Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Excellent location, very clean, towels changed regularly, communication with owner very good, as we had a very late flight home, we were given a room for the day so we could shower etc which was extremely helpful 😁 would definitely recommend staying here
No storage for clothes, nowhere to hang dresses etc, could do with a set of drawers maybe? Also a shelf would be good in the bathroom for toiletries, this was the only con, everything else was super 👌

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Purtroppo stati solo una notte in questa struttura,, la stanza era nuovissima piccola, ma con spazi sfruttati molto bene La posizione è nel pieno centro della città a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto e per per spiagge. In pochi minuti a piedi si può arrivare anche a Megali Amnos la spiaggia "cittadina" Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo
Per me nulla però per qualcuno fare le scale strette con i bagagli può essere faticoso anche se è solo un piano

Tuttavia questo non è un problema perché acusticamente la struttura è isolata perfettamente, a patto ovviamente di tenere le finestre chiuse. Ogni giorno la stanza veniva pulita e la biancheria cambiata Dimitris è disponibile a dare consigli Complessivamente voto 10

Pulizia non perfetta ma comunque buona. La doccia non è chiusa da un vetro e quindi si allaga tutto il bagno

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026We could not meet Dimitri (sick), while the room lady is very nice. The room was clean with all the coffee amenties, fresh towel and water every day.
Most of the rooms (among which ours) look out on a side alley of Papadiamanti street where a restaurant/club is located. The club sounded louded music every night we spend there (Wed-Mon) beyond 1am. We heard the music even with the closed window. After the first night, Dimitri replied our complain he had already sent patrols and he would had done it again but nothing has changed. Just few space for lugguages and clothes (our room was even smaller than the one in the pics). Really small bathroom, no curtain.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026La struttura si presenta in pieno centro vicino al porto che è a un paio di chilometri dall’aereoporto. Durante il nostro soggiorno sono stati cambiati ogni giorno asciugamani e lenzuola compreso di rifornimento caffè e acqua. All’interno della stanza è presente anche un frigo, così in caso di acquisti al supermercato si ha la possibilità di mantenerli al fresco. La camera è moderna e molto spaziosa con anche un piccolo balconcino per stendere. È presente anche il phon per asciugarsi i capelli. Mi sono trovata benissimo, stra consigliata!!!!! Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Posizione super centrale nella via principale della città a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto. Nonostante ciò, la struttura è situata in una via appartata e poco rumorosa. La camera molto ampia con ottime tende per la luce del sole. C’è la possibilità di prendere gratuitamente a noleggio racchette da beach etc
Le camere sono in cima ad una scala senza ascensore abbastanza ripida e il bagno molto piccolo presenta una doccia senza pareti che fa allagare costantemente il bagno

Siamo state benissimo, posizione eccellente al centro dell’isola a pochi passi da qualsiasi servizio, bar ristoranti farmacie ecc. Camera molto pulita e con tutti i comfort. Un grazie particolare a Dimitri che oltre a darci ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e su tutte le migliori esperienze da fare sull’isola ci ha offerto un servizio costante, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. Se dovessi tornare in questa bellissima isola non avrei dubbi su dove soggiornare.

La stanza era molto bene isolata acusticamente. Inoltre il giorno del nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un upgrade gratuito della stanza.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La posizione è davvero ottima perché la struttura si trova nella via centrale e permette di raggiungere comodamente il porto o la fermata degli autobus per esempio. Inoltre Dimitri è super disponibile e attento a ogni particolare. La camera era molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, anche con un piccolo balconcino molto bello. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglio veramente!

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Excellent location, comfortable big bed and pillows.. even the kid at the sofa was very comfortable.. a really soundproof room.. even has iron for clothes..
The only negatives are: is a bit pricy.. the coffee machine and the water boiler were dirty.. probably never cleaned.. even the mugs i believe are not properly cleaned.. The shower has no door so you must be careful with the water..

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026The location is great, exactly in the middle of the city between restaurants and shops, without being noisy at all. I appreciated a lot the daily cleaning, daily change of towels and even the sheats were changed a few times, if not daily.
The cleaning could improve. The floors needed more swipping not only a mop that left hair behind The shower was making water all over the bathroom and it would remain wet until next day when the lady came to clean it. Something to dry the floor would be handy if the shower is opened

Where should I start… Really not worth the money, I would not return to this accommodation. Very bad shower situation, awkward balcony, ugly stairway, no reception, the bedding had stains and asked to change the bed linens (very bad first impression). Shower gel was not refilled during our stay (3 nights). Felt cheap at a high cost.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026In the heart of the town, very close to bus stops, old and new ports, restaurants, shops. Extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. The towels were changed and the room was cleaned on a daily basis. We communicated very well with the property owner. The room has exactly the facilities you need and a balcony. Overall this is an excellent choice for a modern accommodation in the city centre. We felt very welcomed and we want to come back next year!

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Schönes aufgeräumtes Zimmer mit hohem Standard für Skiathos Stadt. Bequemes Bett und großes Bad.
Einziger Nachteil sind die ganzen Scooter die morgens durch die Straßen fahren. Die machen das offene Fenster unmöglich. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts und hat hochwertige Fenster und eine gute Klimaanlage eingebaut.

La doccia non aveva le vetrate da tutti i lati, l’ingresso era aperto quindi si allagava sempre il bagno. Inoltre non vi erano parcheggi per l’auto nelle vicinanze.

Il self check-in è molto comodo e il proprietario resta sempre disponibile per qualsiasi problema o informazione. Ogni giorno la stanza viene pulita e vengono cambiati gli asciugamani. La camera è moderna, climatizzata e con un letto molto comodo. La posizione è perfetta perchè si trova sulla strada principale, pertanto si può girare tutto facilmente a piedi.
L'unica cosa che non mi convince è la doccia, in quanto ogni volta che si utilizza si allaga tutto.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Ocean 11 was perfect as it was so central and near to everything. The accomodation was very clean and modern and was serviced every day by the housekeeper. Bed was huge. I really liked the fact that there was a Nespresso machine and a kettle and tea, coffee and milk pods which were replenished every day. Water was always hot and shower was good. Bottled water was replenished each day too. Despite being in the centre there was no noise at nighttime due to very good glazing and being a light sleeper I was very pleased about that. If you want a good place to stay whilst in Skiathos Town I recommend Ocean 11.
A lot of marble stairs to climb to the floor where the rooms are so if you are taking a large suitcase you will need to go to the gym and work the arms! If you have a rucksack you will be fine. If you have mobility issues maybe not for you.
