Køleskabet var ikke rent og det ville være dejligt med en brødkniv. Det havde været nemmere for os hvis dørnummeret havde stået på døren :-)

W-LAN sehr schlecht, Fernseher funktioniert nur mit Hotspot vom Handy. Nachts sehr laut! Fahrstuhl in den 4. Stock war 1 Tag kaputt.

Es gab alles was wir gebraucht haben zum Kochen. Sauberes Bettzeug und Handtücher gab es auch.

Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der staubsauger hat beim sagen extrem komische Geräusche gemacht.

The location was close to busses and subway and grocery stores.

All was good.

We liked the location, the cleanliness of the apartment.

Appartamento molto pulito. Luminoso. Letti comodi. Ci si sta bene anche in sei persone. Noi eravamo in 5 e gli spazi notte ben distribuiti. Bagno ampio. Vista panoramica. Posizione ottima. Molti ristoranti subito sotto casa. Consiglio il libanese proprio di fronte! A pochi passi dal mare. E breve tratta per arrivare in centro. Buona gestione con host.

En af de andre beboere i opgangen henvendte sig om at han ikke brød sig om at der blev lejet lejligheder ud og stoppede os i døren.

Overall an great stay at Home Inn, thank you. The apartment was incredibly close to town, with great facilities. It was warm and comfortable, and suited our needs very well as a group with 6 adults across two families with teens. There was enough kitchen utensils to make home cooking possible, and a large table to eat together.

The downstairs bathroom had an overwhelming bad smell (cabbage?), and some of the fittings in the bathroom, kitchen etc. were a bit battered. Could have done with a frying pan in the kitchen. The spiral staircase inside the apartment was not suitable or the faint or heart, the elderly or families with small children. Also note that for those with heavy luggage, the apartment is on the fourth floor, with no elevator.

Ev beklentimizi karşıladı, 4 kişi olarak çok rahat konakladık. Diğer kişilerin yorumlarında evin soğuk olduğunu söylemişler ancak ev çok sıcaktı hiç üşümedik. Konumu çok güzeldi, bir çok yere yürüyerek ulaştık, otobüse binmek istediğimizde ise durağa çok yakındı. Anahtarı almak ve bırakmak için yazılan metin çok açıklayıcıydı ve sorunsuz halletik.

Saç kurutma makinesi var mı diye önceden sorduk, var olduğunu söylediler ancak evde yoktu. Eve vardığımızda tekrar talep etmedik. Tek olumsuz yanı buydu

Odamız çok pisti, yataklardan birinden kesilmiş tırnak parçası çıktı. Yataklar çok konforsuzdu. Fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz oda değildi, çok küçük bir odaydı bavullarımızı koymak için alan yoktu. Banyo temiz değildi, ıslak mendille kendimiz temizledik. Saç kurutma makinesini bulamadık çöp poşetine sarılmış bir halde bir köşeden çıktı. En kötü konaklama deneyimim oldu.

Nádherný vybavený apartmán ve výborné lokalitě v blízkosti metra. Díky situování do vnitrobloku nebyl slyšet žádný hluk z hlavní ulice.

Super bien placé Spacieux et très bien équipé Mais pas de chauffage dans 2 des 3 chambres a l’étage et nous avons dû dormir avec nos manteaux tellement il faisait froid (nous y étions en novembre ). Nous avons demandé des couvertures mais on en a pas eu. Cependant nous avons été surclassés car l’appart réservé n’était plus dispo et ce fut une excellente surprise

El apartamento es amplio, bien cuidado y limpio. El barrio está muy bien y el apartamento está perfectamente situado.

Le manque d equipement dans la cuisine (pas assez de couverts, pas de saladier), pas de sèche cheveux.

Bra läge, trevlig stadsdel och många bussar nära. Tunnelbana bara kort promenad bort. Väldigt sköna sängar!

Köket inte så välutrustat, men hade det nödvändiga.

Well located, clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a short stay

Nos gusto la ubicacion, la comodidad de las camas, cocina con bastantes utensilios, hay restaurantes y pizzerias en la misma calle, también bastantes supermercados, recogida de las llaves es en la calle lateral, solo hay que dar la vuelta a la esquina.

Praktiskt och funktionellt med bra läge.

Appartamento molto spazioso e in una zona tranquilla.

L’entrata del mio appartamento non era quella indicata nell’indirizzo su Booking. Nelle istruzioni era indicata quella corretta ma in svedese, e sarebbe stato meglio specificare subito che il numero civico corretto non era nella stessa strada, ma girato l’angolo. Basterebbe aggiungere una frase esplicativa nelle istruzioni per il ritiro delle chiavi. Per il resto era tutto molto chiaro.

Spacious, great location, clean and simple. 10/10

Bra läge på Södermalm. Restauranger, affärer och kollektivtrafik precis utanför dörren.

Logement bien équipé, spacieux et bien situé dan stockholm. Nous avions l'appartement 1005 avec une chambre avec lits jumeaux, et 2 lits dans le salon. Literie confortable, logement propre et fonctionnel. L'appartement est au 1er étage du n°49, avec un ascenseur, et donne dans la cour intérieure, donc calme. Les clés sont à prendre, avec une boîte à clé, au n°19 de la rue perpendiculaire, un café restaurant (dans le même bloc d'immeubles) faisant l'angle. Peu de vaisselle, mais c'est suffisant si on fait la vaisselle à chaque repas. La salle de bains est spacieuse, avec des armoires et un plateau pour y mettre les affaires de tous. Dommage, compte tenu de la taille de la pièce que les WC soient collés à la douche. Et toujours pas pratique, comme bien souvent en suede, l'absence de cloison étanche pour la douche : il y a bien une parois pivotante, mais difficile de ne pas arroser le sol. Une très bonne adresse

Vi använde lägenheten bara som övernattning vid en konsert. Sov bara, använde inte kök osv. Det var fräscht, fint och funktionellt. Kommunikationen med uthyraren var bra. De var flexibla och lät oss hämta ut nyckeln tidigare.

Ibland tog det lite tid att få svar. Lite strul med kommunikationen när jag skulle hämta ut nyckeln, men det löste sig.

Struttura pulita e accogliente, sotto il palazzo c’é una panetteria, diversi ristoranti e girato l’angolo un supermercato, a 5 minuti a piedi la fermata del bus che in 10 minuti porta in centro

Dovrebbe essere messo a disposizione uno strofinaccio per i piatti, qualche stoviglia in più e delle lenzuola di cambio per sicurezza. La doccia non ha un vero e proprio box quindi si allaga il bagno. Inoltre il fatto di non avere un numero di emergenza da chiamare in caso di problemi mette un po’ di ansia (ad esempio per sbaglio siamo rimasti chiusi fuori casa e abbiamo dovuto attendere che un altro condomino uscisse dal palazzo per poter entrare nel portone principale)

L appartement est grand, propre. Les lits sont très confortables. Une petites pièce avec deux petits lits, une grande pièce avec trois petits lits et un petit lit dans le salon qui nous a servi de second canapé. On rejoint le centre de Stockholm en bus en moins d un quart d heure et les arrêts sont à trois minutes comme les supermarchés. Quartier sûr avec bons restaurant.

Il manque un peu de vaisselle pour être à l aise dont une planche à découper.

Das Herausnehmen der Schlüssel aus einem Tresor, bzw. Die richtige Eingabe der Codes, das Herausfinden der richtigen Tür dazu war wie ein "Exit"-Spiel - in umgekehrter Form! :)) Wir hatten eine Menge Spaß dabei. Die Lage war perfekt, wir konnten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gehen, aber auch die Anbindung an öffentl. Verkehrsmittel war super.

Etwas mehr Kochgeschirr wäre hilfreich. Es fehlten uns ein/zwei Schneidbretter, ein 2. großer Topf, Glasschüsserl (für Salat oder Nachspeise).

L'appartamento è molto essenziale ma pulito, letti abbastanza comodi, silenzioso. Dotato di carta igienica, pastiglie per lavastoviglie, sapone per i piatti e sapone per le mani. Abbiamo trovato anche un asciugacapelli anche se non era presente nella descrizione dell'appartamento. Il quartiere di Södermalm (e Sofo) è molto affascinante, sopraelevato rispetto al resto della città il che regala dei bellissimi punti panoramici che si trovano a pochi minuti di cammino dall'appartamento. In circa 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Gamla Stan, il cuore pedonale della città, ma volendo la fermata degli autobus è a 1 minuto a piedi. Vari Supermercati e ristorantini dietro l'angolo, e una caffetteria per ottima colazione o Fika proprio sotto casa. Self check-in e check-out comodo e veloce. Lo staff risponde subito a ogni esigenza.

Soft beds, quiet, good location

Dirty (e.g. the bin was still full, floor was dirty), no hairdryer

No shampoo, no shower gel, no conditioner, it takes ages to find the door to the room, the bed can't be called a bed at all, the hallway is very gloomy, the room hygiene is very poor, the towels smell rancid!

For the price exellent value. Ofcourse nothing fancy but it was better than i thaught

No hair dryer and as sensitive sleeper cutains could be better. Woke up way too esrly cause sun light

There is a lot of space, it was very clean. Location is fine, with a couple of cafes and restaurants near it. It is very near to the Viking Line station

There is no good signalisation of the number of the apartment. We did not know which door to open…

Great location, easy to reach central Stockholm but not too busy. Enough of a local scene for bars & restaurants and a very convenient supermarket.

Just like someone shoved an extra bed into an already small flat. Everything was worn and the decor was spartan to the point of being like a cell. The dirty white walls could have done with a couple of pictures on them at least...

Super good location

We are both allergic and property definetely didn’t help with it. Not sure if it was dust or mold or both, we couldnt sleep well and our eyes were irritated.

The location was really great!

Beware that it really is crammed if you choose to be more than 2 people. Also, communication with the property was unfortunately not a good experience. There were no hair dryer, as they had promised there would be, and no instructions for how to use the laundry.

Nice position.

House is really small. We are a family, 2 adults and 2 kids and the house was not ok for us. It's great for 2 but it cannot be rented for 4 people. First night there was not even the beds prepared for 4 people, just for 3... We were told that we would have received a compensation for this inconvenience but no-one has never contacted us. Pictures visible on Booking Site are only partially related to the apartment that we rent.

The location was good and access to the apartment was easy. Communication with hosts was excellent. The beds were comfortable and clean. Had all the kitchen appliances needed for a short stay.

The layout of the lounge could have been better arranged. It would have been better with the sofa in front of the TV instead of a single bed. It is a very small space to fit two single beds in.

Nice spacious apartment with great utilities (fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, stove, coffee machine, tv). It was also really clean. The location good, as well, although not that close to the old city town. However, we consider visiting again someday.

The wifi was super slow and kept crashing. Also, we weren't told that the 6th floor is actually an attic and that the elevator doesn't get there, so we sort of got lost for a while, looking for the right apartment. Check-in was supposed to be from 15:00, but we've been texted that it's actually 16 o'clock.

Location was great. Very spacious.

Floor was dirty. Looked as if it was not cleaned at all. Paper waste was still lying on the floor. Hairs in the shower upon arrival. We missed a water cooker.
