Várni kellett az apartmanra, mert a check-in időpontra nem volt kész a takarítás, majd ezt követően is mosatlan edények voltak a mosogatógépben, amitől már büdös volt és emellett csak a látható felületeken volt takarítva

Cleanliness and comfort. This was one of the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, and there were balls of dust in every corner. We found someone’s undergarments on top of the washer as if they were left as souvenirs. The walls of the shower were so slimy, and there was no body wash or bath soap for us to use. There was dirt even in the corners of the shower. I felt like I was getting dirtier by taking a shower instead of cleaner. Despite contacting the owner, they did not acknowledge the issue. The apartment is renovated, but extremely filthy. Booking.com had charged us a cleaning fee. Wonder what that was for. Utensils were dirty with food in them. Trash was not thrown away. It seems that the owner wants to rent the apartment so that we can clean it. I will be contacting booking.com to get my cleaning fee back. We do not recommend staying here ever again. Sharing photos of my feet so you can see how filthy the apartment was.

When asking questions,got standard impersonal replies. Kitchen equipment lacked , Oven/ microwave dishes. Corkscrew/ bottle opener Coffee cups Tea towels, dishcloths etc. Cutlery ( missing forks provided after request) Pillows lacked pillowcases. Entrance full of large laundry bags every day.

It definitely could have been cleaned better. There were dirt stains on the microwave and mirror. There were empty beer cans left in the thrash can. There was some pillows and covers pushed under the bed. The host also lists a parking as an amentity to the place which is NOT the case. Parking is not available on site and you have to find it and pay for it on your own so the host is doing false advertisement here. After me pointing that out he did not even acknowledge that. Very poor contact with the host.

Location and communication

It's dirty. Everywhere. There's trash outside the entrance. You open the front door, and you're greeted by bags, cleaning supplies, and washing clothes across the floor. The apartment is also very poorly cleaned. Lots of dust, dirty sinks, windowsills, curtains, and walls.

Disappointing overall. Setting aside the problems with the doorcode mechanism (for which the owners were quickly responsive), the hallway outside the apartment was a mess, the windows uncleaned, and while the facilities were newish the overall feeling was of a property unloved. The location of the bedroom immediately neighboring the hallway communal stairs made for a noisy stay. For the price significantly more attention to detail and guest care is needed.

No nos gustó que había bolsas de la limpieza de otros apartamentos en la entrada y no la habían recogido en todo el día. Pero eso no fue un problema.

Location was excellent. 10 minutes walk to Floibanen, supermarket is 5 minutes away. Bryggen in also 5-7 away by walk. Everything functioned well in the apartment. Bedding was clean. Plates, cups were good.

1. Very small apartment- max for 3 people. 2. Bathroom is also very small, the shower is very narrow - any large size man can’t even bend to reach the toes. Water flows out of the shower. 3. Not enough cutlery - 2 forks and 3 spoons. Utensils to cook not enough.

The location is good, walking distance to the Port of Bergen. Nicely renovated inside, with 2 big TVs. Bedding is great.

The hallway is a bit messy, and big trash bins outside at the front door make it look insanitary. The price is ok but the additional fee )for cleaning etc) is too high

The location was ok, close to the center 👍

The apartment is really small, there was cutlery for only three people and fortunately there were only three of us because luckly one of our travelling buddies had to cancel. If there were 4 of us it would be really crowded. The apartment itself is beautifull and well equiped but to small for 4. And the bathroom, even though it is new, when you shower the whole bathroom gets floded.

Super lokalizacja, do centrum 10-15 minut spacerkiem, bardzo pomocny gospodarz.

W mieszkaniu są drobne usterki-zapchany zlew w łazience i bardzo miękki materac.

A bejárat nagyon koszos volt. Nem volt takarítva egyáltalán. A lakás sem volt tiszta. A falak koszosak, a sütő is olajfoltos. Az evőeszközök és tányérok sem voltak a helyükön.

Ben situat, força acollidor, llit i sofa còmodes.

Apartmán má dobré umístění, jen kousek od centra. Apartmán je malý, ale dostačující pro 3 osoby.

Po příjezdu do apartmánu jsme byly zděšeny nepořádkem. V myčce bylo neumyté nádobí, jistě už dlouho, protože velice zapáchalo. Tablety do myčky nebyly k dispozici. Vzhledem k tomu, že bylo nádobí v myčce, chybělo nám nádobí a k dispozici jsme pro tři lidi měly pouze jeden hrnek a dva talířky. Apartmán by potřeboval nově vymalovat, zdi jsou špinavé a flekaté. Také závěs byl flekatý a potřísněn bůh ví čím. Za ledničkou byly chuchvalce prachu a tuba od tmelu. Celkově byl úklid na velice špatné úrovni.

Dirty entrance. Pictures deceptive as the rooms are very small. Overpriced for what it is. Very noisey. Building next door under renovation and parties at night. Thin walls. Little natural light. View is of garbage bins.

The check-in process was very easy and the location was ideal and a quick short walk to the center and train station. The living room was nice with a large TV and small kitchentte so we could cook.

Overall, the stay was very disappointing for the price paid. As soon as we entered the apartment, there was a strong smell of rotting fish. We first thought it might be from the trash, but it wasn’t—the odor lingered throughout the entire stay, making it impossible to use the living room even with the windows open. Cleanliness was also below expectations despite the pictures looking nice. The bathroom stayed damp and humid, with no shower mat provided. For a 4-night stay, we were only given one towel each, which might have been acceptable, but due to the humidity on the first floor, the towels stayed damp and quickly smelled. The bed was very uncomfortable, and on top of that, the apartment was noisy—you could hear footsteps from upstairs and conversations through the thin walls. There were also parties two nights in a row, making it nearly impossible to sleep early, even though we needed to wake up early the next morning. The kitchen could also be better equipped. The pans provided were very small, and there was no sponge or detergent for cleaning dishes in the dishwasher. For the amount we paid, we would have been much better off booking a hotel, which would have offered more comfort and a better overall experience.

La voiture a du être garée dans un parking à 20 minutes à pied car elle était trop grande pour les parkings couverts.

Le logement est petit mais bien aménagé, fourni avec tout le nécessaire pour dormir. Il y a un lave vaiselle, un petit frigo, un four. Il est situé à proximité de Bryggen. La chambre est confortable. C’est moderne. La SDB est vraiment top.

Le logement est situé au RDC : devant la fenêtre les poubelles qui sentent mauvaise, dommage. Pour être parfait, il manquait quelques commodités : pastilles de lave vaiselle, éponges… Le logement est propre mais on sent qu’il est usé par les autres voyageurs : trace de mégot sur le canapé, murs un peu sale : ce n’est pas dérangeant en soit mais ce n’est pas optimal.

Great location near Bryggen in a traditional wood building area. Everything walking distance away. Did the furuncular up Mount Floryn and did a great evening walk down. The flat was extremely convenient. Small kitchen everything we needed. The toilet was refurbished.

The house was difficult to cool down. Was unseasonably warm. The flat was very compact for 4 people. The shower can flood but not a major issue.

Needed a few more amenities - a couple more towels, cleaning products, utensils and dishes, and a toaster.

It is a great property, excellent for 2 people, perhaps 3 or even 4 (if it’s a short stay), and it’s well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, hair drier, etc. So, overall I am quite happy with the booking and would stay again if they take into consideration the small issues we encountered.

Although the apartment was very clean, the wall behind the sofa was completely full of stains (we had to use the sofa as a sofa-bed). Then the water from the shower would come out from below. And the cutlery available was for 3 people, despite having booked for 4; a bit inconvenient. But this are easily fixable issues that I am certain the owners will take into consideration for the next guests 😊

Good apartment with everything near by. Kitchen was equipped all necessary cutlery which helped in easy cooking. Very near to Busstop and the view outside apartment was simply awesome. Easy check-in access through Code. Overall had a great experience of Stay and my kid really liked the place.

The host was amazing and very understanding we had an accident with the cooktop and the host got it fixed in less than a day without any problems the host also helped us get transportation back to the airport. The location was perfect everything was a short walk away. If needed to go somewhere far the bus stop was right outside the street. Heating and cooling worked flawlessly, Floors were also heated. The kitchen was well equipped for 4 people it had an electric induction cooktop, a small baking oven a microwave, a dishwasher, and a mini fridge. I also loved that the apartment was decorated with Viking-themed elements. The apartment had two smart TVs one also had Netflix. Overall the property was perfect and the host was amazing would recommend it to others and possibly rebook with them in the future.

The only thing that I didn't like was the hot water would run out after two people finished showering so others would have to wait until the water heater would heat the water again.

The accommodation was perfect for us and very close to the center of Bergen. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The location was fantastic- just a few minutes walk into Bryygen.

It is tiny! We were a family of 4 so our 12 and 14 year old sons had to share quite a narrow sofa bed which wasn’t ideal. The bedroom had a good double bed but no space for a bedside table. The dining table was for two only, although there were a couple of spare folding chairs. It’s much better suited to a couple rather than a family but ok for a night’s stay.

Quite good location very close to the old center of the city and close to bus stops.

The apartman was very small for four people. The bed was too soft.

I've rented several apartments in Bergen during my trip, all costing about the same. I have to admit, this apartment doesn't offer good value for the money. - The apartment is on the first floor, with big trash cans right under the windows. When you open the window, all the smell comes into the apartment, so we had to keep the windows closed. - There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom, even though the fan (hood) was always on. - The walls between apartments are very thin, so you can hear your neighbours. When someone comes down from the second floor, you hear every step, making it very uncomfortable if you want to go to sleep early. - The overall condition of the apartment is not as good as described. In reality, it looks worse than in the photos.

This property has been our favorite during our stay in Scandinavia. It is the most beautiful, with lovely subtle and direct Viking inspired touches, and was furnished with everything you could possibly need. Will return if we travel to Bergen again for sure, no question. The key code is something the guest is familiar with, which makes is easier.

Apartment door gave us a hard time while opening. We weren’t aware how to use it properly even-though in mail the steps were shared. And we were literally hearing the upstair neighbours footsteps most of the time.
