Reviewed Sep 4, 2026It wasn't clean, when we arrived the cleaner was still in the apartment. We found hair on the beds and old drinks in the refrigerator. It was still dusty and overall not a good experience.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026كانت الإقامة رائعة بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معنى 👌 كل شيء استثنائي سواء الموقع أو السكن أو الأثاث ، وكل ما تحتاجه موجود في السكن ، وأجمل من ذلك كله الموظف المسئول عن السكن قمة في الأدب والاحترام والتعاون ، شكرا من القلب على كل شيء ، وبإذن الله إقامتي بالعاصمة دائما ستكون لديكم.

بعض المفارش كانت متسخه عليها شعر وبقع وطلبت من العامل تغييرها وغيرها بمفارش نظيفه ودورة المياه ماكانت نظيفه بشكل مطلوب طلبت منه ينظفها وللامانه نظفها العامل وصاحب المكان تاخر علي ما اعطاني رمز الدخول للمكان سددت المبلغ 7 اعطاني الرمز الساعه 10 بعد ما اتصلت عليه

Reviewed Apr 18, 2025The owner was rude, overhasty, ill mannered, discourteous and impolite. Only want money to credit in his account. There was no one welcoming and giving access to the Appartment. Starts shouting when I requested access to Appartment and demanding his money. Go to hotels where professionals are employed rather than to private property.
