So many lizard shit on the floor. Ths hotel using epoxy floor in room and toilet.

Basic, value for money, and brief stop-over location.

The location was very convenient for me

I've stayed twice previously at 365 View Point and had a lovely time so I was terribly, terribly disappointed with my latest stay mainly because of cleanliness. The bathroom sink had very visible stains and the floor still had clumps of hair from previous guests all over. The water drainage was also quite bad. The kettle in the room didn't work either. I'm sad to say that I will not be able to stomach a return unless conditions improve drastically.

The facility, the bedsheets full of stain. Light was on off all the day. Aircond not function well. No interconnected room. No lift.

The only good thing about this accomodation is the friendly staff.

Almost everything doesn't represent what the owner calls 'hotel standard'. Before we even checked in they called us to inform us that our room was not available due to a plumbing issue. They couldn't get maintenance to fix the problem because it was a public holiday which doesn't make sense at all for a hotel not having a maintenance guy. Then the owner offered us another room and agreed to add 3 extra beds for us but when we arrived on the time we were supposed to check in they were not ready and instead of extra beds it was just a mattress put on the floor. The room wasn't even clean at all. A lot of dust even a spider web with a live spider was clearly visible. The mug was not even clean properly. The floor makes our feet black because of the dust. The toilet door frame is not even straight. U can even lock the door properly. My daughter said it even feels like taking a shower in a jail cell. The tab is leaking. The room was not even soundproof at all. You can hear people coming in at 2am. The view is ruined by the construction's leftovers. They blame it on the public holiday and because the hotel is fully booked they can get everything ready in time. But from my observation they clearly had not enough staff. 2 people to clean the whole hotel. After all it was so far the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Again the only good thing is the staff is friendly and after a lengthy discussion they agreed to charge me the downgraded room price and refund the extra money that i paid. Oh, the location is very close to the wang kelian border and gua kelam but it is around 30 minutes to the city center.

No practice of daily cleaning up of rooms & Need to request for change of towels, bottles of water, etc. However, response was fast for requests made.

The location is great, and you can see the forest right outside the window. The host’s response and attitude were also very good. 地點很不錯，一開窗就看到森林。住宿方的回應和態度很不錯。

Cleanliness could be improved. The shower room is spacious, but the industrial design gives off a camping-like vibe. It was raining heavily during my stay, and the hot water wasn’t very strong. 整潔部分有待提升。沖涼房很寬，但工業設計是那種去Camping的感覺，去時下了很大很大的雨，熱水不給力。

Definitely not the most professional group running the hotel. Very little English, but we’re very helpful with the things we did ask for.

The boss was very friendly, welcome us with warmth and hospitality. The room is clean. Additionally there was an event nearby, so it was very very convenience to get dinner and music. Highly recommended. Also very nice sunrise view, amazing!!

The resort is in a great location — just a short walk away from delicious local food stalls that offer authentic hometown flavors. It’s also very close to Wang Kelian, which is perfect for catching the breathtaking sea of clouds in the morning. A peaceful and scenic spot for a relaxing getaway!

Not the cleanest place - dusty, bedsheets / duvet had stains Shower area is poorly designed - whole bathroom floor gets flooded!

Excellent internet, very clean, most friendly staff ever and exteremly helpful. The manager was one of the best people I ever met in kaki bukit and made my stay so comfortable. He helped me with alot of things and it felt like home staying there. Highly reccomend it.

No grab taxis most of the time but the hotel has a car and very accommodating!

Everything was quite good. Room is big. They provide drinking water, instant coffee and tea. They have a good wifi and smart TV. the bed is also quite comfortable and the bed linen is normal. there is an ironing board, iron and hair dryer.

They didn't put tea and coffee in my room and the worst thing is that I woke up bitten in the morning. I can tell you for sure that there were no mosquitoes anyway... and they don't bite so much in such places. This isn't the first time I've stayed here. But last time everything was fine.

Amazing place in the middle of nowhere. Great for exploring small villages like Kaki Bukit. We were on a cycling trip from Hatyai to Ipoh. The sole caretaker from Myanmar is a gem and hardworking. Google TV ! Better than some city hotels.

For me its a bit pricey (RM150/night) considering its very far from the town and other amenities like food/restaurants. The main reason i chose it because i wish to catch sunrise at Wang Kelian Viewpoint as this is the nearest to that place. The aircond was a bit slow to take effect in cooling the room, maybe i guess its 1.0hp? Be that as it may, the owner and staffs were friendly and very attentive. The bathroom is large with water heater. Decent parking space available but its kinda dark at night to park at the back of the hotel. But u can always opt to park at the front nearest to main lobby office.

The price if could be RM120/night would be reasonable due to the factors mentioned above.

First off, I didn’t order a room with 3 beds for myself and wife! The Booking.com website described a resort with (2 pools) one being an infinity pool, and a second pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, massage. This resort does not offer these amenities listed on Booking.com. Actually, comparing Booking to competitive websites like Agoda.com show the booking.com listing to be different and some information completely fabricated. Booking.com also charged me for a way more expensive room than myself and my wife were looking for. We were somehow slammed into a room with 3 queen sized beds. The room comes with a flatscreen television with no television stations. And to top everything else our really expensive room filled up with flying ants, terminates, giant wasps and bee like insects, many hundreds in our room, thousands in the hallway. (I HAVE A VERY SERIOUS ALERGIC REACTION TO MANY INSECTS BITES.) I could have been hurt. The insects came in through a public restroom at the end of the hallway, next to our room. The window left wide open has a giant Hornets nest in the open window and the insects crawled under the door. It was obvious that with was a continual problem every time it rained, and rain was forecasted for our entire stay. The Managements solution is to just vacuum them up. I had to move to a safer place. Staying 2 days, but paying for 4 days. I was also charged almost three times more for a room, than offered by Agoda.com.

This listing by Booking.com was a scam. Anybody thinking of using Booking.com should move to another booking site. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach customer services at Booking.com. The customer service link forced upon clients cuts you off before your response can be sent. They will just steal your money. 365 View Point Resort Management came to our room, reviewed the MISREPRESENTED facility information, room package purchased, and the insect problem. Myself and my wife were told by a manager they would refund 2 nights. So far, they have not.

The location is very quiet ..in the middle of rural area and we found no staff working at reception counter and didn't see any visitors staying there also. We didn't stay there.

It is new, but it is fully equipped with hairdryer, iron and iron board, hot shower, table to eat in the room, android tv and etcetera 😍😍😍 the receptionist is very sempoi and friendly.

Great location if you want to go to Gua Kelam and the viewpoint. Room is clean and check-in and check-out is easy. Hotel provides bikes, which is very convenient. The best part however is Alan, the hotelowner. Throughout my stay he gave me suggestions, showed me around and was always available for any question I had.

We reached quite late. But the person in charged waited for us till night. Great hospitality.

Not tiles type of flooring. Painted cement floor only. Tiles flooring would make the hotel better.
