luckily many parking lots are empty and less cars driving within the parking compound.
