Reviewed Jun 19, 2026This is a very clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, safe, and well equipped apartment that provides easy access to the impressive metro transit system that can take you to various tourist attractions, and especially to two metro stations (about 20 min walk); as well as supermarkets and local shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was just as it looked in the photos and the bed was lovely to sleep after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were responsive, kind and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. I highly recommend this amazing apartment with the wonderful host and staff to discover Medellin.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Sehr großzügiges und modern ausgestattetes Apartment. Es fehlt an nichts, auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Kaffee gibts sogar gratis. Sehr professionell und super nette Host. Die Lage in Laureles ist ebenfalls top und sicher, in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt ein Einkaufszentrum mit großem Supermarkt (Exito) sowie kleinere Lebenmittelläden (Ara, D1). Diverse Restaurants und Cafes jeglicher Art sind ebenfalls in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Also alles bestens - wir kommen seeeeehr gern wieder.

The bed was very comfortable, everything was well-equipped and in perfect working order, and the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet at night. The landlord was attentive, communicative, responsive, and sent a detailed guide explaining what's included and how to use everything before my arrival, so I knew what to expect. There were a few supermarkets and small restaurants in the area. A great place to stay with a host who clearly cares about her guests' experience. Would definitely return!
Just a couple of minor things: the back patio lets in quite a bit of morning light, so a curtain or blinds would be helpful. The bathroom also lacks ventilation, no window or extractor fan, so the only exit is through the main room.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Very spacious, modern and clean apartment! Comfortable bed, all the appliances and tools one needs for an extended stay, very good location in a green, clean and safe neighborhood. Responsive and welcoming host, a great all-round place to stay in charming Medellin!
Did not manage to hit the right water temperature in the shower, either boiling hot or freezing cold, and the windows facing the street could use a bit more soundproofing. None of these dealbreakers.

The place is very new, with nice aesthetics, good quality bed and pillows, beautiful bathroom... It also has s washing machine which is very helpful after travelling some days. And our host was the sweetest and nicest woman I met in Colombia, very caring and professional. Would definitely recommend it! Muchas gracias por todo

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025Me encanto el apartamento. Naturalmente iluminado, ventilado y fresco. Tenia todo lo necesario y el lugar es muy tranquilo. Tambien se siente seguro. La host es muy amigable y dispuesta a ayudar.
En general no tengo nada negativo que decir. Solo añadiria un segundo ventilador o lo tendria reservado a peticion del huesped. El frio de Medellin no es suficiente para mi :(
