The staff had no idea the conditions of the rooms they had in this condo to let out. It took an hour and 3 rooms to get one that matched our booking and had a working AC but we did rent a 2nd room from them for other weddings guests. As the place was 10 minute walk to the wedding venue

Great apartment. Stayed there for a week. They have a gym and sauna and spa. Lovely view too.

The place is far from everything. But you have to drive to many places in anycase so if your looking to just relax or maybe work its a great place

房间设施很齐全，适合长期居住。有简易开放式厨房，衣柜，烤箱，洗衣机，甚至马桶还是智能马桶，虽然款式型号比较老了。但是很不错。酒店楼下，小区门口有个本地餐厅

整体房间比较小了，活动空间，床，坐的桌子比较局促。房子靠马路，阳台几乎不能用，很多灰尘，不能开窗。

This was my second stay. It's in a quiet location, so there was no noise and I was able to sleep soundly. The shower water pressure was strong and comfortable. There was also a washing machine, which was very convenient. Security was also solid, so I felt safe. I will definitely stay here again.

I wish there was a chair on the balcony.

Nice size room with big balcony. Nice bathroom. Staff is accommodating. Small coffee and food bar on site.

The unit could have been a bit cleaner. It had full kitchen w stove but no kitchen utensil. No utensils or cookware. There appeared to be rotting wood on corner bathroom baseboard corner.

On arrival the reception staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Next to reception is a café-bar-restaurant that is very kind on the wallet (especially the beer prices!).The staff there are friendly too and is open until 10pm. There's 24 hours security at the entrance and they are happy and friendly guys. The swimming pools are a godsend if you have children. The apartment I had was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Convenient for the location I’m in.

Stayed two nights in two different rooms. The first was not the best but made up for the next room a couple days after. It’s decent for the price through. recommend for any one who’s looking for a decent place and not wanting to overly paying for luxury.

Overall it was an amazing stay. Location is a bit out of the city center, but honestly it was nice and quiet. The environment suroounding with the pool is very nice. The studio room is big.

Walking to the elevator feels like the building was not well taken care of just because if the old mailbox and dirty walls.

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas bon avec très peu de choix. La salle à manger est située dans une des chambres de l’hôtel, aménagée à cet effet. Ce qu’il fait que l’espace est très petit et qu’il fait très chaud et c’est bruyant à cause des cuisines. Pas du tout agréable. La propreté laisse à désirer, cheveux dans les draps et salle de bain pas très propre, claquette déjà utilisées.

Прекрасный отель! Мне досталась целая студия с просторным балконом, ванной и комнатой с большой кроватью. Очень удобный матрас, чистое постельное, большой шкаф. Есть стиральная машина, плита, чайник. Замечательные условия по доступной цене. Тихий район, никто не беспокоил, красивый вид из окна. И самое главное - это персонал. Очень доброжелательные и даже сводили за ручку в соседний магазин поздно вечером (я боялась идти, впервые в Камбодже). Более того, там не оказалось сдачи с крупной купюры и сотрудница отеля купила всё для меня, а я вернула на следующий день долг. Это просто чудо! Спасибо большое за всё! С радостью вернусь к вам ещё!

Didn’t try the breakfast because they ran out of bacons. Location was not convenient for walkers like me.

Things did not work well in the room but the staff tried to accommodate things.

Staff were friendly, property was good as a two bedroom apartment, plenty of space for a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5.

Locks on the doors were troublesome, internet issue needed to be fixed the moment we got there, but worked fine after with help from the front desk, pools were great, however the decking around it is cheap build quality, cracks and uneven, yellow tape in areas and can be dangerous for young children. It’s an apartment but no pots,pans or utensils available, microwave is decorative and cannot be used. Dusty floors throughout.

The room was spacious. It was close to the airport and convenient. The washing machine was great. Air conditioner work well. Nice view at balcony. Wash-let also have.

The bathroom sink drain was clogged.

Great gym great swimming pool. Rather large rooms, and towels in the bathroom. (And not absurdly on the bed as seem to be the new fashion)

Much outside light. Duvet . No single bedsheet despite the heat. Absurd.. nilon duvet is unconfortable

Almost everything. We arrived at 6pm and there were no staff to be found to check us in. Our room was filthy. The floors don’t appear to have ever been cleaned and there were questionable marks on the couch. The advertised wifi was so poor we couldn’t even connect and there was no mobile reception

It's my second time here and I loved that the room are so spacious, clean and homely, nice and cozy 🥰 Also loved that there was a washing machine available ✨

The room was comfortable and awesome, the staffs were helpful, the room was clean however I contacted housekeeping in the morning and they came in after 5pm that was the only downside everything else is perfect.

The bed sheets were so dirty. Blood stains on duvet cover. Pillow case was yellow. Didn’t feel particularly safe arriving late at night as corridors were dark and light didn’t work. When I arrived they didn’t have the room I booked available even though I had booked in advance and been messaging through booking.com. Two girls turned up after me and they said they didn’t have any rooms available for them even though they had booked. I had booked 2 nights and because they didn’t have the room available I had to swap rooms the next day which meant I had to pack up again between nights.

Great location for airport getaways! Only 10 minutes in a tuk tuk. I liked the studio apartment, its small but functional including washing machine and loved the balcony view of sunrise.The bed was comfortable. The pool was sensational. Great value for money. Definitely coming back.

There are no plates or utensils available. The bed pillows need replacing. It would also be great to have a bedside lamp for reading.

Everything. Unsafe area. Bedroom had blood stained sheets and I checked out after less than an hour. Previous review said there was random knocking on the door and this happened to me. Women on reception was rude when I checked out and said “well you can’t have a refund “ before trying to sorts the problem. Rough area and nothing to do other than hide in your room. Fridge was unplugged and dirty and it stank !!! Stay at your peril ….

Lovely and clean

The suite/apartment was fine. The bathroom is very good. Lots of hot water, a very strong flow from the shower, a proper bath and enough hot water to fill it. A modern Japanese toilet. The bedroom was compact but the bed and the pillows were super comfortable.

This is the first apartment/suite that provides a kitchenette but doesn’t provide enough of the basic ‘tools’ to allow you to use it. No cookware, no utensils, no cutlery, no plates /bowls.

Everything clean and tidy. Easy little stop close by the airport. Novel butt squirter in the toilet.

Was limited in terms of places to eat or drink locally.. but only used as a concenient stop off before airport so wasn't expecting too much

I love the bathroom and the view!

The floor has some food wrappers that they forgot to clean. Which was a disappointment since my first stay there last October was wonderful.

Love everything about the hotel ,we got everything we needed and cleaned.

Very comfortable place to stay. Housekeeping every day so It’s very clean. Excellent gym. Staff are very helpful and extremely friendly..

The hotel is in a very good location if you have an early flight.

The rooms are tired, basic and a bit soulless. It’s a good option if you need somewhere to crash for the night and need a cost effective solution.

The facilities were as expected.

Stay was cut short and I also missed a night after having to spend a night in hospital due to sudden food poisoning. The last meal I ate was at their restaurant, but I have no direct proof it was the cause. The bathroom smelled bad and also the fridge. I noticed the room wasn't cleaned to a good standard - dusty, hairs, trash left by previous occupant, and in general needs a lick of paint. There were marks on the walls where mosquitoes had been squished and also dead insects at the balcony sliding doors. There was no sofa in the room and also the TV didnt have any tuned channels.

I was disappointed with the room assigned to us. The photos on Booking.com looked appealing, but the actual room was very different. It was extremely small, almost as if the toilet was larger than the bedroom.

The room that I booked is not the one advertised on the website, the tub is dirty and there are a few hairs left, plus they are just making an excuse of not moving you to another room because they are fully book, which is a bull. The swimming pool is cold.

Great location, decent room, and service. Very close to the airport so it served our purpose of starting overnight during our flight layover before we flew into Siem Riep. Nothing fancy, basic but good for an overnight stay.

It was close enough to the airport which was what we wanted. There was a breakfast included also.

Reception wasn’t able to call a taxi to take us to the airport..a bit odd considering the offer to pick you up at the airport 😅

We weren’t happy with the level of overall cleanliness of the room. We mentioned to staff but they weren’t able to make any changes.

Near airport

Room and bathroom were not clean at all, dining room for breakfast is in room space - very small with not very big choice of food. If you pay for breakfast (8 usd / person) definitely not worth it. Public places not clean as well. We stayed only 1 night fortunatelly but I dont recommend it even for 1 night stay.
